We purchased a cargo carrier and when it was delivered the box was completely busted open.The carrier was damaged and hardware was just dropped on the porch. When we called Quadratic Quadratec were super helpful. We explained what happened and they shipped out another cargo carrier to us right away; delivery was even made on a Sunday. They also paid to have the first one picked up. Thank you Quadratic for great customer service.

Customer Service was spot on. The gentleman was very nice, apologized for the damaged package and merchandise He immediately placed a new order for us and it arrived within 3 days. Thank you for excellent customer service!

Some of the leveling kits have parts that others don't. Very difficult to determine what are necessary and what aren't. It would be nice if you all could work a little bit to help let us know what parts are really necessary and what parts are just nice to have or polish. Shock extension vrs not using one, brake line bracket extension vrs not using one, different tie rod vrs sticking with original. Thanks I guessed and picked one. Hope I don't need to return it.

I had a few questions regarding the tire type for my vehicle and I called Quadratec right after completing the order. I was quickly assisted by Josh and he was able to give me some insight and switch my order to a tire that better fit my project. I had tried other websites and different local shops, but there were constant issues with inventory or even incorrect product delivery. No issues with Quadratec at all.

This refers to a different order (still on backorder); You keep telling me a product is on backorder but will be delivered on XXX "if ordered today". The product doesn't come on that day. The next time I look it will "be delivered on XXX+7days if ordered today". No delivery. Then it's XXX plus another 7 days (14 now), then another 7 days (21 now). Just state that you don't know when the product will be available instead of holding me hostage or enticing people to buy so you can hold THEM hostage too.

I was unable to select black mirrors. Whenever I did, the site told me that I needed to select options. The only option it allowed was the more expensive stainless option. I went ahead with the order because of the good ratings on the Quadratec mirrors and that it pushed me into the free shipping category, an amount I would have paid in shipping.
I'm settled on having the stainless mirrors now, I was debating them, but my black CJ has no other stainless or chrome on it, so that's why I initially decided on the black.

I really like the look and it did go on nicely.
I am having great difficulty in finding a Bimini top to go along with the windstop. I don't want the bimini pro, but just a bimini that goes over the radio roll bar and hooks into the full door brackets and hooks to the front windshield for a 2004 TJ Unlimited.
I wish to drive this wrangler in the winter. So I don't want air leaks. Also, is there a way to close the air gap between the windstop and the radio roll bar?

I'm still waiting for the last request. But all the prevous communication was very helpful.

Nice site. I ordered a spring for my jeep there. Came on time. The quality is good, only the paint is missing in places, but this, as I understand it, is not critical.) I decided to place an order there, because my colleague makes purchases there all the time. He is generally satisfied and still recommends it to me and his friends, because for him it is not just a hobby, but a whole business. Since he got to this point, this site is probably worth checking out.

Quadratec has a fantastic selection of aftermarket parts and almost always has more than one option for replacement parts. Shopping is easy, the search bar almost always brings up exactly what I'm looking for with the first search. Shipping is quick, fast, and in a hurry! Most of the time my parts are out the door and on the delivery truck the very next day, sometimes even the same day! Customer support is polite, professional, and knowledgeable. When I have a question, Quadratec take the time to hear out my wants/needs and then make calculated suggestions. I will continue to shop with Quadratec for as long as I drive a Jeep.

Great customer service and answering questions. And now Quadratec is expanding their lineup to keep your Jeep running and Bentham original. Mine is a 2006 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon (LJ) with manual transmission and it will be in the family for the next 50 years.

Really helpful and I lost 4 critical screws to a small part (but essential since it attaches my windshield) Quadratec offered a replacement at cost since I was a valued customer. Plus who doesn’t love a catalog specifically built to your Jeep!

My experience with Quadratec was a good experience. It was the carrier that I have a huge problem with. FedEx is Quadratec's carrier of choice. The delivery experience was awful and unprofessional. On two occasions FedEx intentionally left my packages in my yard instead of on my porch because I have submitted multiple claims to FedEx in the past. And before I could retrieve my packages Quadratec were stolen. It seems that FedEx set up these unlawful acts themselves. Quadratec did replace the stolen items but I hold FedEx responsible.

