I randomly found this art website while looking for artwork to decorate my house. I love the one stop shop to find thousands of different artist collections, but, also, you can get the art in any medium you desire! It's perfect! The prices are very reasonable considering the choices and the shipping time very quick. One of my items arrived damaged and as soon as I reported the damage a new piece was put into production and shipped out - no further questions asked! I will be a lifetime customer.

I ordered a custom Donna Mibus canvas from FineArtAmerica. It came quickly and in excellent condition. It looks fabulous!

For my first order, I found two "carnival-like" cards to send for Mardi Gras. It was great fun personalizing the sayings to use inside each card. The cards arrived shortly thereafter on study card stock with an appropriately-sized envelope, and picture quality was excellent! Communication from FineArtAmerica was excellent, timely, and shipping information was right on target. This may have been my first order, but it won't be my last!

I was promised on 12/16 that a gift ordered on 12/9 would definitely arrive by Christmas Eve. It DID NOT, and FineArtAmerica have not replied to any order update requests since before 12/23.

This gift is for an elderly man in another state spending Christmas by himself. I was hoping he would be able to work on it to help with the loneliness of Christmas Day. IF they had been honest when I saw that they had missed the ship date, I would have had time to get a different gift.

UPDATE: They finally contacted me late this afternoon and "guaranteed" my order would ship out "no later than the week of Jan. 4th." No thanks. Order cancelled. They don't deserve my business.

We wanted to get a t-shirt with a picture of the 'Big Boy' locomotive for a 4 yo grandson. This company and its processes provided just the exact t-shirt we were hoping for. Their model to bring artists and products together is genius. But the company must execute well to provide a high level of customer satisfaction and we believe that FineArtAmerica does! Timely delivery and great product quality in our purchase exceeded our expectations. Keep it up.

After much searching on-line, I found the PERFECT artwork at Fine Art America (a wonderful painting of my grandparents' farm no less), and had the print gallery wrapped in the specific size I wanted for my wall space. It came carefully packed, ready to hang, and I'm just thrilled to have it! Highly recommend for anyone doing a search on a particular artist, locale, or subject, FineArtAmerica have it all covered!

I've ordered several puzzles from Fine Art America and FineArtAmerica have been different Artist. Each one was amazing. The quality is outstanding. Even the box it comes in is a piece of art. Well worth cost. Fast delivery. Never had any issues. I will definitely be ordering more.

I purchased a print on metal of a cave painting from Las Caux from Fine Art America and loved everything about it and my experience. The colors are stunning and crisp. The metal print was expertly prepared for hanging and very well packaged. My order arrived quickly. I highly recommend this vendor, and this specific print.

Their ads say ship in 2-3 days; I finally received it in 20 days and was charged $15 for shipping
They have no tracking and don't follow through on complaints
They no longer answer emails or phone and though they advertise complete customer service,
Refuse to rebate the outrageous shipping charges

I am just thrilled with my new iPhone case from FineArtAmerica! It is sturdy AND I love the color. I am also very pleased about the hilarious cat cartoon on the back. As a cat behaviorist, I love to hear the inevitable laughter of my clients when FineArtAmerica see the great cat cartoon on my iPhone case. I never tire of looking at it myself. Puts a smile on my face every time!

I have been waiting for two months for a poster I ordered. Never received an answer to all the emails I have sent. No tracking system, apart from "shipped".
Worst ecommerce ever.

I endorse what FineArtAmerica is doing to assist artists, especially those who don't have a budget to widely promote and market their creations. The ordering process (through the artist's site), communication from FineArtAmerica and delivery of my order was seamless and efficient. I am a satisfied Canadian customer especially as my order arrived quickly from the USA in the middle of a pandemic.

Love this mask! Great quality, breathability, and awesome realistic photo. I bought one of the MH-53 Pave Low Helicopter I was on as an Aerial Gunner in the USAF and a week later bought another with my AC-130 Spectre Gunship on it. Get a lot of compliments and of course, get to share my pride of these incredible aircraft! Love them both!

We wanted 2 pics of Waldo lake to celebrate our marriage - found exactly what we were looking for.
After emailing one of the artists for more info on the photograph, was given an amazing email detailing day, location and time of the photo with background info on the artist and his connection to Waldo.

I am actually an artist on FAA and have used it several times for custom orders with usually good results. However my last order of five prints took over 2 weeks to arrive and came creased and not according to the specified paper. Staff were helpful and have ordered a reprint upon which I am waiting still to arrive.

Terrible customer customer service, FineArtAmerica encourage Live Chat so you never speak to an individual. Waited weeks for expensive picture only to be told of delays in manufacturing, etc. I canceled the order. The next day picture arrived, no notice of shipment of anything. Buy elsewhere!

I went to their site yesterday to pick an item to order. There was a notice on the site that said 15% off total order. I went back to the site today to place the order, and the discount was gone. I called customer service and spoke to 3 different people only to get the same answer... too bad, the discount notice only comes up sporadically, and basically, you snooze you lose. Horrible way to do business! Then I inquired about how to send a note with the gift and was told FineArtAmerica don't do that and basically, the person could just make a wild guess as to who sent it.

We recently remodeled a room in our home and wanted to add some natural art from one of our favorited spots. I came across a perfect piece of photography through FineArtAmerica. We purchased the piece framed and matted. It was a 10 from start to finish. The amount of art available on this site was amazing. The ease of dealing with the site was impressive. I look forward to my next purchase already!

I appreciate that FAA will produce a greeting card for most of their art so I can see the actual colors and how well FineArtAmerica coordinate with the room colors before I buy. I recently did this and ended up getting a canvas print in a floater frame. I'm very happy with the quality of the print, how it is mounted in the frame and the colors. I can also use the greeting card when shopping and buying other accessories for the room to be sure the colors will work well together.

For our just-renovated bathroom this 'designer' made curtain of a 'shower tree' in black, grey and shades of yellow is perfect for our shower. We did not want 'glass'... everyone who we have shown it to raves about the design.

Ordering online at FineArtAmerica website was quick and easy. Looked for specific item and found several, made decision on purchase and order placed. Not only are the products reasonably priced and beautifully printed, but I was very impressed with the way FineArtAmerica handled my missing order. The shipping tube was delivered empty—it had clearly been tampered with in transit, the cap had been pried off and the print stolen. Their response time was incredible and I couldn't believe how fast I received a replacement. Their customer service team is amazing and they have earned a lifetime customer.

I have a cousin on the other side of the country who is a rabid Freddie fan. I purchased several cards with different artists' versions of his portrait to send to my cousin throughout the year, including a custom made birthday greeting on one of them. FineArtAmerica all exceed my expectations and my cousin LOVED the first one she received. I recently sent another to help raise her spirits during the pandemic and await her rave reviews. I saw a print of a cat online called "Galaxy Cat" by Julia Rosales. Our daughter and son-in-law have two feline fur babies, so we ordered it for them. The price was very reasonable, and the item came right when FineArtAmerica promised and packaged very well. The details came through beautifully.We were thrilled to have such a nice gift for our family members and also very happy to have a site like this from which to order original artwork. Our daughter and s-i-l loved it, too.
