They leave you stranded
When you need a rental car make sure you don't use Enterprise. I booked a car through the Allegiant app, called the next morning to make sure dropping it off in Richmond KY wasn't going to be a problem. Was told it would be fine just to let them know when I arrive at Cincinnati and that I wouldn't be charged anything. I arrive in Cincinnati to be told that I cannot drop it off in Richmond and if I did I would t be able to drop it off j til Monday because they're closed and I would be charged until Monday. I leave heading back to Georgia early tomorrow morning so that's not a possibility and I'm not being charged for days I don't use/have the car. I was also told I could take an Uber. Ok so you want me to ride 2 hours with a stranger and it's getting dark. DONT THINK SO! So here I sit at the airport waiting on my mom to come pick me up which will be another hour or two

They do not care
I am about to rent a vehicle and this makes me think of the terrible experience I had with enterprise. I live in NC I drove to DC area which anyone that has ever been to this area knows how bad traffic is there, these people do not play. The vehicle had a slow leak in one tire and I was very nervous driving it. Enterprise reps did not care at all! First Enterprise Rent-A-Car sent me across town to get another vehicle not checking first to see if one was available (more driving on bad tire) then they are supposed to "pick you up " but when I asked for this service they said it would be some time later, which I was in town for my nephews wedding. I mean who goes out of town and spends the day in the hotel room! Then to make matters worse they told me to be careful driving the car as far as damage to the car! They used to send me stuff all the time and the fact that I am about to rent another car reminded me to do this review. They don't send me advertisements anymore which is great Enterprise obviously cared nothing about mine and my families lives and looking at the ratings there is no love loss!

They are putting a claim on my insurance for no reason...
I returned their rental car after 4 days... I didn't use the car except to drive it home and back to them, so it stayed the whole time in my garage, i brought it back using 26 miles for the whole time.
When i took it back, Enterprise Rent-A-Car went to check for damage, the first thing they looked at was the roof of the car and said it had hail damage... so they called my car insurance for a claim and get money... and now i have a claim on my insurance that will cost me... that was in Amsterdam NY on rt 30
Never go to that place... they will take a cash settlement from my insurance like they probably did many times before and not get it fixed so they can do it to the next person...
Really... who goes to check for damages and start by checking the roof of a car instead of doors and bumpers?

Want to give much thanks and appreciation to Kristy Nefferdorf at the Olympia, WA. Location. She helped me resolves some issues, and providing exceptional customer service. I will definitely use Enterprise in the future.

Ripped off, $530 for 20hrs with a Toyota Corolla
These kind of pricing tactics are what is eating away the very value of services in America. Offensive and embarrassing pricing, I feel absolutely cheated… how can 20hrs cost $530 in a Corolla? Absolute joke and I hope someone who works at enterprise sees this. I am going to make it my mission to warn all my coworkers to NEVER trust Enterprise, there are simply better options. Price gouging got you $500 today, but this will hurt your business in the long run. Nice work, another unsatisfied customer.

Complete mess.
Not even a courtesy call to tell me Enterprise Rent-A-Car couldn't meet my reservation. I'm not happy at all and I'll never use this company again. Sorely dissatisfied.

Bad tire. Take it for repair yourself
Flat tire light came on. Pulled over to air up. Tire has two huge bulges on side. Called enterprise. Told to take to Firestone next door to them. I'm here. Waiting for new tire to be put on. I thought someone from Enterprise was going to meet me here. WHY am I having to take care of this. Late for work. Should have brought me another car! Enterprise does NOT take care of their customers.

Rating mistake for the 410 n. Central store
I mistakenly pressed 2 instead of 5. The rep was great. Got the reservation perfect. She deserves a 5.

Unlawfully charged
I purchased a used car and an insurance policy with gap insurance and 24,000 mile warranty. My water pump went out so I went to the Ford dealer to fix it. Ford got a rental from Enterprise for me. In the end Enterprise billed me $408 and Ford $465! I only agreed to prepay a tank of gas for $24! I have called customer service many times and no one cares to call me back! I will never step in their doorway again! If you have a choice use a different company!

No Lock NO Sleep
I rented a cargo van for 2 weeks to move my belongings. The first bad sign was when we did walk around. He jumped in and said half tank of gas. It was a quarter tank I took a picture to show when I returned because I didn't check his word till I left. Next was the front passenger door would not lock manually or with key fob. This sucked because I was not going to leave my guitars out when I was sleeping in a hotel so I slept in front seat very bad I called but was offered no help. I returned the van was offered nothing for the trouble and left moms handicap placard on visor. I called again. Again no help Was told I'll look and call either way guess what? No call.
