the table had a few screw holes which were crooked making it difficult to put together. One of the arm chairs was impossible to place arm on chair. A dowel was broken off and the screw holes were crooked and off center. So I am having to have only one chair with arms. I was unaware the articles were not put together. I had to hire someone to do this as the table was too heavy for me to lift (ie. 200#).
Nice looking table, but very light weight compared to my older tables. Don't think it will hold up an umbrella or I can put any weight on it. I would like a heavy-duty white plastic table.
My stools arrived with one that had a cracked top. Joan from customer service was quick to reply. I saved packaging tho king they would let me ship the damaged one back - I was informed that they wanted me to send both back even tho one was perfect. I could have managed one by myself but never both as they are heavy. I declined their offer for $20 because I couldn't get damaged one fixed for that amount and I'm hoping it won't get worse over time
Not even sure why Top Drawer sent me this request for a review but since they did let me share that you SHOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT ORDER from this company! I have been waiting on an in stock couch for a month now, it still has not been delivered! I have been given nothing but a run around about where the couch I paid for is actually at, I have been given three different alleged tracking numbers, have been told I cancelled the order (I didn’t), that the couch was in their warehouse in CA, then it was in a warehouse in NC all in the same day! I had to notify my credit card company what was going on, still haven’t received the couch, so who knows if I will ever get it or not. So do yourself a favor and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
This was by far the nicest replacement canopy I have bought for my gazebo! Great fabric quality , lots of velcro straps and grommet holes to drain the rain.. Fits like a glove also!
I never got my product! They say they shipped part of it. I pulled up my camera they were not here at all. I have no product still and its been 7 weeks since i purchased it
The worst, I would have given this company a zero star review if possible. The order was sent to wrong address and then when it finally arrived it was broken and it had missing parts (it was obviously been put together by someone else and sent to me that way, a first time customer, so no quality control whatsoever). When I called about the issue I could never speak with a manager or supervisor, someone always answer the phone but all they do is rely the message as they have no power of making decisions. The whole situation quickly escalated and I just wanted a full refund, their policy states refund within 30 days, and nowhere it mentions the items that are not qualified for a refund, other wise I would have never bought the item. They tried to send me a new item but I had already purchased something else cause I was having guests that weekend ( it was a bed frame), that’s when I tried to get a full refund. In the end they only refunded $42.57 out of $104.48, they made me pay for the second item that was shipped to me, I refused the item when it arrived so they charged me for that shipping when in the first place I had not agreed to this resolution. It is their way or no way.
Two gentlemen showed up and carried a dresser and nightstand to the second floor, asked me where I wanted the furniture placed, put the legs on and the drawers in, and took away all the packaging. They were professional and courteous. Great experience!
Love my new round table and chairs. Beautiful craftsmanship, careful packaging and timely delivery made me happy. Wonderful company to work with as we had a small hiccup and they fixed it right away. Perfection!
I placed an order yesterday, but never received an email or other confirmation, so I called customer service. It turned out that I had mis-typed my email address. Tammy was very helpful, quickly calling up my order using my phone number. She corrected my typing error and sent me my order details & confirmation within seconds. Great customer service, and kudos to Tammy! 👍😄. I cannot comment on delivery, as the order was just placed.
My experience with Top Drawer was wonderful. The shipment company was an issue. I contacted TD and recieved quick personal response on multiple occasions until we got the issue solved. Cant say enough for the wonderful TD service and follow through. Will shop TD again. 5 stars service.
I placed the order with Top Drawer on April 21st and my furniture was delivered June 4th. So in our country today that is pretty quick. Communication with the Warehouse Delivery people at times was difficult to hear and understand the person I was speaking to but things worked out well. The two men who actually delivered my furniture were great. So overall our experience was VERY GOOD and we would order with Top Drawer Furniture. I think patience is the key to living now (post pandemic)

Received chairs in timely fashion. One chair was cracked. Spoke with Tdf and appropriate action taken. Took a little longer than I thought it would but received replacement..
Took awhile to receive the item, it didn't fit correctly when I did get it. Initiated a return, and have to go through an interview process to get "permission" to return the item that isn't right. It's been a few days at this point since I've been waiting for a reply as to whether or not I'm allowed to return the item. I doubt I'll ever order from them again, but should you order and need to return it, I highly suggest just putting that you no longer need it, maybe you'll be allowed to return it.
My son had a little difficulty with the assembly on the 2nd chair, it was missing 2 pegs for each arm rests but it was stabilized by the bolts. At first the holes for the bolts to connect the seat and the back rest can’t be aligned but my husband fixed the problem. The chair is sturdy and the design goes very well with my sofa. I’m satisfied with my purchase!
There was some damage to my furniture when it was delivered. I sent a picture and note to customer service. They were quick with their response and sent choices as to how the problem could be corrected.
CS was great to work with. I love my new furniture and the problem was resolved quickly.
Furniture was delivered on the timeline that was promised. furniture arrived it was placed in the space. the delivery men were considerate when handling the boxes. Notice that the screws were missing for the mirror. called customer service and it was mailed within days.
Arrived as expected. I will say I was a bit hesitant when I saw how beat up the box was but once I opened it, it was all good. The packing protected it from all the pokes it had.
My very expensive curio cabinet has a stain drip on the very front and it is so noticeable. I would return it if it didn’t weigh so much and so much trouble. Something that expensive should not look like that.
