Do not order from Bellelily!
This company is the WORST! BelleLily are SCAMMERS! I do a lot of ordering online and cannot believe the lack of customer service. I followed their size chart and ordered 9 items of which 3 of them did not even come close to fitting. When I contacted them, they asked me for pictures of the items. I sent those and then they wanted pictures of the items on me. When I explained that 2 won't even go on, they asked for pictures anyway. So I'm standing there with my arms above my head with the 2 items on my arms as far as they would go. I ordered in November. It is now March and they still only want to give me $17 back for $50 worth of product. And, they haven't done it yet. I think if I followed their site's directions for ordering then it is a problem with either their website or manufacturing. I should get reimbursed in full for not only 4 months of my time with the back and forth with them and their faulty information/manufacturing. This company is a company of false advertising thieves!

This dress is amazing and quite well-made
This dress is amazing and quite well-made, especially for the amazing price! It fits my petite hourglass figure nicely without being too tight, so it is very classy. I am wearing it with 4-inch heels and the length is about 1 to 1.5 inches off. The skirt length on the size small is just shy of 41" from the bottom of the ribbon waistband (which is a heavy, stretchy satin ribbon with a subtle sheen). The sleeve length. Another plus is that it folds down to practically nothing and shows no wrinkles, so it is perfect for travel. It is also extremely comfortable, so you can look classy without feeling restricted. The only thing that would make this dress even more perfect is to use the neckline lace on the cuffs as well. That would really tie it together, plus make for a nicer, more interesting finish on the arms. However, I certainly would not deduct points for this

Don't waste your time
I will absolutely, positively never buy from the site ever again. Yes, their products and clothing seem really cute… Until BelleLily arrive. Most of them feel cheap in quality and are not true to size. I emailed them to ask for the return address as it was not posted on their website. All I got was a run around, asking to be told to take pictures of the products that didn't fit/I didn't like so they could exchange them. I told him I am not interested, to which they responded please send us your measurements of your bust hips and waist. Again, I don't want these items, I want them sent back. I have been in communication with them for one month, sending approximately 40 emails back-and-forth. One email they state it is too expensive to send the product back and it will be out of my pocket. The next they state they will refund me 10%, then they refunded it to my PayPal account… I don't have a PayPal account. Then they will refund me 20%, oh wait, no, now they will give me a coupon to order again. It is an absolute run around for something that should be so simple. I will never order from them ever again strictly based on their customer service and refund policies.

UPDATE****
After a month and a half of communication, they're now stating they won't refund my money until I delete this review as it's "causing harm". Apparently, once I delete the comment I will receive 30% back of what I paid but I need to guarantee I won't make any further reviews and promise not to repost/ post on here about them again.

Horrible return policy
I wanted to give this website a try, as their clothes look so cute online.
I ordered 3 items that costed $75 all together. I received the items and 2 of them did not fit properly. When I asked to return them, BelleLily stated I needed to send them my bust/waist/hips size. Then they said their size chart is clearly stated on their website and I should have read it more carefully. (If anyone has ever ordered something online you know that reading the size chart doesn't mean it's going to fit how you want it to LOL)
After going back and forth for a few emails, they THEN asked me to send pictures of myself wearing their clothes so that they could determine if the items fit me properly or not. I found that to be very inappropriate.

Long story short, this company will refuse to let you return any items no matter what your reasoning is.

Don't waste your time on supporting their business because they won't waste their time providing you good customer service.

SCAMMER COMPANY!- no stars!
If you buy from them, you can't return items. BelleLily will send you multiple emails about return asking absurd questions like "why you want to return" "waist line and bust size" "pictures" They pretty much send you on a wild goose chase to return. I was getting 1 email from them every 24 hours with another follow up question but never approving a return. I found a number to call them from another review (because they don't list on the site) and the guy said he would call back in 15 minutes once processed. He called back 5 hours later and said "you haven't received your items yet because it's out of stock" I had to remind him the reason I called was to return items and he got frustrated and said "okay, I'll call you back in 30" and I never got a call again. WORST COMPANY! Don't buy unless you are 100% certain you want to keep item. All clothing is very thin and cheap material or itchy.

