DermStore is a scam. I've had so many issues. Dermstore sent used product. They put duplicate charges on my credit card. Dermstore.com charge me multiple times and tried to blame it on me. The customers service is horrible. They will hang up the phone after you've waited 5 minutes just to speak with someone. I will never order from Dermstore again I'm done for good. I had to open a fraud case with my bank

Placed an order on July 24th it is now Aug 12th and I still don't have it! Customer service said 7-14 days. It's 2019! Who the f*** waits 7-14 days for something to ship? I will never purchase anything for myself or my business off this website again!

Paid extra, placed order at noon on a Wednesday, order isn't expected to arrive until Monday. This is NOT 2 days and Dermstore REFUSED to refund me because they say that at the very bottom of their website under a link they have a shipping policy stated that they can take up to 48 hours to process your order. WHY NOT STATE THIS ON THE 2-DAY SHIPPING OPTION?! Instead of hiding it somewhere?! I received an email stating my order was processed by 1pm the following Thursday, which would make Monday more than 2 days still!

Customer service was nasty and rude!

I bought my product. So I wait until 3 weeks, the ups tracking is show my address it wrong. Then, my packing shipped back to the sender. I call the dermstore, and the customer services said my packing send to my house, but my family refuse to receive it. If I cancel or I want to send it again, anyway it will charge me 15$. I think it scam websites, don't buy any products on this.

Unsealed, opened and expired Neo Cutis products, worst customer service which blaming warehouse only, there is no way to speak with the manager or supervisor. Very rude and unprofessional. Exchange 2 times -First-time product came expired, the second time opened, unsealed and used without expiration date at all. Until now can't get up to date NEW & SEALED products. Very disappointed after spending more than $1000. First and last time using Dermstore website.
Btw, on their site there is no way to post negative review, it's get deleted right away.

I called in regards to a missing order after receiving a false "generated" email telling me my items had shipped. Called to find my package and was hung up on after the very rude lady refused to give me her name or supervisors and refused to help me at all. I was a first time (but big) buyer and am sad to say I will not be returning- all because the help was so horrible and I am embarrassed for their business that Dermstore hired such awful help.

I spoke with 3 different people about canceling my order and was told someone would get back to me. My order was then shipped and still no answers. I next called customer service and was waiting on hold for 1.5 hrs then I heard someone pick up the call and sigh then it went silent and I stayed on the phone for another hour in silence. I took my card off their site / subscriptions ASAP. I THEN WAS CHARGED AND OTHER PRODUCTS WERE SENT TO ME. No one would help. I finally told them I was contacting BBB and I got some assistant which again was horrible. Dermstore didn't have my order numbers on my account(suspicious) and I was sent only one return slip with one order on it even though I was having to return 3 different orders. I mentioned that to them and of course I have not heard back. In the end I had to make the returns and take time out of my day for their complete and total lack of accountability and customer service. I was a customer for 2 years with subscriptions but obviously I am going else where. If I could give them -100 stars I would.

Ordered over 15 days ago. Still no notification on my package. However, Dermstore still charged me $300 even though the package has yet to ship.

Dont expect to be able to return anything if you dont like it. Dermstore make it impossible to get your money back. My return tracking shows that they received my return over a month ago, but every time I try to message them, someone from Eastern Europe or India just asks me "whats your RMA number?" which I don't have onhand because I WROTE IT WAS ON THE F'ING RETURN PACKAGE. I haven't been able to reach a human being on the phone in a week. Yesterday I was on hold for an hour, then disconnected. Chat function is never available. I'm going to dispute the $150 on my credit card.

I placed an order for a moisturizer and lash enhancer for my wife for christmas and received my order in 2 days. Dermstore had what my wife wanted and had free shipping. I like that they guarantee that all of the items are authentic. Would shop there again.

I have shopped at DermStore.com several times now. I really appreciate having so many products on one website. It saved me lots of time not having to switch from one website to another to view products. I thought the ordering process was very easy and the free shipping was a real plus!

Ordering from DermStore was an awesome experience. I was able to find the product I needed quickly and checkout was easy and painless. My order came fast, was packaged nicely, and had a bonus free gift which was actually something I'd use! I will definitely order from DermStore again for future skincare/beauty/hair products.

I am an aging woman that has thinning eyelashes. I have found that with SmartFX Smart Lash Enhancer I have regained some of the lash volume I used to have. Now I don't need to wear my false lashes as much.

DermStore is a great online presence. It carries many products you can't find elsewhere. The service is quick and with each order you receive a free gift. Their promotions are very good, as well. Check out this site for yourself. You will become a fan as I have.

The Derm Store has all of my favorite Farm to Face products. I especially love the Eminence Citrus and Kale Masque. It helps lighten my dark spots and made my skin feel smoother and less dull. I can't wait to try more!

Free shipping is ok, but when you order something on 12/23 and don't receive it until 1/7, then the free shipping isn't worth it. I wish I had the option to pay a few dollars for at least USPS Priority considering my order originated from Fed Ex and ended up being actually delivered by the post office. There are plenty of other skin stores with just as competitive prices and MUCH faster shipping! If you order here, hopefully it's not something you need quickly!

