Excellent service & Warpspeed shipping
I ordered 10 different items on a Sunday night. The company called AM on Monday to verify the order I placed. The items were delivered on Friday afternoon. Opened the box UnbeatableSale were excellently packed, better than big box retail stores did with the same items. They also enclosed a PRINTED catalog & price list of items. I will definitely buy from them again.

New Bath Sink
The sink is exactly as described. It was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. The only issue we had was that there was never any tracking information provided so we had no idea when to expect it. We had to log back in the site to try and find the details but no information on the site. It was only when it appeared on the Fed Ex app that we knew it had been shipped.

Stay away from them
I ordered a table from them, tried to cancel it within 10 minutes. UnbeatableSale refused to cancel it sent it anyway and it cost me $50 to return it... and the table was drilled wrong so that it was unusable. Terrible experience. I'll never use them again and if you are smart, you won't either.

It was OK at the end but scary at the beginning
Even though the whole experience was satisfactory, once I placed the order it was impossible to see the order right away even though the money had been withdrawn from PayPal. I had to call to find out that everything was fine and that the lack of transparency was due to an obsolete electronic tracking system.

I first talked to one customer service representative and once that person did not have a satisfactory answer, on their volition transfered my call to a senior agent who was able to put my concern at rest.

Great shopping experience
The items was a good price (Cheaper than Amazon) and was still shipped pretty fast and I received the item in good condition. I give this company an A+

I asked to confirm the color of the item because the item description once I confirmed the order said grey, but I thought I purchased black. The customer service rep sent a not to the warehouse and UnbeatableSale confirmed the item was indeed black. This was great customer service.

Multiple issues
Originally ordered product from Walmart. UnbeatableSale shipped the wrong item. They did agree to pay return postage, but I had to request it due to it not being my fault they shipped wrong item. In the meantime, I ordered the item again from their site directly as if I had to wait for them to get the wrong item shipped back and then ship correct item, it would have arrived too late. I did receive the correct item, however packing was poor and the sign is bent and damaged. It is metal and there is already rust on it despite being described as suitable for outside. It is unique and I do like it so I will fix it and repaint before gifting.
I am still waiting to be refunded for the original mistake they made, but I expect it will be at least another few days to a week for that to happen.

Awful service
This business has the worst customer service. I ordered a desk for my son for Christmas, but didn't open the box right away. When we tried to put the desk together, we were missing everything but the top. When I contacted the company, UnbeatableSale wanted me to ship it back at my expense. I tried to get a supervisor to call me back, but no, they would only email. I've dealt with a lot of business's in the past, and I have to say, that this was the worst service I have ever experienced.

Shady company with no refunds
I ordered something that showed up damaged/missing items. I emailed and got a response stating to ship the item back with the original packaging. Unfortunately, the packaging was damaged as well so that was tossed. Sent an email explaining that. No response. Soon after all of this I'm called away on a personal matter for two months with no cell activity, but i left my mother with email access. I return to find the item still at my house. When asking my mother, she simply said no labels. I checked and chdcked to make sure. No labels were sent. Contacted the company and received a general "30 day too late" response. Explained in another email and received the same message.

First time or ding on your line but I did order your product from Walmart. Con the cherry body butter and I ended up with the mango one which I already order mango thru Walmart. I have 2 mango. So please watch for correct scents this time. It's for me and my daughter so I just have one to her. Now I'm ordering our own cents we won't don't let me down...

The website did not "act" properly
The website did not "act" properly. I located the item I wanted by doing a Google search that directed me to your site. When I tried come back to the site to do a search on that item's code numbers (I tried two different ones) or the description, it came back as not found. I had to waste time to go back to Google to try to find it again and come in that way. Not very convenient. That describes the process. The fact that you had what I wanted at a price that beat any where else was fantastic!

Since I can't pick less than one star (-1 star)
Yes -1 star seems more appropriate the worst company you can order. Do order from them. You will get delay after delay with zero updates on the status of your order. Save your just don't order from this company. UnbeatableSale zero customer service zero respect for your time and your money. Based on my experience I can only assume that the positive reviews must be fake.
I place my order on 11 June, we are now 22 September still no updates on my order. I finally decided to request a refund.

I am annoyed that I ordered two lamps for my mother...
I am annoyed that I ordered two lamps for my mother and one was delivered broken. I just wanted to have the one broken lamp replaced but I was told that could not be done that I would need to order another new lamp. I go to order lamp and have to pay additional money for shipping since I am ordering one lamp instead of two. Don't really know how you will deal with shipping refund on original order since I ordered two lamps. The money is not that much but I find this annoying to pay more when I have already been inconvenienced.

Innovera 53001 Standard Desktop Keyboard Drawer Worth the Price
How long are accounts maintained because a purchase of the same item was made under six months ago, my account didn't appear to be present. The order was for an Innovera 53001 Standard Desktop Keyboard Drawer. This was my second purchase for the same product from UnbeatableSale. A vintage computer will reside on this drawer along with the keyboard tucked inside. The quality and strength of materials are what drove me back for the second purchase not to exclude the price.

More pictures
Overall the item is exactly what is pictured. But with only one picture it is hard to tell that the Swiss balls sit forward towards the medicine balls making access interesting if not turn just the right way. Also directions for setup are very limited so it's more of just fit and pieces together until it's together.

