Dermstore

I ordered products 19 days ago. I received an email stating the items were out of stock after ordering. You should not charge the customer if you don't actually have the product in stock! It finally shows shipped USPS but I have never received the items. Dermstore refuse to resend items until 30 days have passed and won't refund my money. The customer service people are not willing to do anything at all. Clearly the items have been lost in shipping. I had to dispute with my bank since Dermstore will not do the right thing and refund my money. When I ask the "Chat" customer service to send me a service so I can leave a review they say they will after the Chat ends, then never do. I have contacted them 5 times and they do nothing. Just really bad customer service. I will not order from them again!

I have been seeing my doctor for years and buying everything from obagi to chemical peels and microderm. Dermstore sell all of those treatments here on dermstore. Even peels and microderm is sold on this site. Wish I had found this earlier

I have had great luck with Dermstore! I only buy face cleaning products, toner and lotion but it is easy to find coupons and who doesn't love free shipping?!

I have ordered several times from Dermstore and the service, quick delivery, products and prices are great. Also free shipping makes it a "10" in my book.

Why visit my Dermatology office when I can get all of my Physician strength skin care products online? And for better prices sometimes too as well as free shipping! I love the Epionce and Glytone lines.

I remember reading the reviews before I made my purchase which scared me to order but something made me take a chance anyway. Maybe it was the free shipping or maybe it was the amazing deal of 20% off of Anastasia products. (Keep in mind ULTA excludes Anastasia products from coupons). I ordered on Monday and it already arrived and it's only Thursday, I don't even need the products until Sunday. And the products we're perfect! That's why I felt obligated to come back and give them a positive review that Dermstore deserve. It's definitely not a good idea to base your purchase solely on reviews because the reviews are not always representative of their services. I mean think about it, people are more inclined to post a bad review from a bad experience than a good one due to spite or anger. I'm glad that I took a chance otherwise I would've missed out on such a great deal. Thank you dermstore.com! I'll definitely be back for more :)

Why so many bad reviews?! Ideally I would shop local. But I recently moved and finding an office with all the products I use has been challenging, therefore I found dermstore thru the brands I use as an authentic dealer. Or what ever, before ordering i decided to read these reviews, and almost didn't order, but decided to go for it. Shipping was free, both times I ordered it got here fast and was well packaged and my products have been fresh. This is a real website, selling real products. I will order again.

These products are great, love using them. But the policy of returns is not that easy to follow.

BeautyFIX is the best box around. Yes, it is more expensive then Sephora Play! Box or Allure, but the quality and diversity of the products are unparalleled. For starters, Dermstore carry top brands like Obagi, Skinceuticals (my fave), elta md (best face sunscreen by far). Try their box, you won't be disappointed. The only thing I don't like much - where Sephora beats them by a milestone - is that they offer very cheap free samples with purchase, not the nice 3 free choices that Sephora and Nordstrom do.

Not really happy with this store, same problems I have as the other people.

LHorrible l- recived two empty tubes of laura Gellar concealer and could not get through to them by phone to discuss the problem. Now I'm waiting for them to respond to an Email. Hope it's soon

I placed an order and it never arrived. Tracking can confirm this. Dermstore rep REFUSES TO ISSUE A REFUND OR RESEND THE ITEMS.

Tracking said that it was "undeliverable as addressed" and would be returned to sender if information was available. I double checked the address on my order and it's correct. Called the post office and Dermstore said it could be a faulty label?

Dermstore rep REFUSES TO ISSUE A REFUND OR RESEND THE ITEMS, until they receive the items at their warehouse. They've made no apology and have made no effort to locate the package. I used 2 day priority shipping. It's now been 2 weeks and I've received nothing. They claim they haven't received it.

SUCK NET! WORST SERVICE EVER! I use online shopping everyday, this is the worst service i experienced! I placed an order of Clarisonic for ONE MONTH and called THREE times for the customer service. Every time Dermstore told me I would get it in next week! BUT they cancelled my order WITHOUT telling me after 40 DAYS! I waited it for ONE MONTH! Because of this I missed the better deal on other store and I haven't got it! NEVER BE BACK! SUGGESTION FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!

I recieved an email this morning for EltaMD products-buy 3 products and get 20% off. I tried to purchase 3 tubes of sunblock and when I entered the promo code it told me it was invalid. After trying this 3 times I called CS and was told this was an old promotion that ended 5-11-16. Dermstore sent me the email on 5-13-16. In small print it says it ends 5-11. I told the CS person that I recieved the email today and she argued that it was not possible. I told her I could send her a screen shot verifying this and then she hung up on me. Great CS skills wouldn't you say?

