TurboTenant

I have used apartments.com (formerly Cozy) and also ZIllow and only recently started with TT. Having rolled over 1 lease at a re-up I concluded TT is the best platform I have used. I have started transitioning all my rentals over to it including one just this morning that was mid-lease but Zillow was having issues with payments so it was a great excuse. TT is a way more integrated platform and easier to use than all the others I have tried and support for multiple bank accounts was a game-changer for us.

TurboTenant is by far, the BEST vehicle to market your home or apartment for rent. I've used this site for 4 years now. Always get a lot of action from my listings. I've saved a ton of money using TurboTenant. Used to list with a real estate, and was charged a lot of $$$. Thanks for this wonderful, easy to use tool for landlords. Customer service is always there to help. I've messaged them at all hours of the day or night. We just cant say enough.

Initially, we switched to TurboTenant after Apartments.com and Cozy.co had made all their changes which were difficult to keep up with. TurboTenant has always been very user-friendly and the customer service is personal and responds quickly. With the wonderful new additions of Auto-Pay and automatic Late Fees, we will be loyal users for a long time to come. Thank you for adapting to make the busy life of a property manager a bit easier!

Turbotenant has been an excellent resource for me and my husband for our first investment property. We enjoy the convenience it offers and features like setting up leases and online payments. My tenant also likes the option to pay rent online and keeping records of it automatically. We will continue to use Turbotenant for future properties!

I like the fact that turbo tenant reports paid rents to the credit reporting companies. It helps my tenants in less expensive units to build their credit.
Interface for the owner is very good, marketing works smoothly, very easy to push out leases, e-signatures, and rents. I like that I can create a miscellaneous charge for things like pet fees, tenant caused repair issue and the like.

I came out of retirement to go back to work for my amazing company but it has been 4 1/2 years being out of the loop. Those years A LOT has happened, so I was really coming back to unknowns. I googled free marketing sites and I decide to go Turbo tenant along with my other go to avenues. Turbo and gone head to head with the biggest sites and they are way exceeding my expectations.

I have been in Real Estate for 42 yrs and I constantly tell people about your magnificent, easy to use and very effective sight. It is truly the Best of the Best. I have been a Sr. VP/Regional Mgr for 20 offices and 1800 plus agents and I have seen a lot, yet your platform tops them all.

Although I only have one rental property, I'm new to being a landlord and Turbtenant made it really easy from the lease agreement to advertizing. Now you can even track expenses for the year so at tax time, it's really easy to download a spreadsheet of expenses. The only suggestion I have is that they need to respond more quickly to questions from users.

It makes many things (collecting rent, maintenance requests, signatures, etc) much easier for us, and I would definitely recommend it to others.
Here are some suggested improvements:
-A way for landlords to see the "tenants' view" of everything
-A way to send money back to tenants (security deposits, other credits)
-A way for landlords to edit a tenant's contact info after it is entered (add a phone number, change name spelling, etc)
-An option to for landlords and tenants to send pictures or documents through messages

Makes managing multiple rents super easy. Everything is logged and recorded in one spot and accessible for review any time. The platform takes all the headache out of screening tenants. Add in the tracking of all rent deposits and you can't beat TurboTenant. I have used the other platforms and this is by far the best one.

I purchased the premier so that I could speak with CSR and get forms. It was the best thing I could have done. Daisy was the lady I worked with and she helped show me how to increase rents properly. I only wish I would have purchased the Premium months ago. I was about to leave Turbo Tenant because I was getting frustrated with the chat feature. The chats were just not working for me. Took way to much time to use and still never got it worked out. The purchase of the premium was the best thing I could ever have done. Don't waste another minute purchase it and you will be so glad you did. In speaking with the CSR it was done swiftly and accurately and was worth every penny. It is the best.

Love this forum! It made my job managing my rental easy and well, manageable. The e-sign function, getting a good rental agreement for the state I needed, email communication, and using it to publish my rental all contributed to a success in finding a good candidate to rent my property. It provides other info and resources for things like addendums. My renters like it too, they pay their rent, bought renters insurance, and also communicate with me all here on TurboTenant!

We were happy to find turbotenant to help us manage our properties. The features were organized well, attractive, and easy to manage. However our account was hacked. The first time we were able to stop the activity before too much damage was done. We alerted the prospective tenants who engaged with the hacker and the site was suspended.
However, on the second hack, the criminal was able to completely replace our listings and solicit hundreds of clients using our portal. We were told by the representative that nothing could be done about the problem and we just had to deal with the clients and try to clear out and rebuild. No supervisor was available to discuss the process with us. No one was "available". We still have not rebuilt the webpage to what it was so we are not using it the way we would like to.
Not sure what safeguards could be put in place.

Turbotenant is probably the worst app I’ve ever run across they took the $45 fee with no problem looking at a property rent for 1000 they give you the landlords number who never answers the phone they gave me somebody else’s name Julie for turbotenant she doesn’t return calls there’s no follow up by these people at all I got onto a police department and less time that is taking me to get into a $1000 apartment no follow up if you call the corporate number no follow up

TurboTenant is the best CRM platform that helps landlords manage their rental properties through the who leasing cycle. I have been using it for the last 3 years and extremely satisfied with what it offers. I try to tap the full potential of this tool. It is also an extremely effective means to market properties such that it gets the most visibility. Thank you TurboTenant!!

TurboTenant is an indispensable 5 Star resource to me, as a landlord. I am thankful for the breadth of the many rental property advertising websites utilized, the effortless tracking of the many prospect responses, and the insightful screening questionnaires that keep me from wasting my prospect's (and my) time. Very Highly Recommended!!

TurboTenant has completely changed how I find a renter. Now I have the ability to screen them first. I’m sure that will save me from very frustrating situation‘s in the future; like some I’ve had in the past, because I just took a persons word. Now that we found a great tenant, I also accept all of his payments through TurboTenant. It has been very simple and effective for both of us. I haven’t had to use the maintenance part yet, but it seems very straightforward. So far, I have been very grateful for TurboTenet.

I use TurboTenant to manage all of my rental properties and track expenses across all properties. I love the user-friendly interface, chat support, and ease of use for my tenants. Also of note is the ability to report tenants' on time rent payments to credit bureaus to help tenants improve their credit score. Unbeatable value!

The only problem is that it takes 5-6 days before I get my rent after my tenant made the payment. It should not take that long to transfer funds into my account once Turbo Tenant collects the money. I have only one tenant out of 19 tenants who pays by Turbo Tenant and I will not use it again unless they change their policy.

This website has saved me a lot of $$ and headache. Advertising and communicating with future (and present, if you wish) tenants is secure and easy. It is a convenient place to store all your documents, leases, etc. Instead of e-mailing pictures and old utility bills to each potential applicant, you just give them the link for the listing and they can see everything and you can update as needed! I frequently return to turbo tenant to reference the lease and old documents even though I am not actively advertising.
