I don't know from where to start expressing my feelings about WinIt app service. You know how it feels(disappointing) getting a parking or a traffic violation ticket. Thanks to WinIt, I have no more headache for almost 5 years. Let WinIt deal with the police at the court. Most of the time they win tickets with their magic tricks and experience. Most often I have no patience writing a review, but I don't want to see you loose your peace because of that ugly ticket.

The proceedings were postponed 2x but they stayed on the case and kept me apprised. Ultimately it was al dismissed which of course was the best outcome. I appreciate their work and representing me on the case.

Thank you. I am a long time resident and driver in New York City. It saddens me to see the Traffic Officers put under so much pressure that they are looking for any opportunity wrong or right to produce numbers to maintain their jobs. Coupled with the Harlem community boards, local officials and NYC 311 complaints unit lack of communication regarding construction and it’s policy and permits in the local neighborhoods making it almost impossible to parking for individuals the rely on their car to transport themselves during the week and their families on the weekends. I was a new immigrant back in 2018 when I got my first traffic ticket. Could have used a bit more communication from the lawyers team along the way, was kept guessing a bit as to why and when things were getting rescheduled too. But overall very happy with Winit and the experience.