WASTE OF MONEY
Terrible terrible horrible customer service I bought items from them spent a lot of money cannot wear any of the items I measured myself ordered the right sizes for sandals and shirts BelleLily came and are all wrong shirts are either too big or way too small they do not look anything like they do on the website false advertising I'm still missing a pair of shoes that have not arrived, I asked to return the products for a refund but they kept saying it would cost more money to ship it back and refuse to refund my account and take back their product if you buy from here their policy is no returns no refunds, FYI no it won't cost more money to ship it back I looked into it, they only tell you this to keep your money so you are left with their very very cheap product, any real retail store would stand by their product and take it back to make their customers happy, I'm going to file a major complaint with the BBB so others are aware that this online store is a scam. Don't make the same mistake I did and order from here spread the word don't waste your time and money

Fraud
I ordered a top 2 months ago and still nothing but BelleLily did email me once saying that it was on it'd way and if I don't receive it in 60 day's let them know. In the meantime I've been receiving email after email apparently from Canada post on the delivery status. I went into post office today and they confirmed that it was a fraud. Adding Canada post does not send out emails? The man pointed it out to me that the email sent is different from the way it looks. I'm pissed off cuz now I call to cancel my credit card and the man reads me out about 10 different transaction from Hong Kong to Alberta to Ontario. I had no idea until I asked him my availability on my card. He says u have 2 $ to spend. I put money on the card every few days plus some. I'm blown away and just got another email from Canada post at 2 am in the morning. I'm going to dig deep and find the 1 and only email that I got from Belleville I will post it on here. I live in Victoria bc canada. I do recall some of the email and it said it was coming from China and it takes a while for it to clear then the next day or two later I started getting the emails from Canada post but not real.

Very poor customer service
I put in an order on 4/6/2020. (You are unable to make an order without making an account or putting in your email address. At the time I only put in my email address so I didn't have an account to look back on for my order) when I ordered I paid through PayPal. So once the order was paid, PayPal sent me a receipt showing where my order was paid in full. I never received a confirmation email from belle lily letting me know my order was put in. So I waited till 4/20/2020 and I still had not received anything from them. I contacted the customer service and informed them that I was trying to find my package and just wanted to know when the delivery date was going to be. I never heard back from them for 2 days. I emailed them again and BelleLily responded asking me for my order number. I informed her of my situation where I didn't have an account so I can't look back at my orders and I never received an email from them to get my order number. They responded 2 days later with an automated email giving me steps on how to return packages... I then emailed them again informing them that I'm not trying to return a package I'm trying to find mine and never heard back from them. So then the following day I emailed them again requesting to get the info or my money back. They then replied (almost two days later) asking for the same information that I gave them in the very first email that I sent them or told them that I didn't have. (date order was placed, my full name, and order number) I understand with COVID-19 that it may take longer to get my package but all I'm asking is for an update on my order and they have done nothing but either ran me in circles or just don't respond... I will never order from them again and I hope that I either get my package in or my money back. I hope this info will help save some people from the headache that I am having to go through!...

Since BelleLily won't let you review them on their pages (now, it's entirely obvious why - they'd be out of business), I hope people read this site. My bad for not reading up on this company thoroughly before purchasing... it may have saved me a headache.
A. It took forever to receive the products because they come from China.
B. The fabric is crap - I ordered three items and two of them were damaged. One had the front pocket coming apart, and the other had a hole in the armpit.
C. There is no warranty explanation on their website, other than to say "contact us and we'll get back to you."
D. When you DO finally get a hold of someone, they offer you a measly 10% off and ask you to bring the items to a store to get them fixed. That won't even cover a repair cost. Then, if you try to return them, they say that it will cost YOU too much money to send them back to China. So... you get damaged items you aren't confident in, and you don't get to send them back. You could complain to them, but they'll just offer you another 10% off and tell you they want to end the conversation. It's SUCH a canned response each time... which only tells you how often they deal with issues like this.

