I made an order on 29 November, the item said delivered by 1 December. I am still waiting for my merchandise! I have sent two emails asking for information and all I get is some automated response! I guess I'll be listing this with the BBB and going to the Post office to see about mail fraud! House of Beauty were quick to take my money! I wish they could be given a zero star rating!

I waited 14 days for shipping details & it's been over 20 now. Tried to contact them three times & I haven't heard a word back, not even an email saying there is a delay. I hope I get refund because I don't want anything from them. Worst online shop I have ever had to deal with. Anyone who has good to say about them must be one in a 1000. I'm contacting my bank in the next couple of days.

Three phone numbers listed (one on credit card statement, two in the FAqs). The VM box of one is always full. The other two are constant busy signals (not in service). 4 emails re: status of order not responded to. I wish I had read reviews before ordering. I just reported these guys to credit card company. Not sure anything will happen. But don't spend your money with them. House of Beauty are not a valid business concern. No product. No email re: status. The "tracking" link never works (it's not real). Avoid these people.

Ordered a jar of Vitapointe hair cream. Chose 3-7 day standard shipping, but after paying with paypal and placing order, it listed 3 day delivery for $15. Emailed immediately for change, but no response. Emailed 6 times, reply finally got was rude and refused to help. THIS SELLER charges a 30% restocking fee, so not worth returning my $24 jar of hair cream. What a RIPOFF. And check out their attitude on website if you try to dispute via PayPal. SCUM.

Ordered products available on June 19th. Today, 11 days later, no updates and no shipping. Since my last request for updates, no response. Not good at all. Order # 1826818

I ordered my item on July 6 and was sent an email on July 9th. Saying my order has been processed but it has yet be be shipped nor have House of Beauty replied back to the emails I've sent saying I want a refund etc. I understand that due to Covid19 it would take 8-12 days to ship but it has been way over 12 days nor have I've gotten any other emails letting me know about my order status.

I have tried to email about the products I did not receive but have heard nothing back. Two items in my order were handwritten "sold out, not available" but I was charged for them anyway. I have asked for a refund but still no word and it's almost a week later. I will keep emailing and maybe hear about a refund?

I made a purchase August 22. The order stated it would be shipped in 3 days. August 31 my order had still not been shipped. I emailed customer service on August 30 and 31 to get a update on my order.
No response. September 1, and 2nd i ask for a refund no response. September 3 i received an email my items have been shipped. This company is a fraud. Once you put in an order House of Beauty will not help you. If you return the items they charge you a restock fee.

I made a purchase on 10/5/21 and was told shipping would be 5-7 business days. On 10/15/21 I reached out regarding my order; the tracking number showed "addressee unknown" and returned to sender. I entered the correct address on my order. I live at this address. I contacted the company on 10/15/21 regarding the issue and NEVER heard back from anyone as to why my order has been delayed or if it will even arrive. It is currently 10/20/21 and I have STILL not been contacted or received my order.

I wish I wouldve read the reviews. People complain about not receiving items, not getting a refund, and unprofessional customer service. House of Beauty will just straight up just not get back to you and hope you forget about your case. Thats exactky what happened to me, missing item and over 4 months later and no refund. I dont even know how theyre still in business the whole thing is a scam, they do this to almost all their customers.

BUYER BEWARE! The House of Beauty is a scam. Portions of my order were missing, but contained a note would be shipped within 7 - 10 business days. It is now 2 months past. I've not received a refund or the products. House of Beauty has not provided any feedback, responded back to emails or phone messages left on their customer service line. This is a case of House of Beauty taking my money.

I placed my order on 18th May (over 5 weeks ago!) and have received confirmation that my order has been shipped, however when I view the tracking number it indicates that 'status is not available'. I have paid $80 USD and unsure I will even see my products! Order number HOB-1386936. Just want a refund now. Instead of answering to all of the bad reviews - how about taking the time to reply to those that have sent emails asking about their order! Crossing my fingers still and hoping this is not a fake company.

Terrible terrible service if I oils give 0 stars I would I've emailed over two weeks with no response about my Wahl clippers I ordered. House of Beauty are faulty extremely loud and lever doesn't stay put. This item is faulty yet they seem to be ignoring me.

I ordered 3 brushes in april on the 2nd. I received 2 with a note on the shipping slip the 3rd will be shipped in 7 - 10 days. Almost 3 months later and numerous emails that got an automated response that I would hear from house of beauty within 24 hours and my request is bring reviewed... crickets! No brush, no response. At least have the courtesy to acknowledge! I just want my brush... order # 1750321 spornette 955-xl italian round boar bristle 3" brush... send it!

I am so mad and that's why I am writing a review! If you guys could pick up call and reply emails we wouldn't be here I ordered for Nutriclair glycerin on July 14 I received my package today August 28! Not only it took forever House of Beauty sent a wrong product after being all this patient! I wish I read this before ordering if you are lucky today to see this please stay away from this house of beauty $#*!! These all 5 start reviews is bs!

