Whiskers N Paws

I think both dog and dog owner very much enjoy shopping at Whiskers N Paws as it provides a spacious and nice environment for them to walk around at the shop. Whiskers N Paws provides a great variety of goods for owners with reasonable price.

It is an amazing place with great vibes and such a great collection for animals. The staff was helpful, courteous and it’s a great place with outdoors area for doggies to play and socialise. I loved the cafe too and their dog cookies were a hit!

My Yorkie has his monthly grooming at Whiskers and Paws and each time he is beyond excited to go. The groomers are professionals and dog lovers, they really take good care of my little guy. He looks great afterwards each and every time. Highly recommended! p.s. He also loves the treat from the doggie cafe afterwards :)

The drivers and staff are fantastic.
The problem if had last batch of food, it was squished so much that the raw food was coming out of its package. One package looks cooked, or Brown not red meat colour.
It was worrying and I tossed those packages. From, barf.

What a wonderful shopping experience at Whiskers and Paws ! Such lovely, friendly and generous staff. My dog didn't like the treats I had bought and the staff insisted on replacing it for me and gave me a free desert and 2 teddy bear toys for my children which they love !

Very friendly and helpful staffs. Carrying variety products with reasonable prices. Spacious and comfortable environment for bringing dogs/cats to visit. Nice coffee too!

Fast delivery with a surprised gift for first purchase ❤️ The patty was recommended by a frenchie’s mom and my frenchie loves it. We’ll order it once a month going forward.

Apple is a very caring groomer, Other colleagues are also very friendly. If you need to ask questions, they will answer them in detail. It's a happy experience every time.

We have been fans of WNP since they opened in 2008. We appreciate all the great care and customer service they provide. WNP carries products that we haven't seen in any other pet stores in Hong Kong, and their delivery service is so convenient!

WnP have been super effienct with the online service. When at the shop the staff have all been exceedingly friendly and helpful. Would like to.see if you can bring in Dr Clauder products, Fell Plus for dog coats and Joint supplements.

WNP is such a great place for shopping and fun with our furry friends! We have been coming to WNP for almost 10 years now! The place is clean, spacious and filled with comprehensive products. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful too! The cafe is an additional plus where we can hang out while letting the doggie enjoying their beauty treatments in a relaxing environment!

Super easy and straight forward online shop platform, and we were happy to shop for the first time with the welcome discount. Delivery was literally door to door, and It was super quick.

I like the online order platform. From order placment to receive the products, it is seamless. Very easy to use. The delivery person is very friendly, which is a big PLUS!

i would love to make you my go to online shop for pet supplies. But your stock avilability lacks a lot to be desired. Items are rarely in stock and they don't get replenished months on end. It makes it more difficult to shop with you because I can't rely/trust that you will always have what we need for our furry kids
