My second order placed with Fine Art America was water damaged when I received it. I took pics and uploaded to them in an email. FineArtAmerica quickly resolved the problem and replaced my order. I received it within a week. I'm very satisfied with the service received and will definitely be buying from them in the future. So many products offered, not just greeting cards but various sized prints, totes, even shower curtains! Highly recommended.

I ordered a canvas wrap around print in size 30" x 18" (even larger was recommended). I received the canvas print, but noticed the center of the image (on the stomach) looked like it was damaged or flawed. I wrote the company to tell them I wasn't happy. Their response was that it wasn't their fault. There was a flaw in their image. There was NO information in the description that indicated that the original image had a flaw in it so that consumers could make an informed decision.

I was on the hunt for art depicting a historic moment in time... 2020. Found wonderful photography and a very creative illustration and purchased boxes of greeting cards to send to family members and friends. Rave reviews and comments from all recipients. I appreciate the high quality card stock and envelopes as well as the reasonable turnaround for filling my order. I will be back for additional works of art!

Fine Art America has wonderful variety. I've purchased over four pieces already and have my eye on my next acquisition. The pieces I've bought have brought me incredible joy and has made my "nest" a comfortable environment; so needed in these hectic times. Without hesitation I would whole-heartedly recommend this company for your artwork needs!

Found my favorite artist and favorite prints right away! FineArtAmerica arrived quickly and look amazing on my wall.

It was communicated to me that my order would be shipped in 3-5 days. That didn't happen. Then I inquired to be told it would be shipped at the beginning of this week. It's now the end of the week with no response. Corporate website says permanently closed.

Voids canceling the my order and issuing a refund. Tell lies. Told me parcel had shipped when clearly from the couriers own webpage FineArtAmerica had not received the parcel!

I recently purchased a 14" notebook and 5 5X7" greeting cards. The notebook and the cards featured beautiful photos of Maine scenes as captured by photographer Georgia Hamlin. This purchase is a gift and this will be a gift I am proud to give as the cards and the notebook are lovely. The cover photos not only show the photographer's technical skill but also a depth of feeling for her subject,

Ordered framed picture on 5/8/20. When I ask questions FineArtAmerica just send a canned response. This was a present and when I ordered it there was a 4-5 day production. Now they have posted 10-15, but mine is already past that.

On their website Fine Art America say "Fine Art America has the largest print-on-demand fulfillment network in the world. We have 16 manufacturing centers located in 5 countries. Each manufacturing center can ship products to any destination in the world. When you place an order, we'll automatically route your order to the nearest manufacturing center in order to minimize shipping costs and speed up delivery times." I ordered a framed print which has been dispatched by the manufacturing site in Brisbane Australia, it is on a slow truck from Brisbane to Perth and I have been charged $147 for shipping. I have asked why but FineArtAmerica have stopped replying to my emails

I was so pleased with my experience! Very quick turn around and items looked beautiful! My family was amazed at how wonderful each item I ordered came out. Prices were very fair. Would definitely use them again. I've even recommended the site to my friends.

Great selection... led me to find the perfect ROCKY tapestry for my little work out room. The product is unique and the colors were exactly as described. Fast shipping - very pleased :)

This company has been so terrible to work with, I will never use them again! I will refer all family and friends to steer clear. I ordered a picture for a nephew who had just lost his wife. I placed my order at 10 pm and called the next morning to change the frame. FineArtAmerica had me cancel the first order and reorder with the new frame. A month later and they still have not canceled the first order after placing many calls and canceling 3 times. I have not been refunded from the first order after a month. I have called many times and no resolution! BEWARE!

I ordered two pieces and FineArtAmerica never arrived. I have reached out to the customer service desk multiple times, and have not gotten a reply. Beware of this business.

Excellent company to deal with. Delivered in a timely manner, frame and print were BEAUTIFUL! I couldn't asked for a better product. The person I bought this gift for was extremely happy and said how it would match her decor perfect. Of course I know what her decor is, but I must say, the wood frame I choose to go with the print was exceptional. I will definitely go back to this site to purchase more gifts in the future.

