I always love shopping at TrueFacet - items are authentic plus TrueFacet let you know when item will include accessories like dust pouch and box. I only buy their Tiffany items that come with these accessories!

BAIT & SWITCH. Stay away from this company. I purchased a watch on their website. I received the order confirmation and expected to receive the watch shortly. When I received no other communication, I emailed their support. TrueFacet wrote back assuring that the watch will be shipped within 7 working days. When I still did not receive any other confirmation and emailed them, they informed me that I have to pay more for the watch or they will not send to me. Then they tried to convince me to buy another watch. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest. STAY AWAY!

Bought Fake Tiffany Ring
This company claims to check authenticity of items TrueFacet sell, this is why I chose them out of many used jewelry sellers. But I received a fake ring, and when I've contacted support they just told me to return it and tried to convince me that ring isn't fake and that I am wrong, but I owe few different types of Tiffany rings and I did a research and this is 100% fake, no one bothered to check it before sending to me. I can only imagine how many people were scammed just because they believed their authenticity promise. So be aware.

BEWARE. My husband bought me a Cartier bracelet on TrueFacet for Christmas. He ended up getting me something else, though, and began the return process of the bracelet with TrueFacet. TrueFacet sent him a return label to ship the package. He packed up the bracelet, and shipped it off with their prepaid label. He received an email saying the Cartier box arrived empty. He absolutely shipped the bracelet in the Cartier box, so asked for video or photographic footage of the returns department to see if it we could tell if it was someone internal who stole it, or someone with UPS who stole it. They have refused to provide any footage. They also have not refunded us. Now, they are not returning any of our emails.

Omega Speedmaster
I found exactly what I was looking for. Prices are full retail, but products are high quality brands and options, availability are unparalleled. The concierge team is very responsive, but found that different reps had different interpretations or presented differing status details on my order. The lack of communication consistency aside, the concierge team resolved any conflicts effectively. I received my exact order 6 business days from date of payment.

Other than conflicting information between customer service reps, misleading or incorrect information, the customer service team is cordial and responsive. My questions and concerns were resolved to my complete satisfaction.

Fed ex messed up
Fed ex requires someone to sign but never came on delivery day and next day just left it at the door. No signature. I sat a whole day waiting to sign :(

TrueFacet said due to weather it was delayed but we had a little rain.

No phone service nor follow up
No phone service nor follow up. On hold for 40 min and concierge never called me back. Last time shopping... needed it for Sat special occasion :(.

Long service delays, poor communication, questionable authenticity
I had ordered a size 15 small love bracelet in August 2021, after a month went by without a tracking number I contacted them about the expected delivery date. Every week TrueFacet kept saying the shipment was delayed but that they were expecting it next day/following week and if not they would order it directly from Cartier. Soon they had stopped responding to my emails, and each time I tried to call, I would be on hold for hours until the phone line was just hung up on me. I reported the lack of shipment to my credit card company at the 2.5 month mark since my credit card company has a 3 month timeline to dispute a transaction. ONLY after that did they get back to me and sent me a tracking number within the week for an overnight FedEx delivery. I did receive the shipment and the bracelet was ordered directly from Cartier (according to the TrueFacet representative), however the packaging the bracelet came in wasn't all authentic (the Cartier giftbag handles were fake, and the screwdriver color didn't match the bracelet) which makes me concerned about the authenticity (although on inspection the bracelet seems authentic but unsure). Due to my doubts, I wanted to bring it to the Cartier boutique and was told that Cartier doesn't authenticate. I was planning on purchasing jewelry insurance anyway, and am currently working on getting it appraised by a jeweler to qualify for the insurance and authenticate it.

Simple and Easy
TrueFacet is everything thing TrueFacet claim to be, the whole process was extremely Simple and Easy! After ordering a Rolex Watch, received order confirmation right away and 3-business days later, received the shipping and tracking information. My order arrived 2-days later ahead of schedule, nicely packaged... WoW! Would definitely use them again along with recommending TrueFacet.

Worst company ever
Received a watch without promise Authenticity certificate. The watch did not function properly and after further examination did not appear genuine. I returned watch after a delay on THEIR part. I was charged a $500 restocking fee. Needless to say, I give this company the lowest possible rating and would not do business with them under any circumstance. Will update once complaints filed with BBB and New York AG offices are resolved.

Buyer beware with Truefacet!
I ordered a Panerai watch from them on 3/11, needed the watch for my husband's 65th bday on 4/2. Website says ships within 3-7 business days. I call Hetal from customer service the following week and she is vague and tells me I'll get it before his bday. I begin to get a gut feeling that something isn't right so I tell her that unless she can guarantee a delivery date that I want my money back. She calls me back with a guarantee date of 3/26. On 3/25 I call looking for a Fedex tracking number and was told TrueFacet would call me back in 5 min. Two hours later I call back and they tell me that they won't have a tracking number till later that night given that it will be overnight express. At 6:30PM I get and email that unfortunately, the watch could not be authenticated and that they will have a similar watch in a couple of days. I called first thing on 3/26 and demanded my $7,000 back. Hetal tells me that it will take 3-5 business days to refund the money. Today is 4/7 and no money back yet. Can't reach them on Customer Service line. Of course I put a dispute in with my credit card company but this is extremely upsetting.