By not accepting returns for damaged items... they clearly don't stand behind their product and know they're sending out crap. What a scam.

HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
"I gave them THREE chances but never got what I ordered. I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT TROUBLE AND DISAPPOINTMENT WITH THIS COMPANY. #1- First order I ordered 2 pairs of red sunglasses for my kids Memorial day and BelleLily got neon green instead. I asked to exchange them and they refused and told me to keep the green ones for free, like they were somehow doing us a favor. Ummm... We didn't want GREEN! That is not hat we ordered. #2- Second order I ordered a dress. It was TERRIBLE quality and was sewn by a child. Not even close to the pictured product. That dress went in the trash, never got worn at all. 3rd order -a Halloween shirt at the beginning of October. I checked the status weeks later and it still had not shipped. I emailed them and they replied that it was out of stock and asked what else I wanted. I asked when it would be in stock and instead they sent me a message saying "We wish you would cooperate with us" and stated I will get a refund. They wish I would cooperate? Who rude is that!?! ZERO STARS!"

Don't bother
I had no idea that this company was based in China as you can't find this information anywhere on the site. Anywho, I ordered 4 swimsuits and a cover up on 12 June for my cruise at the end of the month. Because I chose free shipping, a tracking number was provided but could not be tracked because... hey the shipping was free... right? I finally received 2 swimsuits and a cover up 10 days later. After 6 weeks passed, I contacted them via email to inform them that I never received my other 2 swimsuits. I also informed them that BelleLily were no longer needed and I wanted a refund. The company insisted that my items had shipped and to allow time for delivery. I went back and forth through emails for well over 3 weeks before the company finally decided to issue me a credit after denying me a refund. Needless to say, I ordered a few t-shirts to utilize my credit. Items were "shipped" on 29 August... today is 25 September and I've yet to receive anything. I contacted them last week and they advised me to allow 2 more weeks. Let me help you guys out... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR ENERGY.

TERRIBLE-Don't waste your money
If I could give a zero instead of a one star, I would.

I placed an order on November 19th. BelleLily charged my credit card on 11/23. See tracking information below as to when it "supposedly" shipped.

The information above was literally the last update on their website as far as tracking goes. I requested to know where my shipment was toward the end of December as my package still had not arrived. They told me, "that your parcel's tracking is in a state of stagnation from the shipping company. Please contact with the USPS to get your parcel as soon as possible. "

When I contacted UPS, they said Bellelily didn't even provide them with all of the accurate information See information:

Bellelilly's response was: As the logistics info of the parcel has not been updated for a long time, we have already reported your situation to the relevant colleagues to check your parcel and are waiting for their reply."

3 weeks went by and I never heard anything from this company, so I reached back out again and they ignored my email and didn't answer.

I sent another email within a few days and they replied, "We guess the parcel was lost during the transit by shipping company." Meanwhile UPS is stating that Bellelily never provided them the above information.

They offered to resend me the package that I have been waiting 2 months for AND they already took my money.

I asked if they could resend it and refund me with all of this hassle.

They said they could resend it, BUT they were keeping my money.

So, now I am in the process of trying to get my money back that they took WITHOUT ever giving me the package.

DO NOT trust this company.

