Place two order with House of Beauty World.
First order was for three 3oz Blue Lizard sunscreen lotions. Only two arrived but I was charged for three. Order # 1392342.

Second order was place a day later and that order was also short shipped by one item. Order # 1392367.

In short House of Beauty ripped me off for 80+ dollars. Furthermore I send 4 emails and I have received no reply from them. Call the *******957 number and they saying to call back during their working hours which I did.

Do not spend your money here as there is a good chance you will be ripped off just like I was.

$55 was supposed to get free shipping but didn't (suppose it was the weight). That was disappointing. Also, after confirming purchase, a strange message about one item not being able to ship popped up but no further explanation, so don't know what that's about...

Place order 3/27, got two confirms that the order was received and being processed. Nine days later got an email saying choose a new color, my cc has already been charged and the amount is now owed on my statement. Tried calling five customer service numbers 3 were "not in service" 2 had a robo message from some female with a thick Asian accent. I called by cc company and reported it as a fraudulent purchase i. E. scam! I keep getting emails asking me to reply if I want to cancel, I have answered by computer which never shows in my "sent mailbox" so I used my phone and it shows up as sent. Stay away from this website, House of Beauty will take your money and run! No one answers their so called customer service number, there is no customer service. BUYER BEWARE

The first order we got half the items were damaged, no response from a customer service agent. Second time around with a larger order we never got our package at all and customer service has yet to respond, not to mention we paid extra for 2 day shipping and the package "arrived" a week later. At this point we have wasted a total off $120 DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

I've paid 230.76 in products on September 20th, I've yet to receive anything in the mail. It's November 11th now. I just received an email saying I'm being refunded for around 30$ which makes no sense given how much I paid. House of Beauty are impossible to reach and never reply to my messages. Basically I've been scammed out of 230.76 CAD. DO NOT BUY, you will lose your money.

I reordered a wig from House of Beauty World in January of 2020. The texture was not the same as the previous one, so I returned it for an in house credit. I've reached out to them via phone, email and Facebook to no resolution. Each time I was told to be patient, someone would get back with me. I am STILL WAITING.
I even ordered another wig and contacted them about my in house credit. Instead of a credit, House of Beauty billed my credit card. At this point, I want a REFUND.
I will also be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Have sent me wrong products before and refused to replace. Shipping is too high for a regular like me.

I ordered an item from this company on a Sunday and realized I could get it cheaper locally. So, I called 4 times, emailed 5 times to cancel this item with no response what so ever. House of Beauty charged my credit card and shipped anyway. I will refuse pkg and also dispute the charge. Totally pissed off no one ever gets back to me.

I bought 2 wigs from H of B, neither of the was like the picture on their site.
I contacted customer services last month about an exchange or refund for wig #1, I'm still waiting on a reply.
Meanwhile wig #2 arrives. I actually did laugh out loud, it was hideous! Absolutely nothing like the wig I was meant to get.
I haven't bothere to contact this cowboy outfit (sorry to all cowboys) a second time, House of Beauty aren't interested after they get your money into their coffers. So thank you House of Beauty, you are a rip off company and you have definitely ripped me off!

If I could rate 0 stars I absolutely would. This so called "business" is fraud. Don't buy anything from them because you won't even receive what you ordered. The customer service is horrible! House of Beauty don't even respond or fix their mistakes

Even if House of Beauty appear to be in US, whatever you order it comes from China and will take a month and a half for you to get it, that if you are lucky. They have terrible business practices, all they want is take your money, they don't care about what you get. If you ask your credit card the money back, they want you to ship it back to China. Save your money and buy somewhere else. This is a big scam company!

House of Beauty send emails saying because of Covid it may take 8-14 days for order to be processed and shipped. I've now been waiting 23 days, and my order still hasn't been shipped. I've reached out three times and NO RESPONSE. This is a scam. Do not waste your money or time with these thieves. My experience is not an isolated incidence. Read all the negative reviews.
HOB- all I can say is karma comes around. You might get rich off trusting customers, but your kids might get cancer. When you ask why me', think about the way you conduct your business. You'll pay somehow.

