WORST customer service. I purchased multiple items and none of the items fit in a way that was remotely decent. I reached out to return the items and just like other reviews, Showpo danced around it. Most websites have 30 days return policy for refund/store credit. No store credit offered or anything. Now I have over $200 worth of unworn clothing (2 pricey jackets) that no one in my family fits and wasted my money. The worst company, I guess this is how they make their money, ripping people off. On top of denying my return request, they offered a 10% off discount for next time I shop there, the nerve.

I ordered 2 items from this website in the Australian sizes (since it's an Australian website). Showpo sent me American sizes so everything was way too big and when I tried to reach out to customer service, they were very rude and unhelpful. This was after I was sent incorrect tracking information and my package arrived torn open. I am now stuck with store credit to a website that offers mediocre clothing and horrible customer service. Not to mention that this order ended up costing me money since I had to pay to send it back. Save yourself time and money... shop at Lulus's instead.

BE AWARE that if you wish to return an(y) item(s) you DO NOT get your money back into your CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD. I made the stupid mistake to assume that I would only get merchandise/store credit if I went over a specific amount of days (ex. 14 or 60 days) because that's how other stores/ websites work. And NOW I've been desperately trying to get my money back because I need that money to help pay for my books for college. And Showpo just keep dancing around the damn issue. If I can't get my money back I'm just going to have use up the store credit (MY MONEY) but after that I'm NEVER buying from here again.

The shipping is amazing because of how fast it is, though the quality and sizing of these items were despicable! I bought three dresses within two weeks and returned them all due to sizing issues. I'm not sure if their sizing charts are off, but I usually wear a size 14-16 AU, though the sizing chart recommended a size 20 for me! Of course, the dress was enormous on me and I had to send it back. For the premium prices you pay, the quality could be a lot better. And the fact that you can't get a full refund and only get a store credit is very tedious. The customer service team was very helpful throughout all my returns although, I will not be purchasing from this site again.

DO NOT buy from this company. I ordered a dress from here and when it came it REAKED of chemical, toxins, which really makes me question their ethical standards and care for the health of their customers. My item came about a month late, which is ridiculous. The quality is horrendous. The stitching is completely off, the item fits so oddly, and looks nothing like the photo. I tried contacting them kindly for a refund and Showpo refused. They would only offer me store credit, which I do not want because I had such a terrible experience here I will never be purchasing from them again, and either should you. They don't have physical stores, so you have to order online, then you're locked in because if you don't like the item you only get store credit. HORRIBLE company, HORRIBLE quality, and HORRIBLE customer service. Complete scam, DO NOT buy from here, you will regret it.

I can't fault the customer service in terms of sending the product, but the sizing is absolutely ridiculous! Ordered one dress in my size that was 1-2 sizes too big I thought the sizes must be generous so let it go and got the dress altered myself, so I decided to order another dress in the same size as the first, now this dress is CLEARLY 2 sizes to small, I had a friend try said dress on who is 2 sizes smaller and she could barely get the dress zipped up. Said dress was discounted. I now know why. This is absolutely disgusting. I know km going to have a hard time trying to get a refund for this item so I'll cut my losses and make sure that everyone now knows this is an awful site. I will not be recommending again nor with I ever order.

I cannot recommend showpo enough! I found the website while searching for a bridesmaid dress and I was absolutely amazed by the different colours and styles of formal dresses Showpo have. I did order a dress and found that it wasn't the style I was after but the customer service was incredible! I sent my order back for return and within the hour the customer service representative fast tracked my store credit and I was able to order another dress. Delivery was also another amazing experience. I ordered my dress at 5pm and received my dress the following morning at 11am! Overall a very impressed shopper and I will be back :)

I purchased two dresses from Showpo. Showpo were received in a timely manner, packaged well and in great condition.
I returned one dress as it unfortunately didn't suit my body shape, but the other one was perfect.