Dishonest and unprofessional
I ordered some shirts for my wife from this site then realized I selected the wrong size. I emailed the customer service about changing the size. BelleLily did not reply until two days later and told me they couldn't not do that, so I requested a cancel. Two more days went by until their reply asking me to please keep the order. I said cancel my order if you cannot change the sizes. Two more days until a reply and they stated the order was shipped and there was nothing they could do to help. Pretty much, they delayed until the order shipped then told me they refused to change the sizes or cancel my order. They did everything but slap me in the face and say tough $#*!. This company is out of China. The clothing is NOT as averted! The sizes are one to two sizes smaller than normal! The material used is cheap and the stitching is poor. I highly recommend NOT purchasing from this site. Their customer service is a joke, might as well not even have one. No phone number just email. The email replies are highly dishonest, disrespectful and unprofessional. DO NOT ORDER From this site, unless you enjoy being treated poorly and unhappy with your products.

Horrible service! Ridiculous Sizes! Keep your money because they wont give it back!
I ordered a medium t-shirt that was too big for me but was bigger than the 3x and 2x T-shirts I ordered for gifts. Also the 2x was bigger than the 3x. Makes no sense. Their many responses were... send pics I did to prove this and BelleLily said give to someone else they would fit... really! Then offered to give 10% back and then 15% back... Still what will I do with 3 shirts that do not fit? Really!
Also ordered cute socks with pom poms on them for my daughter to give to friends for christmas. They were shown on website packaged to look like cute little cup cakes in a adorable see through box... when we got them they wer just indivdual pairs of socks in zip lock bags and they came late so not time to return and come up with gift idea "B" for her friends so had to give the seven pairs or tacky looking socks to her friends.
I will never buy from these people nor will I ever recommend them!

I WANT MY MONEY BACK
I bought 3 shirts from them back in August. One shirt came a month later, a polyester flannel cane the month after that (not in the description; nor what it looks like on the website), and I still have yet to get my tank top. I have been emailing back and forth with them since September to get my refund and BelleLily keep sending back the same email

I keep telling them I want my refund for the flannel and the tank top but they keep sending back this email. I'm highly frustrated that they won't give me back my money.

Online Scam/Online Fraud---Caution! Do Not Order from this Company
I ordered, 4 clothing items.
Received only 3 items (an additional package was sent--label states, black dress--inside the package was a 'gold paper neck shape' thing... I thought it was a bonus gift, threw it away).
Company claims, BelleLily sent the the 4 items because they have record of 2 packages mailed out.

Scam... when you receive only 3 out of the 4 items.
No telephone number to contact and keep receiving the same message via generic email stating, we mailed out 2 packages.

Strongly recommend NOT using this venue as a place to online shop unless you want to send $$$ on clothing you will NEVER receive.

I as well received one of the pieces of clothing that looks/fits nothing like how it is photographed online in the photo. The ends of the sweater are tailored baggie, not fitted and the sweater was suppose to be slim fitting but it is baggy/loose fitting.
But again, they are unable to exchange anything for dissatisfied costumers.

I have reported this to Facebook as they advertise this company.

Worst customer service and products ever!
If BelleLily had allowed a 1/2 star that is what I would have given. I ordered 4 shirts for a trip 17 business days prior to our trip date. Their order site states 7-10 business days from ship date. According to their site, my order was shipped the next day, but didn't arrive until 4 days after I left for my trip. That gave them 21 days to ship the products. I watched the tracking--how does it take 20 days for an item to get from China to America? I guess they ship by boat. I had called and emailed prior to leaving to cancel the order, which they would not do. When I returned home, I opened the items and the shirts were horribly made, stitching incomplete, necks were not even on the shirts. When I asked for a refund, I got the following answer:

You people need to read fine print...
I see some people sooo angry that BelleLily haven't received their orders... I can't say much yet from my own experience because I only just ordered. BUT if you read the FINE PRINT on shipment information IT SAYS that for the free shipping they DO NOT provide shipping information tracking numbers ect. And that If you choose the free shipping option that it will take 15-35 days to ship. Now remember it is a site that is booming on Facebook ads that millions of people see... they probably get 100's of orders per day, if I were to buy and only choose free shipping I would expect to take the maximum time it takes to ship, and remember guys it ain't 35 days in a row, mail only works on week days, 35 business days... don't count the weekends... your looking at almost 2-2.5 months possibly to receive your shipments considering it's coming from China lol... now if you paid for standard shipping it's 10-15 business days so I expect to get my order within two weeks to a months time... I'll update with another review once I start receiving my orders, I ordered on a Saturday. So I probably won't have it shipped out till Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday I hope... people gotta read fine prints when doing online shopping lol gees if you don't like the wait then go to a store and buy right away... patience is a virtue :)

