Trinity Gift Shop

My experience was dreadful- the substantial order was accepted and paid for, then we were advised that there would be a delay and then several days later we received an email to say a refund was been processed but no refund was received. We know the goods are in stock because we saw them in the shop. Very poor customer service

It arrived within three days.
It was a present for my wife.
The look of joy on her face was priceless.
It came beautifully presented .
This is a copy, the original Book of Kells must be outstanding. Thank you.

Ordered an item from Gift Shop. Got a mail a few days later to say the item was on its way (tracking number and all was assigned) - nothing arrived, so after a few days, I contacted the shop. Got no response for 48 hours, then I got a mail to say the item is not available and the money was returned. No apology, nothing!!! Terrible service - won't be going back to this site again!

I am thrilled with the purchases I made at Trinity Gift Shop. The quality and beauty of both the ornaments I purchased and the Book of Kells coaster. I ordered these items on Wednesday and they were on my doorstep in Key West, Florida on Friday. I am amazed and completely impressed!

I enjoyed shopping in person when we visited in May, but unfortunately one of the t-shirts I bought was way too small for my daughter after it was laundered. I ordered a larger size online which you all shipped very quickly; and I appreciate that, but it was very expensive to ship.

I purchased a book and a week later it’s $30.00 off.. not very supportive to your customers..

Upon returning to the United States after visiting Trinity College, I knew I wanted to get my wife a jigsaw puzzle of the Long Room. The gift shop website was easy to use, and the shipping was unexpectedly quick.

Each item is fantastic. My mother was a Kell from Antrim County, Irland. Anything with the Trinity is special. Which is in the Book of Kells. She completed my daddy's geology before she passed away in 2001 at age 92. She never did get to Irland, but youngest brother Samual Henry Kell went twice.