Your website is a nightmare
Your website is a nightmare. I tried to click on my cart to go to check out and it wouldn't go to my cart. I had to click on something else to finally get it to go to my cart so i could give you money. How crazy is that? Not a great user experience. I clicked on you "extra sitewide 10% off" and your site freaked out finally added the code and then it didn't work, sooooo, what was the point.

Not exactly what I thought I was getting.
The Kenneth Cole Black was the correct item I intended to order. But I also ordered a large bottle of Versace cologne. Unfortunately, I saw the photo and believed it to be the item I was ordering -- but when it arrived it was the Eau Fraiche (light blue bottle) which I don't like as much as the purple bottle... but the description was what I received, so it's my fault. So, I'll just make sure I order from the site that I usually order my cologne from now on. I gave this one a shot, and I learned my lesson.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! My child Halloween is ruined thanks to them! After calling multiple times about me not receiving my order UnbeatableSale refunded me my money and 2 hours later took it right back off my card! And ended up sending me a fake tracking number! Please don't order. This email was sent to me right after taking the money back off of my card

Your online ordering sucks!
Your online ordering sucks! I Have had more trouble ordering on your site then I have ever experienced in my life. It would not accept my email addresses as valid I have 3 of them I tried all 3 so I ordered as a guest finally and will never order from you again so no need to save my information your system needs reworking no customer service no chat no answering the phone good bye good luck you suck

I ordered 2 pairs of these already through amazon and...
I ordered 2 pairs of these already through amazon and each one was ordered in a size 2. I received instead a size 1 twice. When I have to ship them back I have to pay $16 which is not covered by the company and it is also not my mistake. Now I'm ordering for a 3rd time and was only offered a 10% discount for my inconvenience. I'm not pleased with the lack of payment for shipping on the company's end and will end up paying more to ship back their mistakes than I paid for the boots in the first place.

I am happy I was able to get a new trampoline enclosure...
I am happy I was able to get a new trampoline enclosure and pad in the styles that I needed at the same place for a great price. Very happy so far. Will be waiting to see what quality is like and how UnbeatableSale hold up. My children have tajken very good care of what they have for the last 5 years and we are only just now needing to replace so I have high expectations for this to do as well.

Unwilling to provide manufacturer contact information
I bought a pontoon ladder from UnbeatableSale through the Walmart Marketplace last summer. The manufacturer has a two year warranty on their products but absolutely no contact information for the manufacturer on the internet. I contacted UnbeatableSale to see if UnbeatableSale could provide me the manufacturer contact informant and they responded with a form email response that they were not able to help me because it's outside the 30 day return window. All I wanted was the contact information for the manufacturer and they wouldn't give it to me.--Suicidal Tendencies.

Customer service is responsive
I first had some website trouble placing my order which lead to a duplicate order. I left a voicemail and sent an email as soon as I realized the error. Customer service was responsive to cancel one order and let the other one stand. I have received some follow up as well. Items haven't arrived yet so I can't comment on that yet. But so far a proactive company to do business with.

Ordering delema
Placed order- stayed in Paypal pending. Order never got into the system. Don't understand that either.
Called and got order in system after I furnished a copy of the order. Not sure I'll go through that again.

First call. I don't think she understood what was going on. I called the next day, got a different person that was able to help.

Wrong Perfume
I ordered the Aventus Millesime for women and I was sent Viking for men. I have no clue how you can mix up the two items. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my wife but not happening as of now. This is very disappointing,

I have not received any response as of yet.

Hard to find items that I really like
Hard to find items that I really like. This place is cheaper than Macey's and Sears. I come from a Macey's former Bloomingdale town. I grew up thinking 80's 70's fashion is the style of cool. And I like it, I never thought I was discriminated because of that. So its hard to find these and I love that you have them

The worst customer service I've ever experienced in...
The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my whole life. UnbeatableSale will go out of their way to make purchasing products basically impossible but they have no issue with taking your money and giving it back to be tired up as a pending credit over and over. I was sold things they claimed they didn't have and could no longer get but my money was taken and then refunded and then I was contacted saying they were going to fulfill the orders after all only to then do the same thing again a few days later. So far I have paid for and been refunded for the same three orders a Total of four times now. This has been going on for about two weeks now while on their website the product is still actively listed for sale and marked as in stock…… this is a poor excuse of a business and shows nothing but excessive amounts of incompetence of how to run a business and how the customer should be treated.

Went ahead & purchased altho I've been on hold 12+ minutes to ask a product question & no one has answered my online chat, either. Measurements of Item ME200135 are not listed nor is handrail information. Didn't see hours of operation, either, so I'm not sure if I'm on hold after their biz hours at 4:00 CST.

Ooni koda 16 propane pizza oven
I have to say, I always wanted a pizza oven after enjoying homemade pizza at my brother-in-law's in NY. He actually recommended ooni brand and I shopped for it every where including the direct site.
What I found was back ordered sites for months or price gauging to the max!
Unbeatable Sale site I stumbled on to was a god send at a reasonable price and available through Rakuten no less where I got a Re-bate check To boot back for shopping through them.
Sometimes when it's too good to be true, it actually worked out to be TRUE! Happy Holidays.

Excellent product
I did NOT want chinese junk, so I thought I'd get a Taiwanese video display while there still is a Taiwan because their stuff is better anyway.

I couldn’track the order because I ordered as a guest. I signed up and asked for a tracking number and BANG! Got a tracking number. I’d use these guys again in a flash.

I was trying to see if there was a promo code for first-time customers or something for Veterans Day. I am purchasing because I need this but it would be nice if someone could review and apply if available
