As usual, friendly helpful efficient service, some items not in stock but delivery arranged for next day, saving me time and money.
Thanks Diane
I am giving a 5 star to the Staff's services and dedication at the Didcot Toolstation branch.
Since the opening of this branch, I received nothing but sterling service from everyone there. Quick, friendly and efficient service is excellent.
Having seen many managers change over the years, it was nice to see that trait of being honest and straightforwardness is still maintained at this branch.
Recently I was looking for an item that eluded my exhaustive research. The new branch manager Mr. Kevin Churchill stepped in and traveled "the extra mile" to get it delivered to the store.
Such devotion to customers and maintaining loyalty to employers are indeed rare in modern-day society.
I am very grateful for Mr.Churchill's splendid efforts and time
hence, please could this reflect on his yearly appraisal.
I wish him well in the company.
Thank you.
Toolststion,
Placed an order online on the 4th March, just checked online today 10th March to see when the goods will be delivered only to find they apparently have been delivered?? But not delivered at my address only to find the goods were returned to tootstation damaged, no email saying advising this to me the costumer!!
The company is an absolute joke, never buy form this company, Screwfix is a much better well managed larger company, toolststion think uts acceptable to keep you waiting on the phone 12 min to speak to a human.
PVC Pipe Solvent Cement 125ml Aquaflow!
Have used this product before and seals pipes well even sticks reasonably well to underground drainage pipes although I backed up with stainless screws on channel fittings. Main issue is the stupid fuffy ball to spread the adhesive, as the tin gets low need to screw the lid down to get the dregs out but doesn't reach the edges of the tin, then the glue has started to go off. Needs redesign as need to use a pint brush which need to be cleaned with thinners etc, or binned to get the rest out.
Tradesmen fobbed off, toolstation Bellshill is the worst culprit. Went in to pick up click and collect order, staff ignore line of proffesionals waiting to pick up orders, walk past us and they spent 15 mins on Joe public looking through catalogues and googling, happens a lot of time, no priority for there own fast service, never again, went to screwfix and served very quickly despite many more customers.
Good prices. Open to the trades when other shops are shut.