I recently ordered an item and Dermstore took it upon themselves to add something to the order. The 800 # is buggy and repeats a message over and over again.

So, beware when you order from here, they will add something to the order and use your card to bill it.

If I could rate it less than 1 star I would. I wish I had read the reviews on this site before I decided to deal with them. I do ALL my shopping online and this has been the worst by far. I sent an email (polite) explaining the problem, got back the normal- Thank you for your email you will receive a response in 24 hours... Well, it is now 2 weeks later and I do not have a response to my email. It just isn't worth it. I will let everyone I know to avoid this website like the plague.

I placed an order for my 90-year old aunt who lives in Florida. Twice, it went through but no confirmation email or message. Plus I promised my Aunt she would receive it in two days and paid for the extra shipping. I tried to call to see if it did or did not go through but Dermstore were 'closed'. No way that I could see to contact customer service otherwise. So overall BAD experience with their site. Went to Amazon to buy for $20 LESS and made a note to call this morning. Sure enough both orders went through, all ready "being processed" so can't stop the order or the charges. They said "sorry we can't do anything" poor customer service routine. So if you shop there, good luck.

I loved the product double repair moisturizer Lariche Posay and ordered it several times when talking to rep there she recommended another more expensive 75 dollar product and I did not understand it would be sent automatically and I was allergic to it It very hard to get their rep to give refund Got one refund for the 2 products after several calls and e-mails

I recently ordered from the DermStore and it was a total hassle trying to Return an item.

I had to call back a couple times to get a label to Return the item and overall the process was overly complicated compared to other online companies.

This was second purchased, Bad Customer services EVER IN MY LIFE! Their representative BRANDY gave you hard time and attitude when you asked for order status! Unprofessional, unhelpful, impolite company! No way to file compliant, just ignore customer. Never purchase from them again!

After I placed order took 4 days to get to the shipping date; Took 5 days for item to arrive. Links to the track package and to the survey did not work.
Called customer service and was on hold for a long time til Dermstore picked up

Beware when returning items. I do not recommend using the using the "prepaid" return label. It has been almost 3 weeks and the tracking still shows "in transit" The package is only going from AZ to KY. I was told it could take up to 14 days additional time after Dermstore receive the item to actually obtain my store credit... ridiculous

I ordered Shampoo and night cream for 80$ and received email from my credit company that Dermstore charged me for 80$ but nothing shows in my account on Dermstore.com and no confirmation email sent to me. Chatted with them for hours and called them several times but every time stayed on the line for almost 1 hour and they said as there is nothing shown in my account they can not do anything. I asked them to send them my credit card confirmation and if nothing is shown in my account why they charged my account exactly 80$, same price of my order. So annoying. Now I shall call my credit card company and ask them to dispute that charge because Dermstore can not provide reliable website for its costumers.

I was excited for my first order from Dermstore which was cheaper than Sephora. No issues. The second order (I noticed after about 10 days didn't arrive so I checked the tracking number and it said it had been delivered... in another state!) Talked to customer service. Girl was snotty and finally agreed I didn't receive the item. Had it reshipped, got it 2 weeks later (so almost a month after original order). Decided to give them one more try. Ordered products 2 weeks ago, tracking shows order in limbo... Dermstore said I have to wait a few more days to make sure that the lost item shows up. Ridiculous. Won't shop there again!

I returned a very expensive blow dryer and Dermstore said that they did not receive it. They said they received the box but it didn't have the blow dryer in it. They would not refund my money! Rip off! Make sure if your returning anything to them, to video the whole thing!

In two consecutive orders from dermstore I received products that appeared to have been heavily used and were missing significant quantities of product. The exchange process was a hassle and took more than 2 weeks. This store is ok, but beware that you may receive used products and not get the full value out of your money.

Placed one order and and automatically got put on a reorder subscription. Continued charges on credit card until I replaced card. Deceptive company with no customer service to contact. Do not be fooled! Phone calls are sent to a automated system then never puts you through to a live person. Return emails and live chats do not function.

Their products are delivered timely: however, compare buying product locally first.

I ordered couple items from the website and selected rush shipping because it say 2 days guaranteed. It ended up late because Dermstore have a processing time that they didn't reveal. I was in need of the product. When I opened up the package, I see that they shipped me incorrect item. What I need is not in the box. I contacted customer service, they didn't even apologize. Asked information on the item I received, asked me to send it back and said they will send the item I don't receive back to me not agreeing to rush it. I don't mind doing extra to fix their error but not even owning responsibility and accountability to the mistake is not acceptable. Do not shop with them to save yourself some troubles.
