Your artwork page talks about cutting but doesn't make clear what sort of designs this is needed on. Does insertion of grommets count?
Melvin tried and failed to help with this simple question.

Excellent service and help when i ordered the wrong type of sticker. First order I was really impressed with how the stickers were packaged and the quality!

Easy to use web site for ordering. I paid extra to have the banner delivered on or before 1 November. This was important because our event was on Sunday 7 November and I wanted to advertise the event the whole of the week prior. It was actually delivered on 8 November so I lost all that publicity. Furthermore neither BannerBuzz nor UPS could tell me when the banner was going to be delivered.

I found the purchase part very frustrating, as I couldn't have a different delivery address to billing address so I am now going to have to wait around school waiting for the delivery!

It took me about 45 minutes to complete this order. It wasn't clear how to delete something from the basket and I had to phone to get help. Very frustrating unfortunately.

I've just placed my order and checked out. Order confirmed, but then I note that I should have been eligible for free shipping as this is my first order? I was not told this at the point of check out - disappointed.

The whole experience of using BannerBuzz was very positive and straightforward. I liked the ability to proof view your banner and make changes. Any changes were quickly turned around and a new proof sent. I am so pleased with my banners I am about to order a further two.

My designs were apparently not of the recommended resolution for my requirements and having the free design team support was a very good facility. However, the website doesn't make it clear how the problem would be resolved and it took a call to a representative that you have to pay for your order before the design team address the issue. This was quickly addressed and the end product was great.

I found that i originally selected the wrong product and created a design i saved this and then when i wanted to change the product i had to re create the same design which was very frustrating i feel there is must be some scope to save your design as a template to then change between different products in the future

Tshirt print washed off after first wash at 30° with t-shirt turned inside out, to leave only a very faint print. Very disappointed- do not order from this company if you want something you can wash... :(

It was an enjoyable experience I made this sign with my daughter and we really liked doing it together thank you for designing this website, I just hope the sign arrives quickly (as I payed a lot for delivery) and is good.

Was confused over shipping- ordered only 2 flags in bulk and was put off ordering a further 2 individual flags a the shipping, despite the same delivery date and address increased to over double the initial cost of 2 items and indeed was pretty much almost 50% of the total cost of the order. Whilst I was happy at the cost of the 2 flags ordered, I'm not convinced that the increase will make me return to order anything further.

My 20% discount has not arrived and I have applied for it 3 times! A little disappointed. Not sure I would recommend - seems like a plot to make people finish first purchases before discount arrives that BannerBuzz UK can only use on their first purchase!

Some difficulty in deciding on size of banner required, other than this site easy to use

Original wording not correct and spelling error. Quickly sorted with customer services

Font sizing was all over the place when I created new text boxes. And Your warning of 14 days delivery turned out not to be true when I got to the Checkout where it gave me the option to choose 7 days

If you're going to support native Illustrator files then you need to solve the technical issue of previewing these in the basket. You don't even confirm the filename, so it was very difficult to know I was ordering the right thing and that my uploads we correct.
Shame, because rest of experience was great.

It was great! Easy to design and quick. A great platform to design your custom advertising at a great price too. Amazing value for money and service second to none. I would happily recommend to anyone...

It would be good if you had the facility to show what the bookmark will look like with your image but other than that a great first time ordering some bookmarks. I've decided to put one inside each copy of my first batch of my new release so if the quality is good I'll be back for more from you!

Was all done online, had questions, was directed the right way. So I proceeded to complete my order, it had an error but I was able to compete the order with banner in a timely manner.

The custom designing option for the banners is amazing. I wanted a really simple army banner for my partners home coming without it being too over the top. Honestly I found the perfect template with this company and was able to add extra text that i wanted. Super impressed and BannerBuzz UK have plenty of sizes too. I cant wait to receive my banner and I know my partner will be super happy when he comes home and sees it.

Absolutely love the 'user-friendly' nature of your website. So far I have ordered a couple of excellent flags, plus a 'desk flag' and now a T-Shirt!
Really pleased with the service and useful options available.

SITE TOO SLOW AND LIMITED FACILITIES/features for runner table. UNABLE TO PREVIEW COMPLETED WORK CLEARLY. VERY BLURRY AND TAKING RISK BY SENDING FOR PRINTING.

Just placed an order so cannot comment on quality yet. Designing the banner and preview works very well and is easy to use, subject to quality i can see us placing more orders.

Email was already used with your sister company. I have no idea which one so didn't know which password to put in. Request new password failed as I never got the automatic email from you. Resorted to using a different email

So far, so good. Easy to follow website. Waiting to see if my order of 2 different sizes is possible without any additional cost.

Your postage is a kick in the teeth for an otherwise great product... the first postage is high but the markup when you add an additional item is very unattractive.

This is my second order from them. The first order was 3 days late. But I put that down to a new company I'm using. The second-order 5 days late. This time it cost me money. We have scaffolding on the building and I ordered this wall-mounted banner with 2 weeks of it coming down. I ordered it on the 16th with the promise of anything over £99. Quick shipping 14 days later still not received it. Too late to order from another company. Had to pay £145 to keep the scaffolding for 3 more days. Absolutely a joke.

Easy ordering, the free design service is very useful and customer service is excellent however seriously let down by there courier service who gave me three different dates before it arrived.
