Very satisfied 5 star
Received my order and very pleased... pretty colors... good quality fabric... ruby- green- purple- lime green -royal blue- light blue all arrived measured as my order except... light blue was 1 yard 28 inches instead of 2 yards. All others measured as ordered with added inches... I wish the Green was bright Irish green... but very satisfied and will order again. My order arrived on appointed date... tracking # very easy to locate progress...

Thank you for your promptness... love the material. I make scarves... very soft and cuddly...

Didn't send product
I ordered a few items. IFabric didn't send one one I really needed. When I reached out to request it, they refunded me and said I could reorder because it was in stock. When I asked if my shipping would be waived (since it was more than the cost of the fabric) I was told it would not be. If it was out of stock I wish they would have told me up front because I would have cancelled the whole thing.

Worst online fabric company
I would give this zero stars if I could. It took them 31 days to even pack my order of 3 fabrics in low quantity. IFabric only packed it once I threatened to cancel my order. Their customer service is horrible. I foolishly forgot that last year they pulled the same thing. I had ordered one colourway, they sent another, blamed me, then removed the fabric from the website so I couldn't order the proper colourway. They should not be in business. This company is a full scam.

Product never shipped.
This company is a scam. IFabric never shipped the items. I ordered over a month ago. They sent a "label created" email, when I asked when they would be shipping. Now they won't answer my emails. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I don't want the items now and I'm not paying for them.

Product quality is very good but service is slow
The fabric we ordered is as expected quality seems very good. My only concern is that their service was slow I didn't get any acknowledgement after placing the order for couple of days then news for about a week for shipping. Their customer care number also returned as not existing so I got scared that my money went to a black hole. But then after another couple of days I received response to my email that my order will be shipped and received in good condition in about 5 days time. So it totally took about 11 days for it arrive. Would have helped if IFabric kept in touch with the customer in between

Tell the truth
Paid in advaned for over night shipping it was put on a brown truck and took 11 days to get across the country. I needed it to finish a project which did not get finished in time. I emailed the company several times tried calling all in vain. I told them I wanted my shipping fee back

Complete SCAM!
I placed an order on 8/6/2020, I was advised that it would ship in 7-10 business days! Contacted them on 8/22 and IFabric said my order has shipped and a sent me a fake tracking number. Contacted them again on 8/27 and on 8/28 they said my order shipped and didn't send a tracking number that time! I contacted them again and heard back on 8/32 stating my order had shipped and that the customer phone number they have, they don't answer the phone! I contacted them again on 9/5 and they got back to me on 9/7 saying my order has shipped and sent me another fake tracking number. I contacted them again and heard from them on 9/15 simply saying thanks for getting back to me and they will check into my order! I have asked for a refund numerous times with no luck! I have yet to receive my order! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and threatened the company that I am planning on contacting the attorney general in their state! All I want is my order or a refund! Beware of this company! The BBB contacted them as well and has to hear back from anyone!

Scam, do not use
Would give less stars if I could. Total scam, quick to take your money, but never ship anything out. The reviews on their site are fake, the never answer emails, and if IFabric do it just to lie to you and give you a fake tracking number. The chat does not work, and the phone number is bogus too.

I'm glad that I did order from iFabric because my experience was great. I would order from them again. I got a Lowest price on my fabric, the fabric arrived within 2 weeks, and the quality was perfect. Jesse the customer service was such a help, Thank you!

Don't Order from this company
I ordered fabric in April. Site stated because of Covid it would take 7-10 days. I got an e-mail on May 5, recieved order and took payment. I am still waiting to hear from them 22 days later! No phone number to call, you cannot even send a message on their contact page. STAY AWAY!

Missing order
I placed an order and was informed on Feb. 4th the fabric was on the way. It is now March 4th and I have yet to receive my order. I have sent emails, with one response, the order would be resent.

Since that time I have had no further communication from them and no fabric. I wish I had checked out their web site and read the reviews of their customer service, I would not have used this company.

I place an order for $100+ IFabric never shipped it. I communicated with them and they told me it was going to ship. They printed a shipping label, but NEVER shipped it. Then when I asked for a refund, the communication stopped. So I had to dispute the charge with my bank!

Never Received Order
I placed an order on April 16th. IFabric made a label on May 3rd after I sent multiple emails and the package never made it past the label being created. They stole my money and won't email or call me back (phone voice-mail goes straight to a full voice-mail), and they deleted my Facebook comment asking for help. Disgraceful.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. I placed an order for four tablecloths a month ago. It said arrival would be 5-7 days. Two and a half weeks later still no package. I wrote to them on several occasions saying to cancel my order I needed them to get there by a certain date. IFabric said your order cannot be cancelled and that they were on their way. Weeks go by, still nothing. I keep emailing them. They then promise they will be there by the day before my party. They didn't arrive until TWO WEEKS AFTER my party. I have yet to get a refund on this. I no longer need them and want to send them back and get a full refund. The customer service person didn't even write their name on any of their emails so that I did not know who I was working with. And they were very short, rude and I professional. The phone number listed on their website for customer service IS NOT A WORKING NUMBER. I will never use this company again. TOTAL SCAM.

After placing order, it took 3 weeks to receive, I had emailed to see where my order was several times and IFabric only answered once. Tracking never showed info. I received my order and very disappointed, my fabric was not as described, with a stretch. I was going to use my fabric to make leggings. My fabric was the thinnest fabric with absolutely no stretch. I have been trying to get a return for a good week, with no customer service. Their phone number does not work, their chat does not work and the two times they have answered my email, I have to send the same info which is my order number and pic of fabric, they never answer back. I am going to turn them into BBB and report fraud.

