Just wanting to purchase a gift certificate and have it sent to my sisters telephone instantly. I use the chat option which is simply automatic feedback which does not involve a human. So I clicked on live agent. It is 12:30 PM Eastern standard time on Wednesday. Quadratec said you're closed. It's all very complicated and time-consuming. It would be nice to just have a human being answer the telephone. A human being who speaks clear and concise English.

The most challenging part of the installation was sorting through all the parts and hardware (majority in one bag).

The parts list could be made more clear.

The instructions are OK but definitely take your time.

One or two spots where the fab was bad but what are you going to do.

I do not understand the plastic knobs. Quadratec would make more sense if you could slide cross rails but ya can't. Hope they will hold up with time.

Getting the front roof panels off doesn't look tricky, but taking the full hardtop back piece off would be tough without a friend who can navigate around the rack ll.

It took a few days for the hood to actually ship. I ended up calling and the rep and got it release to ship. As for the shipping, it came in perfect. Quadratec took really good care of it. It actually showed up on a pallet in a giant box. The hood was packaged in a different box that was in the giant box. This allowed the box not to be harmed from any other cargo. If shippers took this much care, there would be no way anything would be damaged. A big shout out to R and L and Quadratec for taking extra care. I'll keep you guys posted on how painting and install goes

Also, the quantity shown on the "Cart" didn't always update after a purchase selection, Though when I went to the cart page, the item was there.

I bought a Smittybilt "OEM" size seat from Quadratec and discovered that it was several inches shorter than what I was told on the phone. I went to the reviews and initially not see that many other Jeep owners had discovered the same problem among other fit problems. I did not see any negative comments until I went to the very end of the reviews. Shame on Quadratec for hiding the poor reviews which would have changed my mind about buying this sub-standard product!

Although i recieve my orders well packed and in a timely manner the past several times ive ordered, ive been upset that absolutely none of my orders have contained any free quadratec stickers. Ive bought several hundred dollars worth of products and i want to put your sticker on my jeep. Still like your company. Love that its based in PA. Ill still from you. But im pissed about the stickers.

Beautiful top and relatively easy install, there is a seam in the drivers side door edge that is upward facing that will fray and look bad over time, I wrote Quadratec and have as of yet not heard a response. A seam in material is going to happen but the open edge should be downward to not allow water dirt etc. or just use an extra foot of edging and not have a seam at all. It is about 10 inches up the upper door skin on the drivers side so I get to see it everytime I open the door...

wrote an email to Quadratec and have not heard back, also sent a picture of the issue.

This refers to a different order (still on backorder); You keep telling me a product is on backorder but will be delivered on XXX "if ordered today". The product doesn't come on that day. The next time I look it will "be delivered on XXX+7days if ordered today". No delivery. Then it's XXX plus another 7 days (14 now), then another 7 days (21 now). Just state that you don't know when the product will be available instead of holding me hostage or enticing people to buy so you can hold THEM hostage too.

I ordered a hitch receiver for my JK. The associated wiring harness was shipped loose in the box with the receiver and its connectors were smashed and unusable when it arrived. I immediately contacted Quadratec and was told Quadratec would ship a replacement free of charge. That was months ago. Pure lip service. I have followed up numerous times and they have gone completely radio silent. I absolutely would not recommend doing business with this company. I really don't get the positive reviews. A litmus test of a good company is how they handle issues like this one. Beware.

My order was process and shipped quickly. I thought that the kit I received contained a used or replacement part because it was a different texture and manufacturer. Called customer service to ask for a replacement kit. Replacement kit was sent out the next day. When looking over the second kit, I was surprised to find the seal of different texture/manufacturer. The service from Quadratec was great, the Mopar seal kit was Meh.

I thought the first Mopar seal kit that I ordered had a defective or used part. Called customer service to ask for a new kit. I spoke with Greg, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. A new kit had to be sent because individual pieces were not available. The new kit was sent out the next day. When I opened the second kit, I was surprised to find the same patch with different texture. It may have been avoided if the Mopar seal kit came with instructions. But I don't think any of the kits on the market have them.

