Wanderer Bracelets

USPS is horrible and has busted delivery deadline 3 days in a row and missed Christmas. Have not received shipping service I paid for. You need to switch to UPS or another company in the delivery business. USPS is a failing government agency and does not make deliveries on time. Why partner with incompetence?

The main reason I ordered this bracelet is because YOUR site said it would arrive by valentines day (the day before to be exact). It is now arriving 2 days late and this sucks because I could have easily gotten something else if YOUR site didn't lie about the PROMISED delivery date. TERRIBLE customer service.

Was excited for this gift for my son. Signed up for the texts and emails, received my 15% off code. Used it, and saw that the free shipping was pulled off the order if I used my 15%. Seems pretty petty... not impressed and hope I will not be getting a ton of texts announcing other "sales" that have strings attached.

I paid for 2 day shipping on a Friday. It was not shipped until the following Tuesday and was scheduled to arrive that Sunday. It did not arrive then. We were then affected by the southern snow storm, where as my bracelets are now set to finally arrive today. I haven't seen them yet, but I'm already certain I overpaid.

I paid for shipping even though I was eligible for free shipping so I could upgrade and have my items shipped faster since I ordered gifts for Valentine's Day. I won't be receiving them until two days after Valentine's Day. If I would've known I wouldn't have paid extra and now I'm left with no gifts for the special day.

I was wanting to order the coordinate bracelet for my wife and I. Upon checking out it only shows one size, but two bracelets. I chose two different sizes but it doesn't give the option to review to make sure that I will receive both the small and medium size. Will have to return/exchange if I receive two small bracelets.

Didn't really like the fact that the web page didn't allow me to click on a link near the end of my purchase to look at the bracelet colors again. I just stuck with my original choice rather that hitting the back button again. Plus, I like my original message and didn't know if by hitting the back button, if I'd loose that info.

I have ordered a "Custom Coordinates Gift Set." It's a little unclear whether there is one or two bracelets in this set. If there are two, as pictured and as is my expectation, then it will be 5 stars all the way. If I receive an email confirming this before the package arrives, even better. I will then order a second. Thank you!

It was easy and simple to pick what i wanted. I also liked that i was able to preview what the bracelet would look like with the initials. The only thing i was not a fan of is that i had originally put two bracelets in the cart and it never mentioned that fact that there was an option of purchasing them together to save some money.

1st time customer... During the checkout process, a discount code seemed to disappear. I reached out to Customer Service and within minutes a rep replied, apologized and sent a new coupon code. In my opinion, that's excellent customer service. If there's any issues with the order I'll update but I'm thinking we're good to go here :)

Super easy and intuitive. Super fast delivery from Bali to Germany. Beautifully, handcrafted bracelets. It's actually our third or fourth order within the last two to three years. We were never disappointed. The quality is high. My last bracelet lasted for two years. I was wearing it every single day without taking it off. Thumbs up.

I first bought my set of cross your that bracelets 3 yes ago we wore them till Wanderer Bracelets broke which coincidentally happened days apart we loved them so much wore them every day and never took them off so we just had to replace them! I can't wait for set 2 to arrive. We have for them pre marriage but want them again even though we have wedding rings!

My boys and I are super excited to present the coordinates bracelets to my wife on Mother's Day! Our two sons are the result of embryo adoption, and where the procedure took place is where Wanderer Bracelets and Lisa technically met... those are the coordinates that are on the bracelets. The boys were excited to pick out two bracelets in different colors that Mom can wear with anything!

The website was very glitchy when trying to order the coordinates set with the gift box. It would not add to the cart, then add way too many. I could only see that after refreshing the screen multiple times. One bracelet would be added but not the other. I retyped the engraving for the gift box and added it over 10 times. It was pretty frustrating and I almost gave up even getting the gift.

I was very satisfied overall with my shopping experience, but I noticed when I tried to get the same coordinates for a matching bracelet set that the degrees came out slightly different on the second pair. I wasn't sure how to easily fix this besides just getting two of the exact same bracelet while I was hoping to get one in the Atlantis band color to differentiate from the Ocean colored one.

I paid almost $50 for next day shipping on this order. Ordered the 23rd. Today is the 29th. It said one day or next day with nothing noted about business days. Other shipping options specified 4 to 5 business days or 2 to 3 business days the next day option did not but yesterday would have been next day. I'd like the shipping cost returned please since it did not meet what was paid for. Thank you

I tried to navigate the website to become a member and waited 18 hours for the required email to arrive so I could activate my email address. It never came so I did it again and the same thing happened.
Both times now I have had to register as a guest to buy things.
I hope your IT department can work on solving this problem as I have ordered from your company multiple times. Thank you. April Vermeire

Normally I should have benefitted from the AQZODJAN21 on the box and the zodiac bracelet, but unfortunately worked only on the box. I ended using the HELLO code which was less discount. But anyway...

The quality of their products have gone done exponentially. The products was not as described. It did not go around my wrist 3 times. Im 5'4 and weigh 110 pounds. My boyfriend is 200 pounds and 6'4. He has to wear it as a necklace. There was no slip knot to tighten it on my wrist so it kept falling off. I wear it as a necklace too. The initials have faded on the wood after less than 2 weeks. Very disappointed yes and will not purchase anymore products.

Overall was an easy and smooth shopping experience. If I would say anything negative, then it would be the clarity on the product page. I was unsure if the order includes a second bracelet as well or not, as the item itself mostly describes it as a romantic gift. If you have something like "this order does not automatically include the second bracelet," it would be even better and not too much information, but more clear. Just in case, I ordered two bracelets to make sure that I can also have one for my romantic friend.