I used the option to pay for my return shipping in order to get the money refunded to my bank account instead of receiving a store credit. I then received an email to say that my return was successfully received and my store credit was now available. Exactly what i didn't want. Emailed explaining that I had paid for my shipping as I wanted the money refunded, and then had to explain why I had returned my item (even though it asks you that when you return select to return the goods). Took about 5 emails, but am getting my money actually refunded.

If the refund hadn't of been such a muck around i would have given 5 stars.

The company does not give a refund. Only store credit. If you are one of the victims of this company who does not want anything to do with their cheap products anymore, and just wanting your money back, I urge you to make a complaint at Fair Trading because their policy is not fair to unsatisfied customers. Their clothes are pretty expensive so I was expecting a good quality as well. My orders are all dismaying. Really really cheap and bad quality. I returned them the next day and would only give store credit in return or gift cards. Their policy is not fair. We should have the right to have our money back rather than store credit or gift cards. I have already made a complaint in Fair Trading and if anyone else out there deserves justice to their purchase, please report this unfair policy to Fair Trading.

I ordered Showing Me Off Two Piece Set In White Lace, and Where Are You Now necklace in gold. I received me package very fast considering I live over seas. The package came in a cute purse like' bag. Inside was the two piece set and the necklace. Be careful when ordering jewelry. The bag for the jewelry was super tiny and I actually ended up throwing my necklace away because I didn't see it. The packaging for it looked like a silica packet. I found my necklace though, but because the packaging for the necklace was so small, it was pretty tangled. The necklace still looked like it would be good quality. I also contacted customer service because I originally thought Showpo didn't send me my necklace, and they were really willing to make things right. They also replied within an hour. The two piece set was super cute. What I didn't like about it though was it was a little bit see through, the top showed a lot a cleavage but you could make it better by tying the front tie tighter, and the skirt was long. I'm 5'2" and the skirt dragged the floor, compared to the picture of the model where the skirt is at her ankles. My overall review of them is good. This is my first time ordering with them so maybe the things that went wrong was my fault because I didn't know what to expect, I didn't know about small jewelry packaging and I didn't know their models are so tall, but I'm definitely willing to order from them again and keep figuring out the company.

So i probably placed about 6 orders with showpo so clearly i like the style but it's really hit or miss. The prices are high (compare to Zara where shop all the time) and the quality is not that good on some of the items, from each order i places i return half and you need to pay for shipping and only get store credit, that stops me from getting way more things from them.
I just feel Showpo did a good job picking very nice designs but cheap and price them up.
From what i didn't return, 2 skirts shrank in the laundry after 1 use and one skirt ripped after maybe 5 wears.
Also i placed an order and the next day they went on 30% off so i chat with them asking for price compare ( like come on it was 1 day) like all the brands will do for you and i got just a no. I was very annoyed by there.
So yeah... every now and then i will see them on social media and get something but it's risky f.

I've ordered from here three times. The first time I ordered a dress which fit very well, very slightly altered. I was very happy with my purchase. The second time I received a jacket that was supposed to be a small but it was gigantic and the arm holes/arm length was super tiny! I received a top with slightly short arms as well but that wasn't a big deal. The return shipping was way too much and I received it for Christmas so by the time I got it I can't return these items. Recently, I ordered a dress which looked spectacular online. Unfortunately, the sides of the dress bulge out where the hips are supposed to be but since I'm 5'8" that part falls on my waist creating a "love handle" of material. Overall, the clothes here are so cute but the unpredictable sizing + shipping makes me think it's not worth it.

0 stars. Horrible customer service. My credit card was charged 4 times without my knowledge or consent for 1 item. Material was below average for the price. Falsely accused me of a stain Showpo supposedly found upon return when the dress was returned back unworn, in the same packaging, unwashed, with tags, within 4 days of receiving it. It was returned as it was extremely small in the chest and sholders even ordering a size up to be safe. I am completely unsatisfied with the product and service. The fact that they wrongfully accused me of a stain that was not there, just to avoid giving me a full store credit or refund is despicable. I've never written or had to write a review for any product, service or company until now. They wouldn't give me a refund or a full store credit and honestly I wouldn't use it at this point anyways. I wish I would have never entrusted or ordered from this company at all. What an absolute nightmare.

