I've been trying to disable my Zap-Hosting account for over a month now, and Zap Hosting keep trying to take money off my card and WILL NOT cancel it. There also is no option on their control panel to cancel your service after it is suspended. They just keep trying to withdraw the money from the card on file. I've been in contact with them multiple times and they keep trying to take my money.
Don't do business with these thieves.
20 January 2021, the server was still slow and I decided to order extra memory, cores and bandwidth. After that was completed, and paid by me, it seemed my server had a faulty disk and all my data was lost.
21 January 2021, the server was up and running but was slow again and the helpdesk employee told me that he had to migrate the server to a different host. Unfortunately this didn't work and the helpdesk employee raised a ticket to resolve and 6 hours later I receive a message that migration was started.
22 January 2021, the server wasn't running and one of the helpdesk employees told me all data was lost and I needed to reinstall the server (Windows server). I wasn't happy of course but I started the reinstall through your website and it failed again. The helpdesk told me yet again you need to do a reinstall.
Now the server isn't started, Zap Hosting refuse to give me a new server and I need to wait for another engineer to come back to me.
This means the server isn't running for 4 days now, I lost all my work and the helpdesk employees are by far not sympathetic about my problems and when I complain they hardly apologize. I even wanted to cancel my contract but the helpdesk employee told me that isn't possible. They did offer me 2 days free rent but who cares about 2 days when the issues keep happening.
I don't know any server providers with prices this cheap so I don't think I'll switch to a different provider anytime soon! Love you
