Item found on BorB at very good price. Placed order on Wednesday afternoon. Order promptly confirmed by BorB / TSA and dispatched. Week end intervened and package delivered early on Monday morning. Fortunately was at home to receive. Courier should have phoned to be sure I would be able to receive at that time.

Order and delivery was faster than expected. However the small black glass was broken so, packaging. The product user manual was a total disappointment. Not all buyers are experienced and thus need more info on machine in specific the settings. Maybe TSA can combine and add a manual of their own?

I found what I was looking for at a discounted price for a Black Friday. The welding machine I ordered was delivered to me in Durban very efficiently via a courier company.

After actually trying to buy the same thing from two other sites, TSA came up. And the experience was so excellent I actually felt the need to write this review. Normally I'm indifferent when something works as you'd expect. But contrasted to my first two attempts elsewhere, the website was quick, well laid out, simple to use. And then the delivery was lightening quick. Truly well done.

The site was was easy to order from and has a variety of payment options. My package was ready for the courier the same day and I was kept up to date with email notifications about delivery.

This is so important, that a online store stock is up to date and the delivery timely. My experience st Builders is just the opposit snd so frustrating.