I will say the customer service for this site is AMAZING. Showpo are very helpful, reply very quickly, and store credit that doesn't expire is really awesome. However the quality of clothing isn't on par for me. The clothes are photographed beautifully, you get a sense that they'll be of really good quality but that's not the case. The materials are usually very thin and flimsy, when for the item of clothing you've picked out you would have expected a thicker more substantial material. I will also say the sizes run slightly bigger (on me anyway, I'm a size 4-6).

I ordered dresses that were my size and one below my size to keep my options open. Showpo both turned out to be terrible quality, and ridiculously long and large. I have never been so dissatisfied with my shopping experience. In addition, I had to pay 9 dollars out of my pocket to return the clothes, and only received store credit. I spent around $200 here, and basically wasted $200 because I'm sure the next pair of clothes I order will have the same issue. Don't waste your time on this website, it is a complete rip off. They only offer store credit as a return because they know that they have bad quality clothing and have roped you into buying their clothes.

I placed an order back on 5/29, a dress that I was planning to wear on my bday 6/16. It's been 7 business days and I got ZERO updates about the order "In transit". I got in touch with their support center and told me to keep an eye in the tracking link. Asked them for an ETA or otherwise cancel my order, customer service told me that I'll get a refund once I receive the package... God knows if I'll ever receive it or when... prob by fall or winter. This is very frustrating, Showpo aren't reliable at all. Never again. At this point I just told them to keep my money, basically I paid for an item and I got nothing. I guess that's how they make their money.

Ordered two dresses last year and it came with an extra $90 CAD in duties. One of the dresses came faulty with loose threads and small black marks on a WHITE dress. The other dress seemed cute but it was too small and I didn't want to pay the return fee so I waited to lose some weight so it would fit. Finally tried it on again and the string to wrap around just ripped right off. Contacted them and Showpo said they could not accept as it was too late even though it was still brand new with tags, even though they should offer free returns for damaged items. Super poor quality on both dresses and spent so much money on them just because they looked cute. Not worth the price and the poor return policies.

We ordered 8 bridesmaid dresses for a wedding at different times/states and when the bridesmaids and bride realized that the dresses were different shades of navy we had a difficult time returning or exchanging them. The dresses were cute and fabric was light weight as to what we really needed for our July wedding. Just sorry that the return policy is quite strict especially when you only have 14 days to return an item. If the item has not been worn and the tags are still attached it seems Showpo allow for the return and not just give you credit. I guess live and learn.

I have had an horrible experience with this site! First time shopping from them, I recieved a falty item. It was dis-colored at the front and was frayed along one sleeve. I was worried that the stain my be seen as "makeup" however I do not wear makeup and I made this clear in my message to them. I was assured that Showpo understood this and this I could still return my item and get store credit. I had to pay for the return shipping and they said I would be reimbursed with extra store credit. HOWEVER. I waited a couple of weeks for my store credit but it never came so I messaged them to ask them about it. They then replied saying that my item was stained so I will not be receiving a refund or store credit. They didn't even tell me about this until I had asked! I wasted almost a month trying to work this out and then ended up losing $60NZD. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Ordered a dress for graduation, the courier lost it in the mail or im not sure what happened. I had to order the dress again, and pay for expedited shipping that Showpo refused to compensate even though it wasn't my fault, Showpo said it was the courier's so it wasn't their issue. They provided me credit to order the dress again (wasn't enough to cover the new price of the dress since it originally had a one-time student discount on it.) Anyways I pay for expedited shipping and it still is in Australia and is supposed to come tomorrow so no way it'll be here on time. It's my graduation dress and even though I ordered 3 weeks ago, they failed to provide me with it and will have to go find some other dress. Further when issuing the credit, it took me like 3 phone calls for it to finally show up on my account and the happiness agent kept saying it's there even though it wasn't. Extremely frustrating company, I'd stay away because you won't get your stuff in time.