I normally wouldnt do this, but I want everyone to know what could happen. I ordered four dresses because BelleLily were the exact same style and material blend as a dress I have and love. I got them and though a size bigger than I wear, they are too small and too short. They also feel nothing like my other dress despite supposedly being the same material (they feel just like a bathing suit) and they have a cheesier, cheap look that you cant see from the pictures. I sent them a FB message (as the website says) and they asked me to email. I emailed and they asked for a picture of my dresses. I had originally attached a screen shot of my order (with the icon pics of the dresses) and told them that, and they asked me again to send a Picture. They didnt say what kind or what exactly they were trying to see from the pictures, didnt acknowledge the other picture, so I just assumed they wanted a picture of them in my home. So I took a couple pictures and sent it to them. Then they emailed me again and said they needed pictures with a tape measure along the dresses to prove that they are smaller than they said online, or a picture of them up close to say they are not the right color, things like that. They very easily in the first email could have said exactly what they needed, but instead this was dragged out over days (they take at least a whole day to respond) through multiple emails. Anyway, I took pictures to show colors and what I think looks cheesier than it appears online, and then I took pictures of the dress inside out to prove there are no tags anywhere to even verify that these are the same material they say they are online. Maybe its possible that the same exact blend can feel completely different from one dress to another, but even still, I bought these expecting them to feel like my dress. Long story short, they emailed me back and said they cannot take them back because there is no real problem and I should have measured myself to be sure they fit. Which, maybe thats true. I can accept that. But they dont even feel anything like I was expecting to feel. Even if they fit perfectly, I would not want them because of the way the material feels or because how cheesy they look. You cant tell that by a picture. I cant fee materiel through a photo. Im just really unhappy. Im unhappy that they wouldnt take them back, but Im also unhappy because they made something very simple, very complicated and made me waste my time with several emails trying to prove these arent what I expected and then nothing. I will never purchase from them again and I urge you to not, or at least be cautious if you do.

Do Not Waste Your Money.
Honestly, this site is not worth your time or money. The pictures of the products are very misleading. The sizing runs extremely small. I was not able to track my package at all until I contacted customer service. I had no idea the items were being shipped from China so when I figured that out I was already preparing myself for disappointment with the sizing. Once I received my items, as soon as I opened up the package I regretted my decision. The material felt extremely cheap and smelled like a lot of dyes and chemicals. I ordered my items in a size up so BelleLily could be a little bit more comfortable but they turned out to be tight. I'm usually a small and I ordered them in a medium and it felt like I had ordered extra small. I should have looked up reviews before ordering because then I would have known to stay away. Cute affordable clothes were too good to be true. I cannot even return the items or exchange them because the company does not allow it.

