DO NOT USE THIS SITE! My mother purchased a London Links bracelet for my 18th birthday and spent quite a lot of money on it although cheaper than high street prices. It arrived and everything looked legitimate. After wearing the bracelet a few times the colouring began to rub off and it left my arm green. I contacted customer service after searching for an email address which I would receive a reply from for days. It has taken them 6 weeks so far and uutrade still havent sorted out the problem. They say that I have to place another order with the site to have my bracelet changed? Which makes no sense to me what so ever. Customer service is appalling and quality of items is disgusting.

When I purchased my first order I was a little nervous buying from a site I have never used. When my order arrived it was beyond my expectations in both quality and delivery! All the clothes exactly (if not better) than uutrade looked on the site but my delivery arrived in less than two weeks! Their customer service is also great, very easy fast, and helpful! Couldn't ask for a better experience. If you are looking to start your own business this is the best wholesale site!

I love this site. This site gives good deals on clothes and good quality. It's on you to make sure to review clothes in description before purchase. Some are hit or miss but from all my orders I have received there have only been 1-2 things I didn't like. Great communication, tracking takes a bit long than most but sometimes I don't mind because I know I'm getting it cheaper here with all the discounts.

Everything is fake and poor quality. Return policy is a nightmare and looks like it's actually impossible to return the purchased goods.

Good site, the items are not the real deal but are nearly identical, the quality is very good and the price is alot more reasonable than what the retailers are asking for in the shops. I would recommend the site especially for bags and shoes as anything I have ordered has been of good quality and I've been very pleased with how uutrade look. It may take a while for the products to arrive but they are worth the wait.

Online shopping is always difficult to master, its size, quality and more. But so far, I like Uutrade very much! Everything I buy is very high quality and is the right size.

The photos of the items do not correspond to the website. I also cancelled an order once minutes after making it by mistake and uutrade told me it was okay and then sent me the item, charged me for it, and gave me such an unbelievable hassle when I wanted it returned.

You get less than you pay for. A lot less. It's all hyped up and made as if it is authentic merchandise but it's terrible and the customer service is non-existent.