I ordered a hair dye from them back on May 6 of 2021. House of Beauty were out of stock and told me I would be refunded. I have emailed four times and never received a response, I have yet to receive the refund, you cannot reach anybody at customer service and if you try to leave a voicemail it will cut you off and not allow you. I have left Facebook messages and comments on their Facebook page, All to no avail. They did not have a PayPal option and since I used a debit card I cannot dispute the charges with a credit card. I have no recourse except to send all proof of correspondence to my bank to try to get the amount recovered. If you order from this company do so at a very big risk. Save all your correspondence and anything you send to them BCC your self so you have the proof that you were emailing and they are not responding.

I have attempted multiple time thru emails and phone calls to reach Customer Service regarding my defective product. It has been over 3 weeks since I began my attempts to get assistance. I bought a rechargeable mani pedi tool that will not recharge! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON PRODUCTS THRU THIS COMPANY. House of Beauty obviously will NOT stand by their products. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering from them!

I made my order back in August and although i have sent emails, made phone calls - and yes I tried ALL options, there is never anyone available to take the calls.
All I now want is my $88 back!

I have contacted the company plenty of times to let them know that part of my order was missing and I haven't gotten a response back. Either refund me or send what I paid for! It's simple

I've order with you guys before. I have never experienced any problems. Shipping is as noted and i get my products.

I ordered a face cream and was told it would be delivered 3 weeks after to the UK. One week later when the item did not arrive, I sent an email, letting them know that I will be leaving the address and that my item is not delivered yet. 8 weeks after, i got an email saying it has been delivered. I contacted the people in that address and was told nothing was delivered. Every effort to reach house of beauty on the phone or get them to reply to email proved abortive.

Absolutely dreadful company with no customer service at all. House of Beauty don't deliver goods, don't respond to emails or phone calls. It is completely disgusting that they can get away with this operation.

Placed an order but was shorted shipped one item. It stated on the packing slip that it would ship from another location in 7-10 days. Have not received item so contracted customer service by phone and email several times no response. Will be disputing charges with my bank.

I never received my product that I paid for. I contacted customer service 5 times. No one picks up the phone. I emailed my receipt and and took a picture of the products I received. No reply. Now I'm going to take this a step further. This is very bad business on your part. Shame on you. I am an unhappy customer. Will never purchase anything from your company again.

I ordered a product 2 weeks ago & House of Beauty still haven't shipped it. This is ridiculous considering they say it ships in 2-4 days. I strongly suggest you don't order from them! There are so many reliable places with customer service that actually respond. I'm so disappointed I'm out of my money :(

I placed an order on April 27 expecting delays because of COVID. After a month I started emailing with no response. After a month and a half I started looking for alternate emails and phone numbers to contact them. We are coming up in two months and I have no way of contacting them, no response to my email, no cancelled order and no received items. It's a shame such a big business can get away with stealing people's money with no repercussions. The sad thing is I still want my order! I have no option but to wait and maybe it will arrive in a couple of months :(

Thai is a horrible Company. House of Beauty shorted me 18 items and charged me for them. I have emailed them a dozen times asking to return this order for a full refund or they can send me what they shorted me or refund me what they shorted me. No returns call, no one answers their phones, no return labs after 15 emails to them. I have disputed payment to them from my Credit Card company and now reporting them to the better business bureau. Be ware! I'm not the firsts person it seems they have stolen from. Check out other reviews also on other sites, too. They need to be shut down!

The company sold a product incompatible with the country I live. Never replied my emails. House of Beauty don't answer any call by the phone on internet.

I'm almost a year waiting for an answer and until now not even a sorry.

That was the first and last time I bought something from that company. I was a awful decision.

Horrible company, ordered something back in March, still didn't receive it. Nobody is answering my emails.
Why do I have to wait so long? Then give me my money back! Never again!

This company will be shut down within the next month. House of Beauty are doing illegal business. They take your money then never send product. When you call no answer.No return voice mail. BUYER BEWARE!

They always have a BS story about shipping due to Covid-19 however, I have recieved all of my packages during this pandemic some things even coming from California and no problems. Check their google reviews... HORRIBLE! Buyer Beware!
6/8- still NO package and tracking number they sent is bogus.My package has been sitting at there facility since they sent this tracking. When you track the package it says delivery on 5/24 now if they sent it on 5/26 How the hell was it delivered on 5/24
