Almost 2 months after order, item or refund still not receive. 1st 1outlets.com said merchant cannot supply, then they email asked for top up usd25 to buy from other seller or refund. Agreed for top up but still no progress. Then they said this seller also no update and they asked whether to buy from alternative seller or refund.
Agreed for refund but after that they no longer response the email.
Until now still no refund. Almost 2 months past.
Pls avoid this company. Later will regret.

I would like to warn others to avoid this company. 1outlets.com are disorganized and unreliable. After 45 days my first order did not arrive. Customer service said the company failed to ship the order. I told them I wanted it and would wait. They said it had been shipped to me for sure this time, but close to a month later I received an email advising they were cancelling my order. The reason being some alleged restriction on shipping this to Thailand. Very irresponsible service. Looks like plenty of other customers have had their orders cancelled too. How unreliable. They promised a refund, I'm waiting...!

Don't deserve any stars not even one! Sent them multiples and zillions of mails regarding of my order since 26th october 2018 but 1outlets.com replied and said i have to wait eta 7 to 10 days. However it's already like more than that but had yet no great news or emails from them. Keep sending me the same thing everytime over and over again! Now it's like more than a month and going to be end of the year and where's my damn item! Is this a scam company that take innocent peoples money and run away? Beware of 1outlet sg shop online guys! This is bull$#*! shopping online site that take your money and go silence! Don't be the next victim! I asked them for refund but they never reply me after that!@

I PLACED AN ORDER BEGINNING OF OCTOBER, DID NOT HEAR FROM THEM TO CONFIRM ORDER HAD BEEN POSTED, CONTACTED THEM VIA EMAIL, 1outlets.com RESPONDED MERCHANT NOT GOING TO FULFILL ORDER, THEY THEN ORDERED FROM ANOTHER MERCHANT, SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN NO CONFIRMATION THAT ORDER HAD BEEN POSTED, HAVE SENT ABOUT 15 EMAILS TO THEM THE ONLY RESPONSE I GET IS THE COMPUTERIZED EMAIL SAYING MY ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND WHEN THEY HAVE ANY FURTHER INFO ON MY ORDER THEY WILL LET ME KNOW, ALSO SAY IF I HAVE ANY QUERIES DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT THEM. THEY DO NOT READ ANY EMAILS, THEY ARE NOT IN THE U. K, I HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND AS I DONT HAVE THE EXTRA MONEY TO BUY ELSEWHERE WITHOUT THE REFUND. THEY BASICALLY HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY £50+ AND HAVE LEFT ME WITH NO WAY OF GETTING THEM TO RESPOND TO MY EMAILS WITH ANSWERS TO MY QUERIES, OR ABOUT GIVING ME A REFUND. DISGUSTING OPERATION, I AM AT MY WITS END. MY ORDER WAS FOR MEDICATION FOR MY DOG THAT CAN ONLY BE GOT FROM AMERICA, THEY SHOULD NOT ADVERTISE ITEMS, TAKE PAYMENT WITHOUT KNOWING THEY CAN GET THE GOODS, TOTAL SCAM OF A COMPANY, IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW I CAN CONTACT THEM OTHER THAN THE WEBSITE PLEASE COULD YOU LET ME KNOW

I paid for an item with a debit card and payment was successful. The next day, I noticed the order status was still pending and called customer service, which was someone who sounded like her native language wasn't english and washing something in the kitchen at home. I asked why the order status reflected pending and how long delivery would take, and she said 1outlets hadn't received my money yet and asked to call the bank. I did ask, IF I would ask for a cancellation would I get my refund back? She said no refunds as my payment wasn't received. Then I said ok, I'll give the bank a call.

I called the credit card company and after checking, 1outlets.com said that the payment got through, and to wait 7 working days as the payment might be on float. If I haven't received it after 7 working days, to call back and they will issue a dispute, which will take the payment back from 1outlets and return it to me. I felt more assured but after I hung up, I read an email sent by 1outlets that they had cancelled my order!

1outlets requested in the email to give these details without explaining why:

Please help to send us some details for us to check with the bank immediately.

After this load of nonsense, I have neither a pending order nor the money I paid.

I bought near Christmas something for my wife, few days latter received the info that it was out of stock ( 1outlets.com don't have control to their stocks), so i requested refund. A month and a half latter it was not done yet, i had to contact them and to be effective on my complain to have the refund done after a few days.
The impression of 1 outlets is really bad and for sure i will never fall into this trap again!
Only one good note for them is their support team. They answer fast and were able to solve the issue in just a few days after my complain.
