I wish I could give this a negative rating!
Customer service sucks ass! For one, BelleLily take FOREVER to respond! I have had issues with my order ever since I purchased, I have sent emails numerous of times to not get a response until like 5 days later or not at all. It takes months for them to even come, two came at once and the other came at a different time. The sizes aren't even all the same either I am usually a small but got mediums for All three bathing suits and they all fit differently. Top was too big on the one but the bottoms fit ok, the second bathing suit the top in a Medium fit great but the bottoms felt like they were an XXS and it was a M! Oh not to mention that they sent me the wrong order on my third bathing suit as well( they sent me a baby blue top when it was supposed to be green and it didn't even match the bottoms) no one is getting back to me about doing an exchange and I am just so not happy with this company and my purchase. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!

Shoe sizes are off
I'm an online shopper and I'm always open to trying out new stores. Came accross this store online and I must say this is the worse online shopping experience I've ever encountered. I purchased to pairs of sandals from this store. When the the first shoe arived in the mail it was two sizes to big. I immediately compared their size chart with what was listed on US retailer sites for a comparison. Their size chart was off by a size. I reached out to them and asked that BelleLily stop the shipment on the other shoe because the first did not fit. They ignored my request. Once the second item arrived I asked for a refund. I pointed out that a size 38 was listed as a US size 7 on their site while other US online retailers had it listed as a 7.5 to 8. At this point the representative communicating with me accused me of not doing my research first and refused to give me a refund or an exchange. Please save your money do not shop here. The items come all the way from China and you have to account for size descrepancies. If the size is off they are unwilling to issue a refund.

Zero stars!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I have never written an online review for anything but this company is the most ridiculous thing ever. All the items I got were terrible and unwearable... nothing like the pictures. When I addressed this several months ago w/ pictures, BelleLily offered me a 10% refund or coupon code. Clearly not needing a coupon code b/c I'm never spending another cent w/ them, the 10% was kind of disrespectful. Back and forth over 2 months, we finally settled on a 25% refund. However, they only refunded the 4 items I greatly complained about b/c they were nothing like the pictures (but ALL the items were awful). Either way, they have basically told me too bad and if I wanted to ship it back to China, they would refund the full amount. W/ their dishonesty in advertising, I'd be afraid to pay that much to ship it back and never get my money back anyways.

Not good at all
Ordered 10 items at the end of November 2017. Still have not received 5 items. The other 5 items i did receive did not look like the pictures. I ordered a fluffy long gray sweater. It came in with holes that you can see right through. The sleeves were short, half length and in the picture it was suppose to be down to the fingers. The quality of this site really is awful! I will never buy from here ever again. I really think BelleLily steal pictures and try to make items look some what like the item. The sweater was definitely the worse. Not fluffy at all. I could make the sweater myself better than what i received. The tank tops that i ordered... not the same. The dress that i ordered. Not the same. Sizes don't match up either. If your a small, you might as well get a extra large but i would highly recommend no one ever buy from here. You could get better at goodwill and i don't shop at goodwill. No stars from me but i had to put in 1 to submit!

Horrible company
Wish I could leave negative stars- DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered $125 worth of items (clothing and jewelry) that were to be Christmas gifts. When the order arrived, I was extremely disappointed to find that the quality of the items was NOT AT ALL as portrayed in their online ads. Fabric is VERY cheap, the craftsmanship is terrible and the sizing is WAY off compared to their charts.
When I started to look for contact info for customer service, so I can return the items for a refund, I realized there is no phone number, only an email address. Also, if you look at their online posts, you will notice on most posts, the comments cannot be accessed. I have now had 6 email exchanges w/the company and I am getting nowhere. BelleLily have offered me a 15% coupon towards my next purchase (Ha! Why would I purchase again from them!?) and to keep the items (WITHOUT A REFUND!) This is their latest response:
We are sorry about this. There is only one address for the return trip, that is the warehouse in overseas China.We don't suggest you to send it back. If you don't want a coupon,we could refund you 10% of the item price. Could you accept our sincerity?

