I received the wrong items. I open box to look for an invoice. No invoice, really? I contacted them and was told Dermstore would send my correct items next day, I followed up the next day because I've been told this before and sure enough they said nope we need you to send back and we have to receive the incorrect items first because they are so expensive. I sad well the products I paid for are more expensive! I shipped the incorrect order out the very next morning and called and gave them a tracking number. They used the cheapest and longest return shipping even though I paid for express shipping on my order. I complained and they said they cant ship until the see what I returned because I could of just put anything in a box and returned it. Lol. So now I have to wait 7 to 14 days for them to receive, inspect and then ship my correct items. That is if I even get the correct items, when I called the woman couldn't even tell me what my correct order was

Don't buy from Dermstore. I purchased several items that was delayed by 2 months. I told Dermstore to cancel the order but 1 item of that ordered arrived, Dermstore said they couldn't cancel it. I went back and forth about the delay in the order and they finally said they would cancel the other items since I bought it elsewhere. Then they shipped it anyway. They said I could return the items. I returned those items and 2 others from 3 other orders. After more than 2 months, They claimed they never received any of the 3 packages and told me to find the packing slips since they don't save packing numbers. I had to find my old packing slips and checked the status. They all arrived 2 months ago. I went back and forth with customer service about 8 times and each time, they never read through the history of the previous messages so I had to explain the issues all over again. After proving all 3 boxes were returned, they issued 2 of the returns and again claimed they didn't get the 3rd box. Again, I had to proved that it was received 2 months. Buy from SkinStore. They offer better discounts and codes to use from YouTube influencers of more than 25% on most products. Dermstore lies and has the worst customer service.

I purchased a product on 12/14/2021. The item was allegedly shipped per their website but when i reach out to Dermstore, Dermstore tell me it's stuck in their warehouse. Dermstore says that it will not issue a refund because the order has already been placed with their warehouse and I have to wait to receive the product, return it and then I will be issued a refund. So essentially I've paid for a product that I haven't received and may never receive and Dermstore is just standing by this absurd policy. If you go to their twitter feed (@dermstore), ReviewFeeder (https://www.ReviewFeeder.com/reviews/dermstore.com) or any other place with complaints about this entity, you will see this is not a one-off event. Multiple people complain about not getting refunds, never receiving products, receiving incorrect products and not getting refunds. A company that has $180 million in revenue per year should not be taking advantage of customers in this manner. Someone should look further into Dermstore as it appears to be operating like this with no repercussions.

I placed an order for 3 items on Dec 25th, 2021. I got 2 of the 3 items, i received notification about the 1 item on Dec 28th stating it was expected to be shipped in 48 hours, never was, then January 7th I received 1 last notification stating that it was still delayed. I contacted Dermastore via chat the agent yelled at me via chat w caps on because I was asking the agent to cancel the order and refund this item, he told me to wait. Now Feb 15th, no other notifications, or order status at all. Now today Dermstore tell me there was a problem and i have to wait for the order to be cancelled in 3 to 5 days and then be refunded back in another 3 to 5 days. This business is horrible, never again will i do buy from Dermastore

I ordered several Olaplex items from Dermstore and paid by credit card. When I entered my account I saw that there was a problem with my billing address and that I needed to call Customer Service. I waited well over 25 minutes for them to answer and when Dermstore did they told me that the issue was fixed and that they'd process my order. Visited my account the next day and found that nothing had changed; they still claimed that there was a problem with my billing address. Called again, waited over 30 minutes for them to answer. Ended up using a different credit card and was assured that everything was in order. Never received a confirmation email so went back into my account to find that they were still claiming an issue with my credit card.

I cancelled my order and will never shop here again. What a waste of time.

I ordered an eye cream. Was sent to wrong address—- No one got back to me and I have not received credit yet. The 800 number is constantly busy.

Never received product EXTREMELY long customer service wait on phone. Hostile and rude customer service people who could not care less.

Such an unfortunate experience. I purchased items on December 1,2019 and two weeks later I just received the shipping email. I called multiple times this week to receive an update and all reps assured me it would be delivered before my trip. The reps were so unhelpful and rude on the phone. I tried to message them on FB and no response. I'm not using them ever again.

