Two Step Performance

I installed a PRL Cobra Cold Air intake and the Hydroshield Protector for the air filter a couple of weeks ago and it caused issues with my car. The car sat after it threw several codes. I took it to a garage to have it diagnosed and it was due to this product. Savannah from Two Step would not send me authorization to send the item back. I understand that I would have to be charged the restocking fee. NOWHERE on the return policy does it say they will not let you return anything due to faulty product. I had to go another route and now my car runs fine and all Savannah could say is "Glad to hear the car is running well now". Yes it is after I took the defective product out of the car. Please BEWARE of what you purchase and they do NOT hold up to their return policy! I have the packaging and it is used but how can you tell it is defective without putting it in your car and driving the car? This is a defective product that I am out money for and they have my money and I have a piece of carp that cannot be used nor resold, due to the junk purchased from TSP. Savannah says they do not manufacture the parts and I can contact PRL. Well Savannah I did not purchase it from PRL. I purchased it from your company TSP. TSP should be paying me for the charges from the garage I took it to for diagnosis of the codes, that the product I purchased from TSP caused. If I could give Savannah 0 stars I would.

The Ktuner arrived in two days and the TSP S1+ map as well with easy-to-follow instructions. Looking forward to purchasing more upgrades for my 2020 SI.