Blue and white polka dot poly-cotton
It took a month from time of order to delivery date for me to receive this fabric. I even had to inquire as to when the order would be processed after 2.5 weeks of ordering. It was not shipped or delivered per the answer I received from the inquiry. The fabric itself feels like a paper tablecloth. It definitely does not feel like a poly-cotton fabric. It is super thin and is very noisy with any kind of movement. The fabric looks very pretty and I was super excited until I touched it. I also stretches a little in one direction but does not really go back to the normal shape. I will say I tried to poke my thumb through the fabric and I could not.

It is exactly what I expected
It is exactly what I expected. Arrived in a plastic ziplock within the package and arrived folded. The burlap was clean. There was an unexpected odor (petroleum based? Im not sure). I would purchase again but ask that it notbe packaged in the ziplock, a waste of plastic. Please ask the same. We must all help to reduce plastic consumption.

Very poor customer service and communication
I had to email several times to find out where my fabric was. Took several weeks longer than it should have. Emailed multiple times, finally got a shipping date. No notification if it had been shipped that day and no response to emails. Finally got it about 10 days later which was many weeks later than originally promised. Will NEVER deal with vendor again. Tried twice to post with 2 stars but when I hit post it changed to 5.

Good service! Good products!
Fast and efficient service. Excellent selection and pricing. I have placed and received several orders which were processed in two days and then packaged and shipped in a timely fashion. My orders have arrived, near Dallas Texas, in about a week. The fabrics were excellent quality and their descriptions accurate. The colors were as close to those shown on line as can be expected. I have received several colors of stretch velvet and stretch vinyl. I will continue to order from iFabric. As there hasn't been a single issue with my orders, I am very satisfied!

Horrible business
Pink is pink... it is not mango/peach! Having received the incorrect fabric happens but having to jump through hoops to get the right one was asinine. Literally IFabric asked for a photo 5 times. The last asking for a photo in ‘daylight'. I finally took a photo of my dogs crap and sent that! I'm out my purchase but that last photo I sent was worth every penny!

0 stars! My order still hasn't shipped!
My order was placed April 17th. On the website it states orders are recieved within 5 to 7 business days. I have emailed them multiple times, tried to call (voicemail is full) and I'm told my order will ship (2 weeks after ordering), given a tracking number and it still says only a label has been printed and it hasn't shipped. I would like my money back but IFabric haven't replied to my last email.

Missing Order
I ordered fabric over two months ago and I still have not received it. The customer service phone number is out of service. I emailed customer service and got no response. I even tried the customer service chat and no response. I'm out $100 dollars, I have no fabric and no way to get my money back or to get help from them. I would not recommend. Tried to add photo proof of order number but it would not load. Order number 24060.

ELEVEN DAYS to ship an item. Outrageous!
I don't know about you, but when I order fabric, I want it like yesterday. Fashion is seasonal. And if I'm making something, it's for tomorrow, or next week, NOT NEXT MONTH! ELEVEN DAYS it took for this company to ship out my little package of one item. ELEVEN DAYS. That translates to over two weeks of waiting for this company to put my one item in a package and ship it out! To add insult to injury, IFabric SAID it shipped out right away. When I track it, I find that a shipping label was created on July 30,2020. But the item didn't make it into the package until August 9th! It is now August 13th, and I still don't have my item. I'm supposed to get the item by 8PM tomorrow. Needless to say, I'm not too psyched about my project anymore. Next time I'll order from China. It will get to me faster.

Finally! Got it
I ordered clear vinyl on July 10th. On July 27th according to tracking it was to have shipped. I gave them a LOT of patience due to covid etc. Multiple phone calls to a number no longer in service and multiple emails were not returned. The vinyl was still in a warehouse in Los Angeles. On September 1st it left California and I FINALLY got it on September 3rd. I do like the vinyl and I am using it to protect my table, but the customer service SUCKS. Almost two months. Wow.

Had better experiences.
Did not get my order or any notifications regarding my order. I was unable Tiger in contact with your company. I finally had to fight to get my money back. I will not be doing busy with you again. I am sad to have to say this as I had had good response in the past several years.

Sent wrong fabric, refused refund, customer service phone message box "full"
I ordered 1/4 inch polka dot fabric. IFabric also sell 1 inch polka dot fabric. They sent 1 inch. I sent a photo with a ruler, and they are refusing to process a refund or send the correct fabric. My receipt clearly says 1/4 inch polka dots. This fabric is not usable for my daughter's project. Their phone line does not connect to a person, and the voicemail is "full". Online customer service chat does not elicit a response. By email, they replied to say, no they will not send the correct fabric or refund. Do NOT purchase from this company. It's a scam. There is no customer service and they will send you incorrect fabric and lie about it.

I was able to get a sample of the fabric in which I was interested. Was given 10% discount when I actually ordered it. I was able to track the parcel and was then told a one hour slot in which it would arrive. Excellent service. Very prompt. Would definitely buy from there again.

Customers are top priority!
IFabric ship quickly and have excellent customer service if there is an issue. We thought my parcel was lost with Priority Mail and Jesse in customer service was so quick to help me get the problem solved. I have bought from them multiple years and they always put customers first.

My order was said to ship within 7-10 days, almost 20 days later I had to contact the company. I then received an email about a week after stating it had shipped and I received a few days later. Fabric was accurate, but the timeline was not worth ordering online.

Absolutely horrible service
I ordered my fabric on June 1 it came on July 8 missing items. I tried to contact their multiple customer service lines, no one answered, I asked for a refund multiple times no one answered. I spent nearly $100 on my order and the fabric came over a month late missing two of the most valuable fabrics I ordered. I will never be purchasing from them again and I hope you don't either because IFabric will scam you for your money!