The Flow Master exhaust was delivered timely and in new shape. I've no issues with Quadratec but I do have an issue with the Flow Master exhaust. The exhaust tips are made to slide over the exhaust and tighten down with the bolt and nut provided. I cranked the bolt and nut as tight as possible, even to the point of deforming the bolt and still the tips were loose and can be slid off. These will need to be tack welded to stay in place. Pretty simplistic application, not sure how Flow Master could possible screw it up, but Quadratec did!

Great selection and fast delivery. Installed Fox steering stabilizer in 45 minutes and have only driven it for 2 days in town on bad roads and IT'S FANTASTIC!
TOTALLY DIFFERENT road feel with NO vibration or groove/line following. Goes straight and solid. Well worth the $ and tomorrow I'll get it to 75-80mph on highway and will let you know how it does(I think it's going to be a smooth effortless drive.
Quadratec was easy to work with and FAST delivery… keep up the good work, I'll be back over and over!

My items shipped within one day of order, I needed to validate my address due to an auto-fill error and was on hold for less than one minute before a real helpful CSR made a quick edit and it was off to shipping. Standard post took less than a week for a very heavy pair of brakes to arrive. Price was slightly higher, however, my experience was wonderful and I'm a very happy customer.

Ed answered my call within one minute of being on hold, had my order up just as quick, and made one edit to my address and had the order headed to the warehouse. A very positive customer service experience, thank you!

The kit was supposed to have come with a pair each of 3 different colored/sized springs, and the customer uses only one pair of the needed size. My set came with 2 complete pairs, but only one of the springs in the size that I needed.

The kit was not supposed to come with the self-adjusting gears, but that part is usually trashed when it's time to overhaul the brakes. And so it sure would be nice if two of those were included in the kit. I had to make a special run to the parts store just to get those.

Nobody in the industry provides better packing on large parts. I have ordered bumpers, skid plates, and now these rock sliders. Quadratec came wrapped with bubble wrap and foam, and then more foam protection. Welds are nice and clean. Only took about 30 minutes to install. I used a jack stand to support the other end rather than a helper. Finish is similar to original Rubicon stock sliders.
They mount very solid to frame. I saw a couple comments about needing shims because they rattled. I had no problems. There is only about 1/16 to 1/8 between stock sliders and these. I really like them. Nice step without looking like a bottle opener hanging down.

I found the items I needed/wanted easily. The website supplies pretty good info about the products but you, as a consumer, have the responsibility of making sure the products are correct for your make/model, etc. if you're not sure, give Quadratec a call/email, I bet they'll help you out. The product pages usually have a few customer photos of the product & you can see the fit or how it might look on your ride. My products arrived quickly, and the only issue I had was the set screw used to tighten the rear view mirror needed a bit of thread cutting. A bit of time & patients on my part was all that was needed.

I’ve already posted about Quadratec customer service, I suggest you read it under VDP Six Speaker Sound Bar. I’ll tell you that Quadratec & VDPUSA customer service is the real thing and if you give them a chance, they’ll do you a solid.

Order was processed and shipped very quickly as always. One part of my order didn't get shipped with the rest of the parts, however with a quick call to the friendly customer service team Quadratec had the remaining part of my order headed towards me with expedited shipping. Things happen but how you handle them is what makes all the difference and Quadratec always meets or exceeds expectations.

Contacting customer service was quick, easy, friendly, and effective. Quadratec staff are always kind and helpful.

1 of the 4 item sent was wrong. I called and was told it was the only one Quadratec have. Did my research on the website and found two similar items. I Called the second time and gave the two item numbers. The right one will be sent to me. Overall, I am very satisfied. First customer service person should have done the research but took the easy route by saying that's all they have. Last customer service person made it right.

Tom wasn’t so helpful. One of the products I got was the wrong size and I told him I got them based on the video. He told me it is the only one they have. I refused to believe and did my own research and found out there were two different products.

Worst customer service experience in a long time. Part number for item ordered was incorrect and got the wrong part. Multiple calls yielded no answer. Email was not answered until over a month later and it stated that my issue had been resolved (not true at all). Now I am out 35$ for return shipping, UPS is 35$ richer, and I still have no part. I tried to leave a review but the next time I checked to see if Quadratec replied it said it had been rejected and I was not allowed to leave another. STAY AWAY!

