Visa/Mastercard/Google/IE etc should investigate this company.
Almost 2 months after order, item or refund still not receive. 1st 1outlets.com said merchant cannot supply, then they email asked for top up usd25 to buy from other seller or refund. Agreed for top up but still no progress. Then they said this seller also no update and they asked whether to buy from alternative seller or refund.
Agreed for refund but after that they no longer response the email.
Until now still no refund. Almost 2 months past.
Pls avoid this company. Later will regret.

I called the credit card company and after checking, 1outlets.com said that the payment got through, and to wait 7 working days as the payment might be on float. If I haven't received it after 7 working days, to call back and they will issue a dispute, which will take the payment back from 1outlets and return it to me. I felt more assured but after I hung up, I read an email sent by 1outlets that they had cancelled my order!
1outlets requested in the email to give these details without explaining why:
Dear XXXXXXXXX,
Your order has been cancelled.
Your Payment was not successful.
Please help to send us some details for us to check with the bank immediately.
(1) bank payment print-screen,
(b) date order and
(c) last 4 credit card number
Cancellation Approved!
Submitted for Processing.
Refund Amount: USD 0.00
After this load of nonsense, I have neither a pending order nor the money I paid.
The impression of 1 outlets is really bad and for sure i will never fall into this trap again!
Only one good note for them is their support team. They answer fast and were able to solve the issue in just a few days after my complain.