I am furious and will be reaching out to my bank to pursue my refund. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Poor quality and not what I ordered
Stay away from buying from this site. I ordered 3 bathing suits and a coverup. The 1st bathing suit I finally received was such poor quality you could see through it and if washed 1 time it would fall apart. I then received my 2nd bathing suit and it had a thong bottom which was NOT what I ordered. I can't wait to get the 3rd bathing suit and coverup to see what is in store for me when BelleLily arrive. This site is a total joke. I wish I had read reviews before i ordered from them. I have learned my lesson for sure. Thankfully I bought 2 bathing suits from reputable sites and they arrived before these did and they are what I ordered and great quality. This site sells things cheap and lures people in thinking they are getting a great deal, when in reality you are being scammed because returning items to China will cost you far more than what you paid for the item, and they are well aware of that.

WARNING!
Zero stars! Do not buy from this Bellelily Scammer! I order two items, when BelleLily arrived. They did not fit. You have to email the company prior to returning your items. Once I email them with all my order info, they responded by needing my body measurement and picture of the items that I bought. I emailed them picture, but refuse to give them my body measurements. They responded again stating that I am responsible for the cost to return them and it was a international return. They said for me to just give them to someone else and they would send me a generous discount code. Well, I never received the discount code. Their reason was because they did not have an email address to send it to. Really! The same email address they use to tell me I could not return them and to give the items to a friend. Never in my day have I have just a turbulent return issue. I will not be buying from this fake company again and do not recommend them either!

Not what they advertise
I have placed my order (some very pretty swimsuits) in the beginning of January, I have asked every week in February when it got to 30 days... I've been to the post office every week for the last 5 weeks, so I've received 3 out of 4 packages today and... Its bad, like uhhggg very bad, the fabric is not like advertised it is hard, not the same color, the padding in the tops are very cheap its making my boobs look pointy and weird shaped and i have nice round boobs... when i tied the tops around my neck i could actually hear the thread snapping and the bottoms doesnt cover my butt and i have ordered a size bigger then i wear because i know im a bit overblessed in that area... one of the swimsuit i ordered looks like lacey top and bottom very romantic and pretty when i open it its like this very cheap see trough lace, looks more like sexy undies and i will have to wear something underneath because you can see every bit of everything in detail Item #: 105111... very disappointed, wanted to order a lot more because the pictures of the stuff BelleLily show is so pretty, but wont because it doesnt look the part when it gets to you...

An order issue
So I ordered 2 tops, a pair of earrings and a bracelet. I went out of town for 3 weeks, when I came home I got my package. (I did keep up with tracking) while away) it took about a month, I ordered this a month before leaving. Anyway so I get home and i open it, I was so excited and received the earrings, 2 tops but no bracelet? So I looked all thru mail thinking it was sent separate? No! Realized everything was in same package so it was missing. I can't find the number anywhere to call to talk to someone. I finally figured out you have to email them. You know how much time that takes? Also to have to wait on a response? Omg! So irritating! So I email them on a Friday and BelleLily don't respond until Monday so I have to wait 3 days. Then they said they sent all 3 items? No you didn't. So I took a pic of what I had. Look, this is exhausting. I'm moving up north this week. I just want my dang bracelet or my refund. So needless to say don't order from them. You may have a better experience than me but I am annoyed. I liked all my things and the tops fit! But I won't go back thru a month of waiting and then not get everything I ordered. No thanks!

They will only refund you if you leave a false satisfied review of their products
I usually don't even leave reviews, but felt so unsatisfied and unhappy with my experience at Bellelily (an online clothing shop), that I decided to leave a poor review. First of all, the dress I received did not look like the one I ordered, and was poorly made. When I looked back at the website, it says you can only return the item if you get "approval" first from customer service. My first email didn't get a response. Then, upon my second try (mind you now it has been a few months since purchase), BelleLily told me I could get a refund once I leave a happy review about my product. I didn't want to lie on my review, and told them unfortunately I could not leave a positive review when I'm trying to return my product. I never received a response. This company is very shady, manipulative, unhelpful, and their products are not as demonstrated or quality items. I will never order from this website again, and would caution you against doing so also.

