Love the style, cut and material of this trench coat. I wish you had a physical store in the US. I had to purchase and return multiple times to figure out my exact size that fits perfectly. All 5 stars from my end 👍🏼

Very good quality, I will order more, but now in stone color and slim. Thanks a lot to the consultant for the size correction. My height is 165 cm, and THE QUEEN CLASSIC PETITE TRENCH COAT's sleeve is just right for me. This one M is little big, but the previous size S would have been small. My measures are - bust 83cm-waist 70cm-hips 95-50kg. I will have to change the belt (since it is fixed).. But In general everything is ok. I hope my review will help someone in choosing the size.

I love this trench. Great quality - materials and construction. I have already gotten several compliments. I absolutely love the pop-up collar. It really makes it standout and a feature I like the most. My only complaint is the side/arm panel logo. I can tell after a few wears it's going to stick out esp the corners. I wish it was sewn on. I tried to take it off but then I'm left with two buttons showing. It's not bad though. Customer service was good too. As soon as I made my purchase I second-guessed the size I bought. Customer service quickly changed the size for me before it shipped. Overall I am very happy with my purchase! Maybe I'll get one in black :)

Trench is even more exquisite in person than online. Quality surpasses legacy brands that charge 4x that. Ordering, shipping, packaging was easy and delightful.

Return service is a bit of a hassle as there is no DPD pick up near me.

It is a very beautiful and very good quality coat. I dreamed about this for a whole Year and waited for the opportunity to buy this coat from Trench London.
I placed an order in the online store from the official Trench London website and everything went wonderfully easy and simple.
I received my item in 8 days. The DPD courier was nice and polite. No additional fees or taxes, just the cost of the coat.
But my disappointment was very strong and I am still upset, because I have to return the goods, because the coat is very nerrow in the shoulders.
I usually wear size S, but this time I orderd size M and followed the size guide.
It is very strange cut of this coat .... I am an ordinary woman - not a bodybuilder with inflated shoulders, but the coat is so tight in the shoulders that I can´t raise my arms forward:(