Ordered a canvas on April 18th and when inquiring on my order, via email I was asked to wait until 4/27/20 due to Corvid19 and slower deliveries. When following up with my email to request for a refund, I have no response. Forwarded the email again for a response, and received none.

Honestly, don't waste your time or your money. If you're looking for a small print on a small item, you might be satisfied. However, if you're looking for quality, keep looking elsewhere.
This place is bound to disappoint anyone looking for a quality anything.
I spent a fair amount of money on a large print of a renaissance painting from this place called Fine Art America. I received it today, and I can see the pixilation even without my glasses.
For context, I've used a 1:100m scale ruler, which is basically cm graduations, & a ruled notepad. The scratches on one of the photos are where the paint was scratched off the page, when I placed something on it to keep the paper flat so I could take photos.
I also bought a t-shirt, and not only do the sizes run 2 sizes too small, but the colour of the t-shirt is different from what was shown.

I ordered greeting cards from Fine Art America. FineArtAmerica arrived quickly, were nicely packaged, and the printing was impeccable. Would definitely recommend them!

The Karla Gerard gallery was amazing! I loved being able to choose sizes, canvas or regular art, pillows, etc. Fast service. My glossy canvas looks like the real thing! Love, love, love it!

I have ordered a variety of items from FineArtAmerica and have always been pleased. The quality of their products lives up to my expectations and their service is excellent. I am especially pleased with a print of Great Egret at Waters Edge by Ira Marcus. It is a beautifully composed picture and the print is crisp and clear. I would happily purchase more from this website.

This was my first experience with FineArtAmerica and it met all my expectations. The website was easy to navigate, I had no problems finding a photograph I wanted, and no difficulty placing my order. The photograph arrived as promised, perfectly mounted, and ready to hang with the hardware enclosed. I was also impressed with the way it was packed. I will certainly go to FineArtAmerica for my future purchases.

I ordered a print by Doug Krueger of the Chicago skyline. First, the colors online are super vivid; the colors in real life are quite muted. That would have been okay. The print I received has a brown splotch in the sky which I'm guessing is supposed to be seen as a bird. However, that "bird" is not in the online images, nor does it actually look like a bird. Further, there seems to be a water stain around it. It's definitely a mistake that the artist tried to cover up. I'm waiting for customer service to reply. I went to UPS to send it back, but price was too high. FAA should cover it. We'll see.

Excellent customer service as I had questions before buying. The printed canvas is of good quality, the colors are vivid and the frame is substantial. The price for a large 22" x 30" canvas was right and the shipping was prompt. The art itself is amazing, a piece I will love for the rest of my life...

Fine Art America and Pixels consistently use poor packaging and employees packaging the "fine art"
Are reckless and negligent. FineArtAmerica do not treat or package the product properly so my multiple orders arrived damaged! No use of bubble wrap or other measures taken to ensure the artwork would arrive safely. It's a shame they are not trained on how to package and send fine art.

The site shows the poster clear and exact, but when I received it it's blurry and parts of the picture is cut off. I'll never use FineArtAmerica.com again.

Purchased 4 frames prints a month ago. Supposed to ship in 3 days. Every week I checked in and got a vague excuse. Called today for a refund. I was told package shipped. I asked for tracking number. FineArtAmerica said they didn't have one. Then they got mad at my questions and hung up on me... Horrible service! Spent over 2k and this is how they treat me!

I did a Google search for "mid century modern shower curtains," as everyone does, of course. One of the things that came up was a fabulous array of designs by an artist I've now fallen in love with. But the selection in general is remarkablewho knew? Shipping was swift, and communication from FineArtAmerica regarding delivery was excellent, despite so much of the country being shut down right now. I am already shopping for more things on the site.

Ordered T-shirt Dec 6, it wasn't even SHIPPED OUT until Dec 28. Arrived Monday Jan 3. Merry Frickin Christmas! Was never sent any email confirming purchase or with tracking number. You can't blame this one on the post office! Customer service is developmentally disabled. When I asked why it took them over THREE WEEKS to even get the thing in the mail, I was told "there were a lot of delays unfortunately."
