My fiancé absolutely LOVED his bracelet and I will certainly be ordering again! I alfresco ordered my sister-in-law a bracelet since she is moving back to the mainland, she has been Hawaii for almost 7 years! Absolutely love our bracelets!

The workers were helpful on updating me about my order and i got a discount at the checkout. My order took about 3 weeks to get here but i live quite far away so that was expected. The bracelets came in really good condition and they're so cute.

Wonderful customer service! I had my first bracelet and wore it everyday for 3 years... it broke the other day. Thankfully Wanderer Bracelets offered me a new one at 50% off which I think is pretty great considering I was almost three years past the warranty!

There was no indication of prices being in USD only.

I did the sign up for a promo code and received nothing. Went to the chat for live support and got an automated message to leave my email...

My order was shipped but the track my order option does not work. Also, I have now somehow been charged for ANOTHER order which I did not request! I'm not certain if this is a legitimate company which is sad, because I wanted to support a good cause.

Twice I need to do a correction on the wooden box! It wouldn't let me go back! Had to start ALL OVER again! I talked to your help twice! Two different people. Couldn't easily help me at all! I will NEVER ship here again! Issue resolved thank you so much!

Always love buying from this company. Packaging is perfect and delivery timing is on point. Super easy website for ordering and a really good selection of products. This is the first place I come when I'm out of ideas for what kind of gift I should give.

Everything about my order was amazing. I received the order (a gift for my boyfriend) and am 100% pleased with it. I ordered two bracelets with coordinates on them and included an engraved message in the gift box. I cannot wait to give it to my boyfriend!

I thought when prompted I chose one knot and one tassel bracelet. When I wrote not long after the order was placed, Wanderer Bracelets said it was already shipped and nothing could be done. I also chose one black. I guess it was my error. But was upset with the product.

Your site was extremely difficult to navigate. Trying to enter a location and find the correct coordinates was very hard to do and fairly difficult on mobile device. It's only because I want this for my wife that I actually spent 20 minutes trying to order it.

After a very small mess up by the computer, the fine folks at Wanderer not only credited my account and sent a very nice email apologizing for an error that wasn't even their fault, Wanderer Bracelets also kicked in a nice thank you to boot. Great company and customer service.

Never an issue with online shopping. Always able to find what I am looking for and Wanderer Bracelets also take your Ideas into consideration.
I don't receive any type of harping emails to buy more, Sale Sale Sale ads, or spam from any affiliated companies or partner companies.

Despite an issue this company has gone above and beyond expectations to ensure customer satisfaction. I feel bad for leaving a negative review up for as long as I did. I'm blown away by the hospitality. I do not regret my decision shopping with wanderer bracelets.

I waited 22 days for delivery. TWENTY TWO DAYS!?'!? Completely unacceptable. I ordered today because the product is beautiful and for a good cause and for that you should be recognized In the future I will plan an excessive amount of time for delivery... unfortunately

Love these bracelets! This isn't the first one I've purchased and it simply is such a good way to remind yourself of a place that made you happy. I know when I look down at my wrist I'll be taken back to memories that I created with my best friends. All of us just ordered one

But, this time I tried to get the free tote you sent me the e mail about but it seemed as though I was being charged for it so I removed it from my cart. I still ordered the keepsake box. Thanks

I'm disappointed that there was no option to include a personal message with the gift. Including a personal message would have made the gift more meaningful. Also, the coordinates came up incorrectly multiple times when I was placing the order- frustrating and time consuming.

The cart never updated with the products that I attempted to purchase. Instead, I coincidentally was ordering the same thing that was suggested to add to my cart, and that was the only way I was able to purchase the items I wanted. The "add to cart" button didn't seem to work.

I may update my experience when the bracelets arrive. However, I was not too pleased to find out I could not use numbers in my message inside of the keepsake box. I think this is silly. Did this company not think people may want to put their anniversary or date Wanderer Bracelets met in the box?

When I first started shopping you flashed an additional 15% off... then I could never get back to it.

I find it odd shipping rates changed after entering payment. However, the team at wanderer bracelets did a great job at handling the matter. Very satisfied with both their product and service. Very professional.

It was not clear when I purchased this item it was made from bone! As a vegan I don't consume or wear animals, I'm beyond frustrated I paid for something that goes against my moral beliefs! I don't care if it was "naturally sourced and no animal was killed for it", I don't wear animals period

Please don't advertise guaranteed delivery by a certain date when you are using USPS. This was a pretty big disappointment when updates up until this morning said it would be delivered on the 13th, then the 14th, and now its updated to 16th. Would have been a perfectly timed gift; but alas...

Easy navigation through website and amazing products! Only down side is that I was told 1-2 days for a review on the order then 3-5 days for shipping. It overall took 9 days to ship and my delivery date changed multiple times. But the quality of the bracelets were amazing and just what I ordered!

Sent me a discount code to sign up for information and offers... I bought bracelets... checked out... tried to use the discount code sent to me via text message... INVALID DISCOUNT CODE. Bought the bracelets anyway. Last purchase though, probably not inclined to recommend to others due to experience.

I ordered believing I would get this order on the 13th, as I paid the extra shipping fee for it to get to be before Valentine's Day. Completely disappointed, I did not have a gift for my husband and I never would have ordered but I saw it advertised on social media as a Valentine's gift. Shame on you!

Very easy to place my order. The product was packaged well and there were very descriptive details about the product.
My only negative about the product is that the Charms themselves with our initials is rather small and the lettering is hard to read due to how small the lettering is.

Colors I wanted were available. I wish there was an edit option for an order after adding to cart. I must have created the same couples bracelet set about 4 times because the box engraving had grammar errors and I just want to reword it. I had to go back through the whole process to fix it. Kind of a pain.