This place is THE WORST. As everyones already mentioned, orders take FOREVER. This was the most frustrating ecommerce transaction Ive ever had and I shop online almost exclusively. The items are cheap because theyre made of sh*t material and are complete throwaway items. This is classic Made In China product. I ordered my items on 1/5/18 and BelleLily arrived 1/22/18. Not only did they take forever to get here, but nothing even fit. I ordered my normal Medium size and everything fit HUGE. I emailed their customer service pleading for them to do the right thing and take these items back and this was their response:

Give me a break. I have to jump through those many hoops to make a return? This company clearly doesnt care about return customers. Theres a reason Amazon and Nordstroms are so beloved - they would NEVER treat customers this way. And theyre getting rewarded handsomely for it. EFF YOU, bellelily. I look forward to your site shutting down soon.

NO RETURNS, TRASHY AND CHEAP AND DELAYED SHIPPING
I ordered $117 worth of business attire for work so far 2 out of 10 items ive received and this is my fist time ordering and its taken weeks; the two items one was so trashy and my size 36D breasts were practically exposed in the front of the dress the missing material was huge across the chest which the pic doesn't show that and the model has large breasts too really upset me because I don't dress like a tramp. The shirt I got was see thru and BelleLily didn't state that under description of the item. Misrepresentation all the way around! They wont return my emails and wont return items according to the site. There are other sites that do take care of customers and allow your money back if your not happy with items so stay clear from this site! I will never use this site again. I regret not reading their policy first and read the reviews before I ordered thru this site but this is my first time ordering online at its a bad experience! So I guess ill be out $117 in the end because Im sure the other items might have issues too or might not ever show up but its a lesson learned.

SCAM!
BelleLily have very vague, planned answers. They never actually answer any of my detailed questions. All of my items were not what was described on the website! Cheap and awful. And they sent me wrong size and completely wrong item for one. They do not want to fix their mistakes. Said I can rebuy everything 10% off and to give the other ones away to someone. We've been back and forth for 2 weeks now. They are now offering me 25% off everything. But I still refuse that. So they said I can pay the expensive shipping and once they receive it they will talk about my refund. I have a feeling that's not going to happen. As their return address is "in the yard" of... I'm not going to waste more money on them. Is there a way to report this to someone? I typed in this address and they have like 10 different named websites selling same stuff and same wording.

I ordered a flannel shirt from Bellelily that was really nice looking what I received was totally different and ugly. After going back and forth with their so-called "customer service", BelleLily asked me to just keep the item since it would cost a lot to return it, then they offered me a "discount" to order another item from them (I don't think so) and then they offered a 30% refund - for something that I did not order. I would definitely NOT recommend ordering anything from this company. What a SCAM!

Horrible customer service
Ordered several items. All came late. One item has yet to arrive. Emailed them to advise that several items were to big even though BelleLily were "small" and wanted a refund on this items. There was no where on the check tab that stated there was no refunds. This is the response I got: "Dear Customer,

Please kindly know that send it back for exchange size may cost you more time and money.

As you know that we have posted the size chart in the item page clearly, please check it carefully before making purchase.

Is there any chance you can keep it for your friend who fits it?

I can't express how frustrated the past two months have been! Yes, I have been trying to return my items for the last TWO MONTHS! I spent well over $100 on items thinking I can simply return the items that don't fit me... Um no. At first BelleLily were going to accept all of my items as a return ONLY IF I TRIED THEM ON AND TOOK PHOTOS OF MYSELF AND GIVE THEM MY BODY MEASUREMENTS! After I refused to give them photos of me and my body measurements, they decided to tell me that out of my 10 purchased items, the only one that is "suitable" to return back is the one that I wanted to keep. WTF?!?!? And to make matters worst they said that I would only get 20% back off that one "suitable" item. I also have an email of them telling me to give the unwanted clothes to family and friends instead of returning it! I have kept all my emails and will not stop until I get 100% of my money back for ALLLL OF MY ITEMS. Please note that after multiple emails of trying to make my return, they have not provided a return address! NOT ONCE. This horrible "customer service" and pretend "return policy" needs to be shared with the public! No one should be shopping from Belle Lily under the impression that they can buy with confidence and make returns with ease. This is THE ULTIMATE WORST COMPANY I EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. I WANT 100% REFUND FOR ALL OF MY ITEMS AND I WANT A RETURN ADDRESS!

