Great screen with some flaws
The monitor itself is great, good strong build quality, excellent colours and picture sharpness, good response rate aswell but sadly has some pretty bad backlight bleed. I have contacted ASUS directly about this and having it looked at so hopefully it's just an individual fault and not every monitor is like this as i believe for the $700 price tage you should not get as significant light bleed as this monitor has. Other than that it's a great buy!

Called for sales advice but….
Sales guy couldn't answer my question about wireless solution and said he would call back with answers but I never got a call

Good product range as well as service
Simple web interface to navigate and order from, but I missed the discount code entry section which cost me ~$80-.
Once ordered easy to find the history of orders but to tack your order is a multiple step process rather than a single clickable link to Australia Post showing tracking results.
So not a perfect experience as everyone and every site can always be improved, looking forward to placing my next order with Wireless1 and hoping to see the incremental improvements happening.

KAZ was an an amazing help when i called the sales support team on the phone to assist me with shipping my son's gift urgently. He was super helpful and patient and went through all the details of the laptop thoroughly which gave me great piece of mind that i was buying the right item for the best possible price on the market. Credit Card sent check message but once I navigated that it was very good.
The web site is easy to navigate, loads quickly and is clearly laid out and easy to navigate.
All the technical information and links to the product details were easy to find.
The prices were very competitive.
Overall very good experience.
Now I will wait and see how delivery works out.

Good service poor tracking
I was warned that the packages may take longer due to postage delays, no worries. Was given tracking links. I thought it would take much longer than it did because the tracking still said "processing" when the packages turned up. Kinda pointless tracking.

Kaz was extremely helpful! Kaz suggested me the perfect laptop for my needs without pushing at all. He has told me to take my time and could call back anytime after deciding. It suprises me that online purchase experience can be this good even during the lockdown. Also I spoke to Ash the next day and Ash was just as perfect. Great team! I have purchased msi dominator pro 5 years ago. This time i purchased Gigabyte A7 X1 and i am planning to buy any tech products here in the future as my first preference. Totally recommend here!

Bad communication
I placed an order and paid for express shipping two of my items were in stock and one on back order. There was no phone call or email to let me know that there would be a delay in delivery but once I called Wireless1 advised someone would call me in regards to the matter but no one did 7 business days after I ordered I received my items again no apologies or no refund on the express shipping.

When I was advised that my items hadn’t been sent out I asked why wouldn’t you send out what was in stock as I had paid for express delivery and then they said the manager would contact me and I’m yet to hear from them.

Loved the products
Fast postage after emailing. Disappointed it was sent lose in a packaged bag/ wasn't as padded to protect expensive gear. Was sent to post office and not left on door which is a huge bonus as this was $$ gear.

Not thrilled about the delivery
I had requested that if we were not home to accept delivery, the router would not be left, but would be available for pick up from the post office. Instead it was delivered and left at the front door, in full view of anyone visiting...

Inaccurate delivery information
Your website provides the option for express delivery (within 3 days). No where does it say that it takes over a week just to pick the order.

I paid additional for the express delivery expecting to have my order in 3 (or maybe 4 would be acceptable) days, when I emailed to chase up after the 5th day I was advised it hadn't been posted yet… WTF!

So for the additional expense of ‘express' delivery it took 8 days to receive my goods.

I would update your website!

Easy ordering experience, shipping was fast but Wireless1 dont deliver on saturdays even with express shipping. Order confirmation didnt arrive instantly (although i did order at like 3 in the morning) but came after opening hours. Overall good experience

Terrible Service
Made an order 2 weeks ago. No updates or anything to check progress. Emailed them several days ago, finally got a response today to be told my order is out of stock. Called them about 5 times earlier and got hung up on everytime.

Your password reset is really confusing as its not branded with your store name and makes it look like its a scam or phishing attempt. Should really sort this out.

Good price and service
I called to confirm stock and ordered online, items arrived quickly and well packed.

Best price I saw online.

Answered my questions on the first person I spoke to.

OPPO Find X2 Pro (Optus, unlocked)
Wasn't clear on stock on hand, the implication of a promotion is that there's substantial stock.
Delivery was delayed due to receiving stock late and COVID delays.
Needs better notification in the online order to notify purchaser of any issues/delays.

Phone came in pefect condition

Customer Support was able to effectively communicate the delaying issues and gave an ETA.

Representative was able to effectively communicate delaying issues and explain the lack of update on the online order. Most importantly Wireless1 were able to give an ETA of the product at the store and an ETA at my door.

Purchase of Laptop
I purchased the express delivery option (3 day) but when it did not arrive in the time stated I contacted Wireless 1 to see when it might arrive. The reply I received was very casual (perhaps even off handed) and indicated that it might be another week and one day but if it did not arrive by then to contact them.

Obviously the person who replied took no trouble to determine when it would arrive as it arrived the next day (day 4). It is this cavalier approach that I did not like.

Other than that Wireless 1 packaged and sent the order in a timely manner.

Good customer service, good price, quick delivery
Originally ordered an item, it then went down in price a couple of days later, customer service were quick to help me cancel my old order so that I could re-order at the lower price. Happy customer

Aramex delivery
Ordering and buying the item online was easy but aramex should not be used for your deliveries as it would be quicker to walk to u and pick it up yourself. As it was i only recieved the item after repeated phone calls to aramex and then going to their newcastle depot to pick it up myself

No problems.
Everything from Wireless 1 was great. Email communication and even a request to confirm if delivery was successful. Aus Post delivery was slow BUT Aus Post does not reflect on my Wireless 1 experience.

Awful experience
Ordered a keyboard and website said 1-2 to despatch. Paid extra for express shipping, and waited for a confirmation email that said item shipped. 7 days later and I got sick of waiting and decided to email them. All of a sudden my item is shipped. Still waiting for it to arrive

Did not accept Amex card although it appears on the website the option is available. Also when the password reset request was sent, received an email from securegateway (not wireless1) so had to double check to make sure the reset email was not a spam
