I was so excited to place my order of the color wow dream coat and receive it. However when I did receive it the lid of my container was broken and empty. I reached out to dermstore and sent my pictures on June 5th Dermstore apologized and requested the proof of purchase, which I sent. Today is June 16th and I have messaged back 2 more times and now they are just ignoring my messages. It's unfortunate that such a know company have poor customer care.

I placed an order on November 26- it is December 29 and my order is not even close to being here! After multiple attempts of contacting customer service- all you get is that if you ever will receive the order then you can return it! After 2 months of waiting, I don't need it anymore but you can not return anything because the order is past 30 days! Never again Dermstore!

Ordered Sunday Riley's Tidal cream. When I opened the package, I noticed there was mold growing inside. I immediately emailed customer service with ample details about what was wrong, and Dermstore wrote me back asking questions I already answered. So I called their customer service line, thinking I would get better help, but the agent on the phone was beyond incompetent—barely spoke to me, and didn't seem to know what to do. I ultimately got her to send me confirmation of the refund so we'll see if it actually goes through. Horrible first experience, and judging by other reviews, this was not a one-off situation. I'll be sticking to more reputable stores for my beauty purchases.

This is a crooked company who does not accept returns. In less than 24 hours from receiving a serum that made my face break out into a frightening rash, i have tried to return. Dermstore make you go through so many hoops and give you such a hard time -it's impossible to make a return. They are nasty, abusive and please save yourself so much aggravation and do not buy from here.

I am a female who invests in quality skincare. My experience with this site was awful. Absolutely terrible return policy. Dermstore make you pay for your own shipping to their company. They also charge an extra $15 dollars for anything you want to return. Literally disrespectful customer service and slow response rate. They do not care about you. PICK ANOTHER SITE, ANY OTHER SITE.

The last three orders I placed with Dermstore didn't ship. Every time I contact customer service I get a lengthy convoluted answer promising someone will call back and help process the order. Dermstore used to be legit but now they're running a serious scam. I've lost almost 300 dollars to them. In the future I'll just buy direct from retailers or I'll go to Sephora.

I love Dermstore! The sight is so super easy to navigate and once I found the exact product I was looking for, I was able to read detailed information about it before I made the decision to purchase it. Once I decided to purchase the transaction was quick and easy, there was no shipping fee, and the product arrived even sooner than I expected. I will be using this sight for all future skincare products down the road - without a doubt.

The Derm store has a great selection of natural products such as Burt Bee's, 100% Pure and Juice Beauty. Their prices are competitive and Dermstore are having an awesome sale right now - 30% off an order of $125 or more.

I have sensitive skin and only use mineral makeup because everything else makes me break out. I love the glominerals pressed base and use it every single day. Thanks to Dermstore.com for carrying the best brands.

I love the quality of its products. Ordered a lipstick and overnight balm. Couldn't help to try the lipstick immediately. It is longlasting indeed. Still haven't tried the balm yet, but I'm sure I won't be disappointed. The shipping is also good, everything arrived in time.

I saved so much money when I come in here! Everything is only a dollar a piece. The staff makes it easy to find everything I need for dinner and that makes me a happy camper.

Bad costumer service, let me purchase out of stock and gave me a 4 weeks delay. At the end no discount, no extra gift, and i had to put more products to replace the one that was out of stock.

My first ordering experience was flawless. My second time was awful. Everything was fine until I noticed Dermstore recommended a product for me and applied it to my account at the last minute as my transaction was being processed and I could not stop it. When I called to complain the person actually tried to entice me to keep it and give me a deal on it. They did comply and take it off my order but I had to make the extra effort to call and complain. I will not order from a company that has these types of practices. Shameful!

If you like sitting on hold for over 40 minutes to speak to a customer service person (this has happened on 3 separate occasions), then this is the site for you! And even better, once you hang up you realize Dermstore did what you asked them to do incorrectly! It's a JOY! I have asked 2 different customer service people how to change my shipping address on line - they don't know how to do it... UGH. I asked to have a manager call me... the customer service person PROMISED me that someone would be in touch that day... NO PHONE CALL. The customer service person changed my billing address NOT my shipping address which is wrong. I have cancelled my subscription (auto ship for a product I use daily) and will now pay a little more to buy on Amazon WITHOUT the aggravation.

I have never purchased from them but somehow I am on their email list. When I click "unsubscribe" it takes me to a page that does not give me an option to "opt-out"! This is so frustrating!

I went to the DermStore to order Kerique and then before I click the final button I went back to order the black Friday's price. Dermstore sent me both, one at the regular price and I at the discounted price. One did not have a gift in it and when I called back to tell them the girl on the line repeatedly argued with me telling me it was my fault. This is the worse service I have ever used. What happened to the customer is always right. Not here.

First time customer of Dermstore and Dermstore sent me a packaged that weighed. 24 ils. To my surprise (joking) I opened to find an empty box... so much fir surprising my fiancee with some random "just because" gifts.

Put your complaints on the BBB website because Dermstore have almost 4 stars and an A+ rating.