Very Pleased
I must say... I was very pleased! And the recipient of the gift was thrilled! After reading some reviews, I felt that I had been forewarned of a potential disaster. But. The bracelet I ordered arrived on time, in excellent shape, and was much more impressive than I had expected. I am still waiting for a second piece that was ordered at the same time but I have had a update via email.

Still Waiting
I have try to attempt to sell my watch on this site since November 25 and still waiting for their team to make it live! I have resubmitted better pictures as TrueFacet ask for the next day. Plus i have call them numbers of time for updates and have give the run around! It is so disappointing!

Terrible experience
Truefacet sent a different $7,000 Rolex watch that I ordered in early February. I returned the watch the same day that it arrived. TrueFacet said that they would find the one that I ordered and exchange it, but after many days, emails and phone calls about finding the watch that I ordered, I gave up and asked for a refund. They agreed but didn't update my order to show that it was refunded, just an email reply from a representative and the charge still remained on my credit card for weeks. To their credit they did reply to my emails, but always with "it takes 3-10 business days to show in your account...". After 2 weeks with no refund an 3 weeks after they received the return, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to avoid paying interest on a $7,000 watch that I returned 3 weeks ago. My credit card credited my account today (3/23/2021). This was supposed to be a special watch for my birthday, but instead of enjoying a watch that I saved up for months to finally purchase, I ended up on the phone with yet another customer support call on my birthday. My advice, pay a little extra and buy from a reputable company.

I really liked my first experiences on TrueFacet, which is why I decided to make my current purchase here...

I received a lower offer from the seller but am having issues trying to also get the $200 code for the winter event. I had emailed about it and tried calling to see if there is a way to account for both, as well as waited on hold about 30 minutes without being able to get in touch with someone directly.

While I've made the purchase to secure the lower offer from the seller, I am hoping there is a way that I will be able to get a refund for the $200 from the sales event as well. I am really hoping to also work with customer service to expedite shipping which I am happy to pay for, but have not been able to get a hold of someone yet :(.

It gets worse...
I attempted to consign/sell the Van Cleef & Arpels Perlée ring I bought last year from True Facet, and it was not accepted as authentic--even though I supplied my True Facet receipt.


I wonder if True Facet will buy back their fake?

Dishonest and unprofessional
My bf and I order 2 love bracelet from TF on Aug 3rd, 2021. It has been 9 weeks we still haven't received it. I called them every week and TrueFacet lied about the delay and lead me on the whole time. Due to the delay, Adi assured that they will order from straight from Cartier and will ship it out within a week but still NOTHING. Very disappointed with their service. After 9 weeks of waiting, they suggested me to cancel my order to get a refund back. This will be my first and last to buy from this company. Please be aware and stay away from this company. Very dishonest and unprofessional.

Selling you items that aren't available
I made a purchase 2 weeks ago and there is still no delivery, shipping, or update on where it is. Customer service let me know they'd expedite the order but TrueFacet also let me know that the seller of the item hadn't answered calls or emails by the company. So essentially, I'm paying interest on an item that may or may not be available. Most sites have the decency not to charge your card until the item ships, this company charges your card without even knowing if there is an item to sell you. I can't speak to authenticity or anything else about TrueFacet as this the second order I've placed and never received.

You need to allow people to have a different billing...
You need to allow people to have a different billing address than shipping address if TrueFacet are paying by credit card.

One thing that surprised me was the CUSTOMS charge! I have received jewellery before from the US & not been charged anything, I would have liked to be aware of this before it arrived, if only an estimated amount!

Called to ask - ‘WHERE IS IT?????’

Terrible Experience
I placed an order for a bracelet only to receive an email one week later telling me that it was sold. TrueFacet had the nerve to charge my credit card for the bracelet after knowing that it wasn't available. A couple of days later, they listed the same bracelet for sale for $1,000.00 more. A coincidence, maybe.

Fishing with small prices and than double the price
1. First you offer the watch for $ 4995.
2. After TrueFacet got the order, they ask for verification and I had to send you a copy of the driverlicens and the ID
3. Than they ask for additional verification. So I had to send you a copy of my Credit card!
4. Than they informed, that the watch is no longer available
5. And than. What a miracle and surprise. The same Item, with the same No. Is back on the website for double of the previous price.

Im very disappointed and feel very bad treated. This is very in serious.

Pleasantly Surprised
Choosing the watch that met my standards was difficult with the few photos provided by the site. The inability to zoom in for magnified views hampered my ability to make a choice without some doubt that I'd made the right decision. The concierge service was helpful, but was not always able provide the information I requested from the seller. I finally picked a watch, but expected to be a little disappointed when it arrived. Exactly a week passed and my watch was delivered. After unboxing the watch, I was shocked at what was delivered! The most pristine Submariner I could have imagined! The watch looks brand new, with no visible scratches and a very tight oyster bracelet. Without a doubt it is not the watch I ordered, as it is a different serial number and newer model without lug holes, but no complaints here. The only issue I have is that the serial number of the watch indicates that it should have a laser etched crystal and my watch does not. Easily remedied during the next service.

TF just makes things so pleasant. Additionally, there is fast shipping, guarantees, warranties and returns... how could a consumer go wrong.

Bottom line is that I'm grateful to do business with TF.