I placed an order on 4/13 and today is 4/28 and I have not received my products. I have emailed the company repeatedly asking for a refund but House of Beauty keep sending me an automated email saying that the order shipping takes between 8-14 days. I have made it very clear that I want my order cancelled and my money refunded but it seems like they are not acknowledging my request. I am going to have to report this company for stealing my money

I have placed an order on June 1,2020, I got an update on June 4 that it's being processed and my order would be delayed 8-14 because of COVID. OK. Now a month has passed, I haven't received tracking number, no updates through email. I have sent 2 emails, no response, I have called multiple times only to get a voicemail!
I'm extremely unhappy. I want a refund immediately and cancel the order ASAP. I'm calling my bank!

SUpposedly a shipping label was created on January 4, but USPS hasn't received it... Now instead of 1/15, will be delivered 1/19, but no heads up given and I sent an email, which was not responded to! HORRIBLE customer service!

I live in the UK so I was anticipating a delay in my package, that never bothered me. What did was the fact that it came with no padding or protection so the product spilt and the content was half empty. It even crystallised.
I've emailed 4 times and each times I was ignored. I have an email tracker so I can see if emails I've sent have been opened or not and each one has been opened once and left, so it's not even the case of ‘House of Beauty got lost in a pile of other emails', they've chosen to purposefully ignore them.

The fact that this company handles shipping to the UK, they should be familiar with UK consumer law. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 protects customers against faulty goods, unreasonable services and unfair terms. Customers can seek refunds, replacements and repairs for physical goods and content if the promise doesn't live up to the reality.

I've emailed saying if my refund is not returned I will escalate this further. I don't want to have too but this is ridiculous. Quite frankly, sort your sh*t out. As you can see all your previous customers just want their stuff replace for refunded. It's really not that difficult even with a reduced workforce.

This is my last time reaching out. Please return my money.

Purchased a product from them on May 9th 2020. It said shipping will take up to 10 business days before shipped. Here it is June 4th 2020 and I have emailed the company 5 times and House of Beauty took my money and still have not sent my product or responded to my concerns! I do not recommend this company at all. I am out of $40.00 with no product. Horrible service and horrible experience.

Ordered almost 4 months ago, took the money... no tracking details, no item sent (said within 24-48hoirs), No email support, only generic Facebook replies, no contact available to be done... Just want a refund HOB-1842114... But looks like even that wont happen

I was charged for an order I attempted to cancel over 24 hours before it was shipped. Even though I followed company instructions to contact them phone calls and emails were conveniently ignored until it was," too late". Their customer service rep then accused me of tampering with the item. House of Beauty also wanted to charge about half the cost of the item to return it.

Never again. There's too many better run beauty supply options to settle for this poorly run organization.

Great selection, great prices so far no problem receiving exactly what I ordered. Have used House of Beauty for the pass three years. Order approximately twice a year. Only complaint is that many times House of Beauty are out of stock in the color I like #4. I am so glad I found a reputable company to order from without having to go all the way to China where they send you whatever they want and charge you $30 to return it. Never had to deal with House of Beauty's live customer service.

I ordered in March, some items not shipped, House of Beauty said shipping soon, but I Never received It without any notices.
I waited patiently because it's unusual time we having now, But been too late so I emailed them and called them many times but they never answered me or email back.
Seriously, I want my money back!

I am requesting a full refund for the products destroyed and missing from my order. I have emailed with no response received to date.
Update. April 26,2021
I have not received a refund or replacements of my items. This will be evidence of me trying to resolve it with no resolve. I will report this business. I will continue to post until I get this resolved.

I received an email requesting the items destroyed and missing as the pictures I sent would not open. (Pic Below), I replied the same day. No response, no refund seen, Nothing Resolved as yet!

I placed an order with house of beauty back in April. Although the payment was processed right away, my order took 4weeks to get to me. 4 weeks! During that time I sent multiple emails to cancel the order, not to ship. To these emails I got NO replies. I feel House of Beauty completely ignored my concerns and did NOTHING in terms of trying to respond or communicate with me.

Contacted multiple times on damaged goods, playing ring around the rosie, not giving any solution & blaming the carrier vs poor packaging. Waste of money and now I have an item I cant use, no resolution on the damage & no offer of credit or returning of the product. Worst business to deal with. House of Beauty have no voice mail and no one answers the phone. Tried 6 times to contact through email & do not care it came damaged. I'd give a zero if I could. It wobbles back and forth and plastic busted on the side. Low quality product.

Contacted them via their email on packing slip to arrange for a return, since House of Beauty give no instructions on the packing slip. Got an automated response that said they would review my email. Did not hear back from them so after a few days I called. Had to leave a message. Provided full contact info. Never heard from them, except several weeks later received automated email from them asking for a review from me. I obliged.

I'm a customer who I ordered a red pro 2in1 hair and facial steamer as a Christmas present for my mother, unfortunately it is faulty and does not work, I emailed the company for a return and refund of my money however I have received no reply for over a week, I'm concerned because I spent over 100 for my mums present and I don't want it to have gone to waste. I even searched for the company's Instagram page and messaged them on there privately and publicly but still no reply.
