WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
The service lady Faye S was very rude to my daughter she was making accusations about her even being smart to her until I took charge will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE

Always use PayPal and buy elsewhere. Do not trust Dermstore
Asked for ship status and was sent tracking number and email saying it was delivered to me despite USPS showing it was never received by them. Then Dermstore tried to trick me into canceling my PayPal claim which had already been decided in my favor. Manipulative unprofessional liars. Unbelievable. USE PayPal every time! $85 would have been lost.

Do not order from this company
I returned 2 items that totaled $190 and was only sent a credit for $90. I spoke to several people at the company regarding this issue and Dermstore keep saying that it will be corrected, but has not been corrected after 1 month. I've never had something like this occur with any company in the past where a full refund is not provided. I called for the past several days and nobody is picking up the phone at this company. Go to Sephora or Ulta and you will not have to deal with this nonsense.

DO NOT BE FOOLED - DO NOT BUY HERE
Trying to return the "free return" which is now going to cost money because Dermstore left out the words "free with store credit." Trying to get help because the label will not print - no print option - and I've been waiting 20 minutes for someone to help me.

I will NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN.

Poor Review
The product came partially opened and now Dermstore send daily sales emails although I have requested many times to be removed. I get marketing pop-up videos from dermstore as well. Were there an option of less than 1 star- I would have chosen it.

Not Worth It
Order took weeks, nobody replied to my numerous emails regarding the status of my order. Just order from the brand seller. Requested a return label and never received return label. Never ordering from them again.

Bait and Switch
I ordered the sun care kit which promised a full size EltaMD sunscreen along with a variety of sample size sunscreens. When the kit arrived, a trial size EltaMD sunscreen was substituted. The company apparently realized their mistake and sent out an email saying Dermstore would ship the full size product as soon as possible. That was two months ago. I messaged with a variety of customer service employees, with absolutely no resolution. Clearly they have a problem with their customer service since they won't give a phone number to call and have an actual conversation with a customer. I will never shop here again.

Don't Bother!
This company is a farse. I ordered Eminence products and attempted to return all products unopened totaling over $600 (within 2 days of receiving) and I have been trying to follow-up on my return refund and I cannot get a hold of anyone! I used customer support in the app and the POC of the thread just keep asking me for my order number and info over and over again. I've already return the items with priority express and tracking shows that Dermstore have been delivered. But i cant get a hold of anyone to follow-up on my refund. Save your money and find another beauty supply company to buy from.

AVOID FOR HOLIDAY PURCHASES - SEVERE BACKLOG!
AVOID! Dermstore can't keep up with their orders. It took a week for them to even "process" my order. "Processing" just meant that Dermstore notified their shipping partner Newgistics that they intend to mail my order sometime in the next few weeks. It has now been 10 days since my order was placed, and nothing has been shipped even though supposedly everything is in stock. I talked to customer service today and they confirmed that the order has not been shipped yet. However, Dermstore claims they can't cancel my order because they have already assigned it a shipping number (and they billed my credit card as well). They now say the earliest my order may arrive is a week away (after the holiday gift event when this item was needed). That assumes they manage to ship it very soon (which I doubt at this point). AVOID! I will not be purchasing from Dermstore again.

BEWARE! Don't do business with this company
I would advise NOT doing business with this company! Approval was given by my credit card company for my order (I personally spoke with Mastercard) but Dermstore says the CC company didn't approve the transaction. Dermstore wouldn't try the CC number again said Dermstore couldn't help me over the phone with payment. I was advised to try and place the order again. Will not do business with them anytime in the future!

Disapointed
Recently purchased 2 of your Elta MD tinted spf 44 skincare. The pump on both tubes is useless. Was so frustrated after pumping 10-12 times and never getting any lotion, took the top off to use. I should have stuck with the 3 oz. Spf 41 tube. Lotion is good but pump very unacceptable. I would never recommend this pump to anyone.

Will never use this website again.
I ordered 3 Oribe large texturizing sprays for my hair for the advertised discount of 25%. Couldn't figure out how to get the discount after putting in my credit card, then spent 15 minutes searching their website for an email or phone or CHAT for their customer service. Couldn't find any way to contact them and ask for the discount. Finally I did and got a message back saying to not use this email as it wouldn't be read! This site seems like a scam and I will buy from my salon going forward and have credit card cancel the charge. Awful.

Stay Away!
I ordered revision skincare products, 200.00 dollars to be exact and the products irritated my skin. So because of this I emailed customer service to ask what the process was to return both items. It's an automated response, so you are not actually getting a real person. It asks for you to take pictures of the bottle number and Dermstore want to see proof of the irritation…
I went ahead and sent all the information they asked for and 2 days later, zero response.

