TW Wholesale are an excellent place to shop - their products are priced competitively, and they always make the time to talk you through their product options to ensure your needs are met.
On the rare occasions I have had issues with kit they have replaced things without question and generally have been extremely helpful.

Fantastic product at a reasonable price. The staff are very friendly, caring and customer-focused. However, the actual delivery was a shambles! There was no communication at all to inform/confirm delivery (despite the shop staff going the extra mile to make this as smooth as possible) - the guy just turned up at the door and dumped the pallets on the driveway! Really not impressed

Sent products that were about to go out of date. Called them to explain I was unhappy about that - it was mentioned it would be c. 1 year use by on the website. Was told that I would have to pay for them to be returned, which obviously I was unhappy about. I’m still waiting for a call back from them which I was promised. Absolute nightmare, currently spent a huge amount of money on a product that will be worth nothing by the time I come to use it in a few months.

Broke my last refina so I ordered a new one and expected to be waiting a few days. It arrived in two days. Absolute life saver. I’ve bought from these guys before as have most of the blokes I work with. They’re always provide top class service and are well priced

was expecting delivery thursday now monday and still waiting. The only tracking says "we were unable to deliver your parcel we will deliver next working day" but nothing friday saterday or monday

TW had everything I required at a good price the products were all as stated.
However the delivery system let them down. Delaying my project by over 2 weeks. (The delivery was only 2 days late but the knock on effect has mental I ran out of time to complete the project before returning to work).

More then happy with this product

Excellent service prompt delivery. Had a issue with the wrong address on my order ( my fault ) phoned the customer services at T W wholesalers and it was sorted no problem at all would definitely use again.

Great service - item was listed as out of stock on website. I called up and they managed to find one in their warehouse. They then had their team reinstate it online so I could order online. Really great service!

One item was damaged during delivery sent email with picture and received replacement straight away

Not happy, you have your money but I have to wait 6 weeks for my shed. If I had known this was the case I would of gone elsewhere

Base is good, inside of it is also good. One big flaw is the plastic handle for pulling that bag doesn't seem steady as I am a handyman myself and do understand from such things. This tool bag I have returned!

Excellent price, prompt, no hassle, service and delivery.
Item packaging damaged, also cosmetic damage on the item itself.
Including wires exposed on the power cord. We have photos.
Am yet to test it, sure it works fine.

I ordered this trowel from TW Wholesale because it was very reasonably priced, and they delivered within a couple of days from placing my order. I will definitely use them again.

seems to be a shortage of mortar stands at the time of writing this review, so prepared to pay a higher price . Quality product. Unfortunately it does not sit flat on the floor. Whether it was damaged in transit or it is a manufacturing fault I can't say. Packaging was extremely poor. Looked like it was wrapped in a rubbish sack. I called TW Wholesale and was put on hold for half hour before I hung up. Trying to resolve the matter . I will keep you informed.

I would love to write a review, but sadly can’t as I have not received my items. The item was not delivered and is now no it’s was back to yourself. I would like a refund.

Poor service from the very beginning paid for next day delivery arrived 3 days later no answers available other than blaming the courier then when arrived damaged looks like it’s been used and definitely not brand new. Shop elsewhere very unhelpful first time use and last
