I ordered a regulator and fins from DiveInn at a great price then read the reviews and thought I'd made a horrible mistake. I was able to track the package from Spain and it arrived with everything intact and as described in the U.K. Within 5 days. Have to say I am extremely pleased with my purchase. Looks like the problems people are having are mainly with returns, so wise to do lots of research before ordering to try and avoid having to send anything back.
I bought ski boots from them, the product didn’t correspond the description, they were kid boots instead of woman boots. I asked for the return, the boots where pick up by their assigned courier company, but I never got my money back. I lost the money and the boots. I wrote them several times and they never answered back. Don’t buy from them.
The order never shipped after 2 months! Avoid the company for all cost

I read a number of negative reviews online and naively decided to proceed with an order anyway. Prior to placing the order I emailed them to confirm the item was in stock and would be delivered within the advertised timeframe, which I was assured it would.
After one week they cancelled the order and now won't respond to emails.
Please don't make the same mistake I did - avoid at all costs.
Received this product damaged in the mail 10 days after ordering from BikeInn (TradeInn) website, as suggested by the site. Understand it comes from Spain, so delivery time was fine if the product was useable. The outer box had a hole and slightly out of shape, and upon opening could easily see the visor was cracked. I had a race event in 5 days, so typed my concern to this company within 20 minutes of picking up from postal office. I provided photos of the damage. Waited 4 days for a response that said "return department will look into it". Sent several more emails, photos, videos, but had no choice but to use the helmet for the event with broken visor. This helmet is sold out elsewhere, and no comments from BikeInn as to what process I should follow.
I then received (1-2 weeks later) emails suggesting I contact their courier company and take issue with them! And then after I fought against that, they suggest I pay to return the unused product to Spain! Or accept $60 (a third of the cost of these visors on other sites). Then after arguing that these options just don't work and I require a replacement visor only (product has been used) or compensation for the visor so can purchase elsewhere, we are now 4 weeks after receipt of broken helmet with no resolution... waiting for another reply from Spain Support personnel. I have sent screenshots of other companies selling the visors (as Bike Inn refuse to confirm they have any in stock or that they can send a replacement, but rather ask for a return of the product before they address the issue!). I suspect customer service is random and nobody looks at the issue at hand... there is a reason they don't have contact phone numbers or support chat within their company... read so many bad reviews since purchasing with this company, WARNING WARNING WARNING! Don't buy!
I've ordered a new visor (to ensure I have it for next race event, from another company for $185 including delivery. I await further discussions with BIKEINN and looks like will need to contact other parties to try and help get a fair outcome from BikeInn!
I ordered 2 Nike running shirts, the sizes are different to ones bought in the Nike store so I don’t think they’re genuine (or at least UK sizes). Worst part is I have to pay international delivery costs to return them. I wouldn’t buy from this site again.
I bought levi trainers which were delivered in 3 days. Unfortunately they were too narrow for my feet and I had to return them. My return was quite quickly acknowledged but 3 weeks later I was still waiting for a refund. I complained to Amazon who contacted the company who in turn e-mailed me to say that the trainers were on their way to Spain and when they reached their warehouse I would be refunded. Two weeks later and still no refund so I contacted Amazon again who almost immediately refunded me under their A-Z guarantee. Full marks to Amazon 0 to TradeINN. In my opinion they should be banned from trading via Amazon.
Trash company. Wish i saw this comments before. Return policy is a scam. Terrible service.

ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL - SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS! The returns policy simply doesn't work and they absolve themselves of any responsibility by saying returns are through a third party. Given the long list of complaints on here I'd suggest that they need to rethink their returns policy and use of third parties. The fact they don't almost suggests this is scam. If there was a '0' star option I would have gone for that.
Amazon have refunded me and been exemplary - they're investigating and hopefully take the action to de-list this cowboy outfit.
Avoid TradeINN and any of their subsidiary outlets like TechINN or DiveINN. I was fortunate to have Amazon customer services to help me resolve an issue. TradeINN were an absolute nightmare ro deal with. A one star rating is too generous!
My product was confirmed arrival on 13.01 but I never got the package. The customer service was investigating the problem but no solutions. In the meantime I got 2 reminder of the invoice that I needed to pay in order to not receive anymore fees. Following up with customer service for over 1 month and requesting refund. I now got an email that I am pass the 7 days claim right so they cannot do anything. This is not true as I have the prove I wrote them the same day I was suppose to have my package delivered. The company is a complete fraud and I needed to pay the invoice and 2 reminders fee for a product I never received. The worst customer service. I recommend everyone to NOT order from this company.
I got an email that the item I bought was delivered and I had not got anything, the Post tracking in Australia said that it is on its way but Tradeinn-tracking said it has arrived safely. They put me under pressure to go to the Post Office and put in a formal complaint (I had 1 day to do this), otherwise they could not help me. Paid for delivery insurance and I have to do all the work of investigating. Automated Response and no number to call. Very bad stressful service. Wonder if I get a refund, have put in a dispute of payment with my bank. Very time wasting.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Wish I’d read the reviews. I ordered 9 weeks ago and parcel did not arrive. I have asked for a refund which they are not giving me. Keep away, wish I had read the reviews first.
