Dear WickiePipes:

You are not at all "wickie," you are slower than molasses. I ordered a pipe from you on June 2nd, and you promptly took my money and sent me an email claiming that the pipe was being prepared for shipping.

The email was clearly a lie.

When the pipe had still not been shipped a week later, I went online and discovered multiple reviews from customers who experienced the exact same thing: you took their money and acknowledged their order, but never sent the product.

This is THEFT.

I have sent multiple messages requesting that you send me the product I paid for. You do not answer your phone, and you do not answer emails.

Today is June 15th. The product which your website promises would be shipped within a week has STILL not been shipped. Your company appears to be a criminal enterprise.

Therefore, If I do not hear back from you by the end of the day today (Monday, June 15, 2026), I will take the following actions:

- I will contact my credit card company to dispute the payment which you stole.

- I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

- I will find every place on the Internet where your pipes are reviewed and leave this letter as a review.

- I will make it my personal obsession to see to it that WickiePipes never does business in California again.

You may either ship my pipe or refund my money. You cannot keep the money and never supply the product. That would be blatant theft. And although you have apparently gotten away with it many times in the past, I will ensure that you do not get away with it this time. I am perfectly willing to make this my pet project for years to come. I deeply dislike dishonest and unresponsive companies.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT order from this website! Find it somewhere else. Even if it says it will be delivered in 5 days or less. Its not true. I have been waiting around 2 months and have heard NOTHING. I have emailed multiple, multiple times just asking when my order would ship and haven't even gotten a reply. I've called and no one would answer my call. I have seen a lot of other reviews that say the same. Highly recommend finding somewhere else to order from. Seems I've been scammed.

Wickie pipes needs to have much better quality control of their products. I had been given 1 of these pipes before and i'm disgusted with the condition and quality of the workmanship on the latest pipe i brought. I have taken photos of the latest (gunmetal) pipe and compared to the (silver)pipe which i was given it's sub standard.

It has one and it's small...
That said if it's actually ti it's a nice piece but I'm doubtful after the inaccurate description and failure of the company to return my emails or calls.

Recieved my order quickly and had a tracking number too. WP is great to deal with.

Item did not match picture as advertised for one so it's kinda like false advertisement. Secondly I ordered early on a Saturday morning spent the extra 10 dollars for 2 day shipping and it still failed to show up for a full week. If I knew both were going to be the case I would have gave someone else my business.