I ordered a very expensive serum that I could have ordered at another website for less money. Dermstore had a beauty offer if I purchased it with them and I did. Its been 2 months and I still have not received the "mystery box". I have contacted then so many times to no avail. I, also am a beautyfix monthly subscriber. For the most part, I have been happy with the box. This month was a joke, definitely not worth the value. I will see how the upcoming month is and of not satisfied I may cancel my subscription and just stay with Allure.

Dermstore sent the wrong order then tell me they can't find me in their system, but have been billing and shipping for a year, I'm wondering if Dermstore is now run by someone else? China is buying up companies and they make it difficult to communicate so maybe thats what happened

Complete run around with customer service after trying to get an order shipped that was placed and charged over three weeks ago. Initially gave me a false tracking number. Now shows shipped AGAIN ON SITE with tracking tab but doesn't offer a tracking number to use. Same response on call in as emails. "We're checking with shipping, more info to follow, we're contacting shipping Dept, we've elevated your request." Then Dermstore mark the issue complete on my account like it's been resolved. It's just ridiculous. I've requested a credit and so far have not had a response.

I placed an order March 10. I've spoken three times with customer service to confirm my address / identity and discovered that though Dermstore assured me the order shipped, it never did. They promised expedited shipping. It didn't ship. Then it was cancelled over two weeks later-- NEVER SHIPPED. So much for trying to make purchases outside of Amazon. This company is not reliable or competent. Their response to questions about my cancelled order was that it did not meet security requirements and they cannot discuss beyond that. What does that mean? I am mostly frustrated that they wasted two weeks of my time calling and contacting them by email before they decided the order did not meet security requirements. Don't waste your time here-- there are better companies to support.

This store has all products consultation from best dermatologist. I heard from most of people that the product gives good result within 2 or 3 months. I purchased face wash, it gives better result.

I've ordered from many sites and found Dermstore to be so easy to navigate. I had several items to order and found them all quickly, put them in my cart, used my Paypal account and I was done.

A great experience and will continue to order from Dermstore.

I love their selection of products! Plus the free sample and gift with purchase that comes with every order is a great bonus! I used to be a loyal Sephora shopper until I discovered the DERMSTORE!

I just had an unexpectedly great experience with Dermstore! I ordered the Smartbrow product but found it would accidentally get rubbed off too easily from my oily skin so I wanted to return it. Called customer service and was told I could keep it as a one time courtesy and Dermstore would just credit me. Really? I was skeptical and figured I'd wait and see what happened and check in about a week to see if I really will get credited. Well, imagine my surprise when within 15 minutes I got emails from both Dermstore and Paypal saying that my credit has gone through! Wow, talk about great customer service! I am very happy with them and after reading all the negative reviews on here, had to take a few minutes to write this one. Who knows, maybe they're working to improve their customer service image! Good luck to everyone else...

I love this site. Dermstore have an amazing selection of products, the prices are great, and they just add free stuff to your order as you add items. It's wonderful. The site itself is very user-friendly and is continually updated with offers and new hot-lists. I'm a fan!

Im surprised people have such a difficult time with this site. I buy my Juice Beauty, and 100% pure products on this site when Dermstore have their 30% off sales, and have never had a problem. Ive ordered 5 times in the past 2 years-ish. They always arrived within 3-4 days of purchase. No expired products etc. Organic products are way too expensive and this is the only place i have found that sells them with better discounts.

I was scared at first because of the reviews I read online but I must say, it has been the best online company I've ever ordered from. Lots of discounts and free shipping! I got my facial creams in the mail within 2 business days (free priority shipping)! Amazing! Can't wait to order again. Dermstore do prompt and ask if you want automatic renewal, make sure you read every check box before clicking submit!

I find the website confusing... especially when trying to place an order. Nothing is just straight forward you have to manuvere your way to find what you are looking for. I usually have to call to place my order.