Seriously don't bother ordering from DermStore because they try to make it as hard as possible to return their products!

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Dermstore do not allow emails. Web portal does not work properly. They refused a return of a very expensive beauty product that caused a reaction. They lost a long-term customer due to customer service. Buy elsewhere if you want to be able to deal with customer service or return a faulty product. I've ended my long term relationship with Dermstore. I will never use them again.

Nars orgasm
I absolutly love nars orgasm bkush im new to this review thingy it says blush so im hoping that i can just pick any blush that i like... but its a world favorite to alot bc it so flattering on so many peoples skin tones an it has a slight shim.er in it an its a peachy pinky color i love it with tons of looks its so beautiful! An stunning. Its an everyday wear blush!

I've been ordering from Dermstore for around 5 years, and I've always been completely satisfied. The site is owned by Target, and is therefore among the safe online sites for buying brands such as SkinMedica and SkinCeuticals. Huge selection of skincare hard to find items, no counterfeits here. Dermstore offer options to buy an item once or to buy it on a subscription basis, so make sure you select the right button.

Derm store automatically charged my account for product that I never received and purchased.
Furthermore, Dermstore sold my address info to other vendors and I started getting lots of junk mail & magazines that I never subscribed to it.

I used to use them until they started sending me duplicate...
I used to use them until Dermstore started sending me duplicate marketing emails almost everyday. I replied to each and everyone of them explaining that they are sending 2 emails to the exact address, 3 minutes apart, but still they come. It's frustrating that you use a site in good faith but then they bombard you with marketing but have poor administration. Could you imagine CVS or Ulta locking you in their store so that they could explain what's on sale and then you have to shovel their flyers to get out of the store. I'm tired of Derm Store flooding my mail box

I had a very poor experience with this site. Advertised offer included a 30 dollar rebate that Dermstore clearly had no intention of fulfilling. Don't believe the hype and save our money for a reputable site.

Selling opened/ used products
I purchased a sunscreen from dermstore only to realize that the sunscreen has been opened or even used. There were brown spots inside the cap and the sunscreen isn't even sealed. I've used this sunscreen before and I remember that the one I had came in with a seal. I contacted the brand and confirmed all of their sunscreen product comes in sealed. I have a feeling that dermstore resell their returned/ used items and would try their luck hoping people wouldn't find out. Please make sure if the items you purchased from dermstore come in sealed or not. If I hadn't used this sunscreen before I wouldn't know that Dermstore sold me an opened one.

Incredible Customer Service
I just had the BEST interaction with Dermstore's customer service! But first, I want to say I was incredibly happy with the products I ordered and with the shipping times and communication. I ended up not needing one of the products (because the other worked so well!), but there was an issue in creating my return label. When I reached out to their customer service team via chat, Dermstore were so helpful and generous. I feel like Trish F., the agent I worked with, went above and beyond to solve my issue. I will definitely be buying from Dermstore again!

Worst on-line shopping experience of my life!
Worst on-line shopping experience of my life! DO NOT order from this company. Dermstore do not provide 1-3 day shipping, I ordered a product on 9/25 and to date 10/12, I still have not received it. Several calls to customer service were very frustrating and the representatives are rude and will provide you with misinformation. Dermstore really needs to evaluate their company procedures and get honest with the unsuspecting customers that patronize them. Spend your money elsewhere with a reputable company!

Expired products and delayed delivery without notification.
I have given this company 3 tries. I ordered a glytone kit, when I recieved it, the box was damaged and expired. Dermstore sent me another kit & pakage color was faded and expired. Upon ordering it is a 2 day shipping, but all my orders have taken 2-3 weeks, without notification. I have wasted time calling dermstore and placed on hold for 20-30 minutes. Beware buyer! Find a retailer near you or another site like sephora that is legit to purchase your skincare.

Will never order from them again!
I placed an order on recommendation of a product from a friend. My credit card was charged two different amounts one of which was $137.00 over my order. When calling customer service Dermstore said that is so we can confirm funds... what? Customer service continued to interrupt me when I was explaining my concern, and the attitude from customer service was not appreciated. Then to top it off I received my order and one of the items was missing even though the 'total pieces' said 6.

EXPIRED ITEMS, RUN, THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY
This entire process has been extremely frustrated. I *was* a first-time buyer with DermStore.com and I have notified Priori Skin Care about DERMSTORE.COM selling expired items. DO NOT BUY ANY CREAMS OR PRODUCTS HERE.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALSO AWFUL.

SOMEONE AT DERMSTORE ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT PRIORI SKINCARE AND THEN LAST MINUTE STATED, "I AM SORRY, WE CANNOT CONTACT THEM."