Terrible Customer Service and Poor Quality
If I could give 0 stars to Belle Lily, I would. I purchased ornaments and received clothing instead. The clothing was very cheap in quality and looked like it would fit a doll. I informed Belle Lily Customer service of the error and they, over the course of 1 month of e-mailing back and forth every day,
1) offered for me to keep the clothing I didn't order as as substitute for my order - I didn't want the clothing, nor would it fit. I wanted ornaments.
2) offered to refund me 20% and then 30%. I said paying 70% for an order that never arrived was not acceptable.
3) asked for pictures of the items. I sent pictures. BelleLily asked for pics again in another e-mail (delay)
4) asked me to ship the items I didn't want back. I asked them to send me a shipping label. Nope.
5) they then told me just to keep the items and pick out something else from their catalogue. I wanted ornaments and nothing else because I saw the quality of their items in error they sent.
6) I had been asking for a 100% refund all the while during these exchanges.
7) They offered to send me my original order. I said yes, even though Xmas had passed. I gave them seven days to get the order to me.
8) Then the e-mails just repeated with them saying the same things without ever offering a 100% refund for the order I never received. Round and round they went with the various "solutions" to their error. Just awful. Never making the issue right.
I did put a dispute into my C. Card Company and Pay Pal.
**My advise is DO NOT purchase anything from Belle Lily. The quality is very low and the customer service if you have an issue is dreadful. I wish I had seen people's reviews before making the purchase. I did not realize the company was located in China prior to making the purchase. Beware! Research unknown companies before you place an order. If the pricing seems too good to be true... it's too good to be true. This company is awful!

Stay away!
Horrible customer service. Took 20 days to receive my shirt that was supposed to be express shipping. Then the shirt didn't fit. BelleLily wanted pictures to prove it didn't fit. It fit very tight, I could barely get it on. Then they told me that the shirt was "ok" and that it looked fine on me and that I could just keep it. And the image on the front was poor quality. It is blurry. So I've been fighting with them for 5 weeks to get a refund and the best they would give me was 20% of the shirt. I had to fight for that. All they wanted to do was give me 10% off my next purchase. And turns out that I NEVER received a refund. So I have a shirt that doesn't fit and I wouldn't wear if it did fit because the image on the front is so blurry. Also the customer service is only through email and you will get emails from them at 2-5 a.m. Please stay away from this site. I wouldn't order anything from them if it was the only website left. It is very obvious the 5 star reviews on here are fake and from the company itself.

Do not order!
I ordered 2 dresses in a small. I recieved an email from the company stating BelleLily fit smaller so they decided to send 2 sizes bigger. I recieved the dresses and both are huge on me. Contacted the company and was told to give them to a relative and ask them to pay! I told them they wouldn't fit anyone and I wanted to return. They then offered me 2% off next order… I felt insulted! I told them they had sent the wrong sizes and I needed to return for a refund. They then offered me 20% off. I again said no I want to return. They then came back with 50% refund. At this point I was so fed up I said yes… this was several weeks ago. Still no refund and not heard from them. All I can do is warn people not to order. There is no real return policy and their customer service is shocking. Please stay away and order from a reputable site. Don't waste your time on this garbage

Sloooooooow shipping and low quality
Do not buy from this company. I made a purchase of holiday clothing on 11/24 and it arrived on 12/22. The estimated shipping showing at the time of my purchase projected delivery between 5-9 days so I thought it was a US based business. It is not. The clothing comes from China and BelleLily have 0 ways to reach them for customer support. Email is the only way to reach them, and the messaging syntax is awful. The tracking is completely inaccurate. I actually thought I would never see the order arrive. The product material is super thin. You will notice there is no option to do a product review, and it's because the clothing pictures are not representative of the product. Lesson learned. I hope you find this review and it this saves you the same wasted $100. I think positive reviews that are showing here are faked. Personal information blacked out in images of order and delivery tracking.

Totally just a piece of crap company
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. The dress I got was very poor quality and looked nothing like the picture. It's VERY thin. So I emailed them asking if I could return them and get my money back.

Customer Service = Horrible
I am a little frustrated. I order 2 bathing suits on Monday and paid extra for fast shipping since these are for my wedding and we leave Thursday next week. First off, the website did NOT update my address once I checked out even though I made all the edits prior to submitting. No big deal though I thought I will just call or email customer service. THAT WAS A MISTAKE. I have sent several emails as well as messages on Facebook to their page and it took 48 hours to get any kind of response. BelleLily did respond and tell me they updated my address however it is now Thursday and I still do not have shipping confirmation on my order that I paid EXTRA FOR. Also, they have not once responded at a decent hour. The 2 emails I have received back have been super late at night. I have watched some videos and I am super excited about the bathing suits but I am seriously scared that I won't be getting them in time. If anyone else has had to deal with this from this store please let me know.