On my way to becoming addicted Great selection of niche brands. Love being able to shop from Dermstore and Hair Envy with one cart. I received personal thank you notes the first couple of times I shopped here which was a really nice touch. Dermstore have also enticed me to subscribe to their monthly “Mystery Box” which no one else has been able to do. This has proven to be a great value to date. One issue I have is the occasional issue with site performance. I have had two issues recently when shopping from more than one site that I ended up losing my cart although I was logged. Had to delete my cache and start over which is never a good time. Obviously this has not deterred me from shopping with them. Oh, and they love a GWP which is always a good thing!

I buy only one thing from Dermstore (my face wash) but only when the prices get too high on Amazon. Two great things about DS. If you add the products you like to your Favorites, then you'll get 10% off during checkout. Shipment is always free with no minimums and very prompt. Besides that, Dermstore is a bit on the expensive side. And Dermstore have a nasty habit of discontinuing product lines.

Hello. I placed an order last night (all items in stock according to site at the time of purchase) I received an order confirmation number and figured it's all set. I log in to my email today and Dermstore said that my order was incomplete and that I'd have to re-enter my credit card information and they also added in that one of my items I had ordered wasn't in stock. I'm not entering in my credit card info again, sorry. I was able to cancel my order all together and I'm alerting my credit card company tomorrow of fraud. I would steer clear far away from this site.

I received my product quickly BUT envelope had no product in it. The company is impossible to get ahold of. Likley a scam! Finally talked to "Alex"-no product yet but Dermstore got my $. BEWARE. I have canceled my credit card to avoid further problems, intuition says problem.

My first order w/Dermstore was great. Free priority shipping and my order was delivered on the 2nd business day after ordered.So I decided to place another order. I'm still waiting for it to be delivered. Ordered 10 days ago. I have sent 5 emails and Dermstore have not responded to one of them. I checked the tracking and it says it was delivered. But it was NOT delivered to me! I paid $120. For nothing? What really makes me fume is their total lack of response. They take your money and do not deliver anything. I just want my order delivered to me! I intend on informing all the sites and blogs and better business bureau that will let me vent. Any ideas what I can do to get my order or my money back? Do Not shop at Dermstore~!

I just placed an order through dermstore after receiving a promo code. As soon as I placed my order I was bombarded with an invasive popup asking me to add Klorane Dry shampoo to my cart for a special price, I clicked on add to cart thinking it would be added to my cart for a future order since I've already placed my current order. I just received my receipt on my email and was surprised to see that I was charged for this dry shampoo on my current order. I went ahead and removed the product from my order but I'm still concerned about this behavior that I was very close to cancel my whole order and choose a different retailer that carries the EltaMD brand. I believe this invasive and confusing upselling technique a very short-sighted that will not work in the long run and will have a inverse effect. I thought dermstore was legitimate website. This will be my last order from dermstore.

Reminds me of online Nigerian scammer, You dont get discount what Dermstore advertise you, what they do is baiting you with discount code and will charge you more with adding more items without your permission. Also responsibility of thier error is all yours, and they don't fix this error,. That's how they make money with it, it's called scam,, it will start your nightmare from there
So Better stay away from this fraud. You won't get refund your or you need to put your hard work and time for it,
They have very professional system for scamming you. Seriously I think they should shut down business.

I placed an order February 14th for 2 Harry Josh brushes (Dermstore HAD A PROMO running) waited and waited and wondered why the order had not arrived. Logged on only to find out that my order was cancelled. Called the CS line with ZERO luck - held on for 40 minutes! Used the Live Chat service and connected with April who pretty much swore they sent me an email. I RECEIVED NO EMAIL stating my order was getting cancelled. She then told me to place another order and I mentioned I ordered this during a 20% off promotion - she told me there is no promotion on my order! Went back and looked an lo and behold yes, there is 20% off my order. She tried to appease me by offering 15% off AFTER I ASKED FOR IT for all the hassles I was going through! I am extremely frustrated about this - how does this company stay in business? There are so many bad reviews about your company. I am also waiting for a refund on an item FedEx states they have signed for and received!

I bought on of their serum because of 20 percent of. Guess what? I has been 6 days and I didnt have my order yet. After reading the reviews here, I know I got scam from this company.