I ordered about $70 worth of clothing. BelleLily came in a reasonable time. Only 1 thing I chose to keep and that was a coverup for a bathing suit (kind of hard to mess that up). I ordered all Mediums. The bathing suit was way too small, the romper way too big, and a skirt/halter combo, the halter had a velcro clip and no adjustments so that was too big.

I contacted them to go about the refund process. Very slow responses. They asked could I send pics of the unfitted items and/or try to find someone that I know that would want them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Send pics of clothing too small/big? Are you kidding?

Then refused to give refund. Said they'd give me 10% off my next purchase. THERE WILL NEVER BE ANOTHER PURCHASE. Worst experience ever. I contacted them through facebook since I didnt get a repsonse back through email, they told me the same thing but said theyd refund 10% but wont do refunds because of the cost of shipping. Well the cost of shipping to me was $9 so I agreed to pay that to receive my $50 back worth of unfitted clothing.

Still getting no answers. They suck so bad.

Terrible customer service
I ordered a dress, sandals, and earrings as one outfit. The dress I received was not the color I ordered so it does not go with the sandals and earrings. I emailed their customer service requesting a full refund. The responded 3 days later, asking me why I want to return every item when it was only the 1 item that was the wrong color. I explained and sent them a photo. 3 days later, BelleLily responded saying that according to the photo I sent, the dress is the correct color I ordered. I have never once gotten into an argument with a company about making a return, and I have never been denied before. Absolutely unbelievable! Why anyone would order from this company is beyond me. There are plenty of great clothing companies that sell cute, affordable, good quality items and actually ALLOW YOU TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE AND GET A FULL REFUND if you're unhappy for ANY reason with your order.

Cheap materials! Not as pictured on website
Do not purchase from here! The item pictured on their website is not what you get. It may resemble the product but the material is not the same. Very thin and see through! I emailed back and forth with them and BelleLily stated "It might not match the one on the website due to different product batches". So all the dresses in this batch are crappy see through materials? If this is the quality they sell then they should really consider the prices of items on their site!
I have found other Chinese sites that have amazing quality and worth the money. Not Bellelily.

As you can see from the pictures I've posted the first one is what is advertised on the website. Looks great. Cute ruching on the side. Over lap of material on the bottom, looks even to be thicker material.
The next 2 pictures are of the product I was sent. The bottom doesn't have the overlap material, there's a triangular piece sewn on! And then the last picture shows how see through the material is. How can one even attempt to wear that out?
So they told me to give it to a friend that might fit it! HAHA. Fit, is not even the problem here. I guess I bought an expensive dust rag.

Worst company EVER! Wish I could do negative ratings, they don't even deserve 1 star!
I ordered 5 items from this site and all the items that I received were way to small and/or not as pictured. I ordered 2 dresses, one was a "small" but fit like a large/xlarge. The other dress was completely see thru! The 3 bathing suits I ordered were so small a small child could wear them, and BelleLily were made out of cheap material! After emailing the company they asked me to send pictures of myself in the items which I refused (what kind of company asks for that)! They offered me a 10% discount on further purchases (which I told them that I would NEVER be ordering from them again). I told them I wanted a refund and I would send the items back and they refused to let me do that and again offered me 10% of my order total which would have been 6 dollars of a 68 dollar purchase! I threatened to contact the BBB and file a complaint and they still didn't care. This company is fraud, has false advertisement and pretty much NO customer service. I would highly advise to NOT EVER buy from here unless you want to waste your money and be completely unsatisfied! Their products are cheaply made, sized wrong and just plain crap!