I've ordered a number of items from Quadratec and have never been disappointed. The orders always arrive on time and in good condition, and Quadratec always provide tracking. Most recently I ordered a locking fuel door cover, and unfortunately used the little ring that came with it to attach it to our Wrangler key ring. The fuel door key managed to come off the Wrangler key ring twice... I found it the first time and should have learned from that because I couldn't find it the second time. I called Quadratec customer service and they immediately put a replacement key in the mail at no cost! I definitely recommend this company.

Great bumper at a great price. The bumper replaces a Body Armor, and though Quadratec look similar, the BA could not support 33" tires (nitto rg), and writing to BA to complain did nothing.

I kept looking, and here to find that Quadratec now has a bumper with my needs; mid-width, shackle support, no hitch (so I could keep the factory JK hitch), and a pair of led lights.

This bumper was no only less expensive than the BA, it easily fits my 35" nitto's and look like room to fit 37", which some folks claim to get.

This bumper is great - period!

It took over 30 minutes to place a simple order. You had no record of my email address even though I started the order from the email you sent me. Your ordering section is not very clear. I had to create a whole new account. The interesting thing is, you had my shopping history but no record of my email. My email has been the same for over 10 years. Makes me feel uneasy placing my order with a company that seems unorganized and possibly not trust worthy.

Your customer service is always fabulous. One of my items which was a spray cleaner was on back order and I only added it to the cart to make up the free shipping. I called up and was easily able to cancel with no penalty. The coasters for the cupholders did not fit and I was sent a return label so I did not have to pay for the shipping to return

How much my items was on back order and I was able to cancel it and the other one was the coasters that didn’t fit in the cupholders. I was provided with a prepaid return label

Quadratec Chat is a joke. Waiting to speak to a live person took much too long. Gave up on that.

The 18" fog light extension harness shows two harnesses in the photo that accompanies the description of the product,
But the description appears to indicate that there is only 1 included in the order. I've ordered a second one... or maybe two? Who knows at this point? Paid for overnight shipping twice since we need these to put the vehicle back on the road ASAP.

The gift card was confusing because after I played around for a long time, I called and he said I had to enter the gift card code AFTER I put all of my credit card info in first. That's confusing, because I certainly didn't want to enter my credit card NOT knowing if I'd ever get to enter the gift card. I think there should be a note saying that the gift card redemption occurs after you enter your credit card... OR the code should be before you enter the credit card.

Just completed a restoration of my 87 Comanche. I placed at least a dozen different orders for various parts, even ordering the wrong parts and needing an exchange at one point. Throughout the whole process Quadratec delivered excellent service, shipping my parts quickly. 5 star for sure!

Ordered the wrong gas tank for my fuel injected 4 L engine. Was able to get a return authorization, shipping label, and refund all within a few days. It was perfect service

I purchased a $450 rack to haul a canoe. When it arrived it was scratched considerably, missing 5 parts, and the instructions were wadded in a ball. Obviously, I received a product another dissatisfied customer returned. 11 days later and two emails and still no response. I am new to the Jeep community and have numerous upgrades to make totaling thousands of dollars. Quadratec will not see another penny of my money, and I will spread the word to other Jeep owners I know.

Very pleased with selection and info on site. I dropped 1 star because so much is out of stock. I understand this is out of Quadratecs control but still frustrating. That coupled with FedEx issues. We have been waiting an extra week so far for our last order and still not here. That coupled with FedEx tracking not working I have no idea when our winch, programmer, and shackles will arrive... again can't blame Quadratec but I wish Quadratec used UPS instead.

Great experience, most tops out of stock, but have to blame that on COVID. Quadratec is where I go for all my jeep products. Great website/store. Haven't put the top on yet will be on tomorrow only reason for the 4 stars.

Contacted customer service about out of stock Quadratec tops. Customer service was helpful/honest on when it could be delivered or in stock. Wanted to get my soft top for the summer. Had to switch to Rampage but customer service walked me through the ratings and everything. Great service once in contact.