SCAM ARTIST! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I placed an order through this site over a month ago, I have no recieved any confirmation emails, the only thing I recieved was an email from paypal saying BelleLily took my money from me. After waiting about a week for a confirmation email I decided to go on the website and check on my order and see what was up, after spending $60 on bathing suits, it says on their site that I have not placed any orders with them. At this point I started emailing them, over and over, even tried different emails, no response. It's been well over a month and still no word back from them, no confirmation email, and their site is still telling me I havent placed any orders with them. I have started a dispute through my PayPal account and hopefully I will get my money back. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST. They literally just stole my money. I'm P*****.

I have been having an issue with this company for weeks! My advice... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! As soon as I finally received my product I opened it and saw that NOTHING was like their website pictures and what the website had said. One of the shirts looked like I just hot ironed words on myself it was so much thinner than the picture, and it was like a dress! So long for a small! Another item was extremely long and thin nothing like the size guide or picture. My last item was a sweater dress it was completely see thru! And it was falling off it was the smallest size and I never have a problem with clothes fitting at that size. So I emailed them right away packaged everything up nicely and emailed them on how I would be shipping it back. Their response? "Well it would cost too much to ship back so we suggest keeping it mabe giving it to a friend or family member" so I just spent 70 dollars on clothes that I can not send back which is not what the return policy says mind you I also paid thru PayPal which BelleLily usually have free refunds. (That's what it said before I ordered it I purposefully ordered thru them) then they said " you should mabe give it to a friend or family member" what?! I just paid all of this money for clothes for myself to give them away?! Not only that but the clothes are so cheap and crappy no one would want them! I have gotten way better clothes from Forever 21 and their clothes were cheaper than belilly! I told them absolutely not that's outrageous to offer something like that so then they offer me 15 percent back and to keep the clothes! They don't understand I can't wear these otherwise we wouldn't be here right now! Now I never ever write reviews but I have been dealing with them for so long now that I do not want anyone else buying their material or having an experience like I am. I am not rich I spend money when I can when I have extra from paying bills so when I do I expect it to be on good stuff or things I will use. These things I received neither of those so please STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Scam company
I paid for items through paypal as BelleLily don't accept credit cards (should have been my first clue). According to their site they ship within 1-8 business days. On business day 10 I emailed them via their website as there was no customer service contact (clue #2 - but they already had my money). After a few days no response and antoher email, I disputed the charge through paypal. To my surprise I received a response from bellelily finally stating that the items were shipped on December 18 and that they canceled one of the items due to the dispute but the other two had already shipped. They would issue me a reimbursement for the one item only if I canceled my dispute. I did not. Paypal did nothing about it except told me to work with the company. I have again emailed asking where my order is as I haven't received. At this point they took my money, have been super sketchy and I still haven't received a single item or refund. As with others, tried to research reviews before I ordered but didn't find much (clue #3). So shame on me but if I can stop others, save your money and don't bother. Shop a reliable source!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED
DO NOT SHOP AT BELLELILY - I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP AT BELLELILY. BelleLily sell you terrible quality items for cheap and when they aren't what you expected they will offer you a terribly small percentage off of a future purchase (like there will be one) instead of refunding your money. BELLELILY IS A SCAM and their customer service team have to be computer operated because I've never met a more inconsiderate group of individuals. They do not put their customers first whatsoever, in fact I would go as far as say they do not even care about their customers from the experience I've had. I had to repeat myself on numerous occasions explaining why I was unhappy with their product and would like a refund and I'm told tough luck. They won't let me speak to their supervisor because he/she is apparently never coming back from vacation. I mean absolutely ridiculous service. I will never shop for this $#*!ty company again and if I could offer zero stars I would.