Do not order from this website! I placed an order a month ago and still have not received my product nor have i received a response to multiple contacts i made to them. I did their UPS tracking and it showed that it was delievered... but obviously not to my door. I have ordered many products online from different websites and never had a problem. This is my first time ordering at Dermstore.com... what a scam! Wish i had read online reviews before ordering.

I returned an order Aug 10 as instructed. Got a confirming email that USPS had accepted the package. I checked EASY RETURNS link today to check the status of my returned order. I saw that the order had been returned and it indicated that "NO ADJUSTMENT" was being made? I had to call Customer Service again to get my credit! I shouldn't have to call! It should be automatic!

I had to pay for shipping for a retu, after callng Derm Store and waiting on hold for over 45 min. Harold, not a very friendly customer service. I did not get a return label because Dermstore said I wasn't using the right browser. I paid $10.05 to return and only got a RMA #. They owe me $169.00 plus shipping!

This was my first (and last) time ordering from DermStore. I order one simple item. The box came a week later labelled correctly with my name & address, but inside was someone else's packing slip and three-item order. I called the company's customer service and talked to the rudest, most arrogant rep I've ever encountered ("April"). Not only did she repeatedly and noisily sniff & snuffle throughout the entire call (cold? Allergies? Get Benadryl and tissues), she not once apologized for the incorrect order and inconvenience, AND interrupted & cut off my questions about the return process. Terrible reflection on the company and how it views customers.

There was a missing item in my shipment! This was very disappointing for my "first" order with DERMSTORE! I didnt receive a phone call nor an email regarding this error. When I call the customer service the girl told me that the item is "out of stock" and only can do a refund at this point! First of all, there should not be a missing item in the shipment. Second, if it was "OUT OF STOCK" someone should have communicated with the matter NOT take the money and wait until the customer call to complain! This is an "ONLINE STORE" where Dermstore should take responsibility with issues such issues. Dermstore is an online store does not have integrity NOR take their customer seriously!

Its been a week! Dermstore havent re-ship my correct order yet! They always tell you need to wait stock check! And the stock check need to take 24~48hours! And its more than 48hours, they still say you have to wait until stock check done, now I believe why so many customer complaints about they got wrong item, cause it happened to me, until now, still waiting, couldnt do anything

Dermstore reached out to me regarding my negative experience. Dermstore told me to contact them privately so that they could discuss what occurred. So I sent them a direct message several weeks ago and have not received any further communication whatsoever. It seems that they want the appearance of being helpful and accommodating but then will leave you hanging.

JUST TO UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THEIR EMAILS I HAD TO GO SEARCHINGON THE WEB SITE, GO THROUGH A FAQ LIST, FIND THE RIGHT QUESTIONS, MAKE A PHONE CALL, SIT THROUGH THE WAIT TIME, SIT THROUGH THE CALL! Other companies have an unsubscribe button on the email. TO MUCH TIME! WRITING A NEGATIVE REVIEW AND NO INTENTIONS TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH COMPANY!

Canceled order days before shipped, Dermstore still sent items out. Now I have to go out and send back, ok. Now it's been two weeks and still no refund. Called to check on my return and told representative what happened and got hung up on. Called to speak to supervisor and she wouldn't get on phone. Will never deal with this company again!

The website looks legitimate, but I regret ordering from them. I could not see the status of my order that I placed some days ago, so I called the customer service number multiple times only for nobody to pick up the phone (I called during business hours!). Although I just received a tracking number, I'm not sure when/if I will receive my product based on the other reviews I have read. I don't tend to ever leave reviews, but I have never had to deal with such a shoddy business. I payed a lot of money, and although I have no problem with some delay in shipping, I would appreciate some transparency. I wouldn't risk ever buying from this site again.

Their customer service is inadequate/ at times nonexistent. I've tried to cancel multiple orders, the reason being that Dermstore will have promotions going on at the time that should apply to the items in my subscription but the promotions are never actually applied to the subscriptions. I just really despise trickster websites like this that get you to subscribe to products and then make it impossible to get in touch with an actual human to cancel / return the order. Last time I went on my dermstore account to cancel my subscription before it was set to be processed but the entire system was down (for about 48 hours) and by the time the system was running again my order had shipped and I was unable to cancel it! When I explained this to them and that it obviously wasn't my fault they had zero leniency and it was super frustrating. I generally don't like to work with companies that don't take responsibility for their own mistakes. I think it's safer to stick with Sephora or Ulta in the future.

Do not buy. You will never receive the product (it'll get stuck in transit somewhere for eternity) and Dermstore will refuse to refund your money stating" we can't refund an in process order... you can send it back once it gets to you if you want though". Seriously, did I just step into crazy town. Its lost. Also, they'll send you the wrong items, promise to expedite the correct ones, and then turn around and lose those as well. I spent almost 500.00 in 3 separate orders. It's been 5 weeks, I have 1 partial order worth 24.00, and everything else plus it's replacement is left floating out there in the ether somewhere. And they won't give me back my money. Calling my bank today. Seriously people. You can buy cosmetics and anti aging stuff anywhere and it's all the same price. Don't buy from these knuckleheads.