I have always received excellent products and service from Quadratec. One example is this: I ordered window covers for my Jeep. Appling the covers is reasonably easy. Well, I got down to installing the driver's door cover and I broke it. When I called to see if I could buy a replacement, I was told I had to buy the entire package. I was assisted by a very nice salesman that sent me the package free of charge. This is the quality of service that is so exceptional with this company.

I've never had an issue with Quadratech. I'm grateful Quadratec have the vast selections. I rated a 4/5 because of my observation with past orders and many comments about no instructions. When I purchase outside Jeep parts and no instructions (or what's more irritating is when they're poorly written) I find it extremely frustrating. Many backyard Jeepers can figure out fitment, but there are a good many first timers and others too that need to see how things are fitted and it's not fair to always blame MOPAR. I'm glad to know there is tech support and thankfully have never had the need personally, but I remain a satisfied customer nonetheless!

First tried to chat - got a rep on who gave me a link to brakes that do not fit my car. So I called the 1-800 number and after 8 minutes got a person who was extremely DISINTERESTED - told me where to navigate to look for brake kits - I was already there. What I was hoping for was a tech that knew brakes, could tell me the difference between models - without just reading what was on the web page. I really miss the customer service you guys had a few years back

Explained the mechanics of the switch on how it works so now I understand why I need to replace the switches when I change doors from winter full metal to summer tube doors. The switch auto-adjust inward only. There is no outward adjust. I was making myself crazy trying to figure out what I did wrong when this summer I installed tube only doors (pushed auto adjust in further) and when I want back to winter doors, factory full metal doors it would no longer turn off dome light. Mystery solved! Thank you! The world makes sense again. I would have never figured this out on my own.

I only shop w/Quadratec b/c of the exceptional customer service I received from Cheri after I purchased my 1st modification as a new Jeep owner who hadn't a clue as to what I was doing and subsequently made several purchases that wouldn't fit my 08 Jeep JKU and Cheri helped me return items without screwing me financially for my mistakes and got me the correct items. Can't say enough great things about Cheri, if she leaves Quadratec that'll suck

When I asked questions about the product, your response came soon afterward (within the hour, for example) which is very rare. I thank you for that. This is going on a 3/8-16 Hurst shift stick that I have to reach for. It's chrome, and your item is black. So, not a perfect match, but evidently what I am looking for is rare and you folks are the only ones that carry anything close to what I need. So, I appreciate that you have something that will bring the shifter closer to me.

With shopping by vehicle type Quadratec makes it easy and non confusing to find the right products. The emails at every stage of the purchase and delivery process is very reassuring. I can't comment on the product I've just received as I've not opened the package or installed them on my Jeep yet.

I asked a very specific question about my Jeep and one of your products. Unfortunately the answer was not clear and didn't specifically answer my question. I've Googled it and no one seems to have a clear answer including the manufacturer.

Orderd A part from this site because it said fast shipping and needed it fast to get my vehicle ready for a vacation 4x4 trip. Sent messages by text but no response back. After about two hours total on hold and 12 days later still no part and it shows it never even left town. I was offered a refund because Quadratec are out of my parts. Unfortunately I can't get my money back until they do a tracer. Now I'm out $259.00 and have one day to find my parts and get my vehicle fixed before my vacation 4x4 trip. Found my parts at another site but won't get to me for three days. I now after a planned year vacation can't make it in time.

Well I just opened the box today and found out that it is the wrong part in the box, your company is closed after 5pm so I have to call Tom, very upset due to I am a Bodyshop and jeep is torn down ready to install a rail and find out these tubular running boards in the box instead of a safety cap frame rail.my customer is highly pissecoff cuz we had to set time aside to get her in and now the wrong part, plus now I can't move the jeep cuz it's all apart and don't have the correct part I ordered