(Which makes no sense because they have no positive reviews.)

The "Sitewide Sale" isn't for real. It should not be called sitewide when most if not all of the items I'm interested in don't qualify. Very annoying!

I bought something from Dermstore and after I checked out there was an item I did not order. I called them and Dermstore said it was too late to cancel that I would have to return it. They sent me an email with supposed return label, but when I clicked on it, it just went to the WebSite Not return label.

I will not be using them again

Both products arrived with a putrid smell. Now I have been purchasing this brand of SPF for years, so I know exactly what it smells like. Dermstore charged me $6.25 to return their smelly product! Bad service! The returned smelled just as bad! I'm never buying from Dermastore again.

Awful, shady company. Their customer service is extremely unreliable. Dermstore promise one thing one day and then take away that promise the next. They never apologize if there is a mistake on their end and they don't seem to value their customers whatsoever. Dermstore also practices false advertising. In their BeautyFix boxes, they promised a full size product but then sent a mini size without warning customers.

This website is a scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered powder that Dermstore said was in stock, got my confirmation email the same day, then got an email the next day saying that it is on back order. They never gave me an estimated delivery date so I clicked on the link to track my package and their website said that it was canceled. But yet I never got refunded or told that it was even canceled! What kind of a scam is that? This website is horrible and I would not suggest it to anyone!

I tried to make a purchase on the DermStore site using a $25 Visa gift card and putting the rest on my credit card. Apparently, the site has zero way of entering more than one payment method. I was only buying the items because I could cover most of them with the gift card, so now I'm just not able to buy the items. In this day and age of technology, this seems like a pathetically low quality site. Contacted customer service and Dermstore basically told me "nope - sorry, go somewhere else." They definitely lost my business.

I ordered from Dermstore because the company I usually order my product from was out of stock. I needed it by Thursday, so I choose the 2-day shipping when I order MONDAY NIGHT, thinking it would ship out by Tuesday and get to me by Thursday or Friday morning.

WRONG. It takes a full day to process, so now I'm getting my product Friday night, and I'm leaving town on Friday morning. If it's truly not 2-day shipping, then don't advertise it as such. What an awful service. Will not be ordering from them again.

On March 31st, I placed an order to try a PCA Skincare serum. To my surprise, I received another one before the end of June despite not having a subscription nor ordering it. I was actually in the hospital recovering from a surgery when this product was supposedly ordered so I contacted Dermstore to return it. On July 6, I chatted with Chantelle at Dermstore and asked to have this product returned. She explained that their systems were in the process of transitioning and so she couldn't help me and advised me to contact them again in 48 hours and try again. I called Dermstore two days later, waited on hold for well over an hour, and then the person who answered hung up on me, which was frustrating. I then initiated another chat, this time with Jenna, who again says that their systems are unable to process a return. At this point, I have spent a lot of time trying to return a product that I haven't ordered.

I contacted Capital One, my credit card company and opened a dispute. Then miraculously, Dermstore responds and provides evidence (fabricated) that I had ordered the product. I persisted and showed proof (screenshot of my account) to Capital One saying that I did not have a subscription and that I couldn't have ordered it since I was in the hospital. Cap One closed that account and opened up a new one as it is concluded to be fraud. Then on September 28, I receive an email from Dermstore saying that Dermstore have tried to ship me the same product but were unable to (because the credit card that they have on file is no longer valid)! I write back in an email and let them know that I never had a subscription and thus didn't order it. They write back that they are sorry and send it from an email address that cannot accept incoming email!

Yesterday, I received a letter from Capital One saying that the June order is valid and that they are holding me responsible for the charge! When I go into my Dermstore account, there is no order for June, and yet I am responsible for paying for this non-existent order! After talking with Josh, Sarah (fraud), and Brianna (disputes) at Capital One, I am told that, while they understand, there is nothing that they can do despite my being a customer for over 14 years. Brianna pointed out that at least they blocked Dermstore from charging me more because they closed the original credit card account. I guess that zero liability fraud protection touted by Capital One in their commercials is untrue. According to Brianna, I can't even provide more evidence because Cap One closed the case.

Shipping out products that weren't ordered is a predatory practice that can be especially hurtful toward the elderly, people with dementia, or basically anyone who may not be able to stop these charges. I am perfectly aware and was still stuck with the charge for a product that I didn't order. Needless to say, Dermstore is engaging in fraudulent practices under the guise of incompetence (e.g., our systems are unable to process a return). And I'm shutting down my Capital One account, too, as they are colluding with Dermstore's fraud.

12 days and Dermstore have not shipped my order. They sent me a bogus tracking number and told me it was shipped by USPS. I emailed to no response I called and they said they'd get back to me in 24 to 48 hours just like the email

Avoid this company… You will never receive your order but you will be charged. Placed an order in November and it has never shipped but I have been charged. Impossible to reach anyone… I have emailed customer service 10 times with no response. Unethical, trustworthy company. I hope I save customers to headache I'm going through
