Delivery was prompt but the cartridge didn't solve my problem. I could not get my toner cartridge empty message to change so I am not able to use my printer. I have opened the cartridge you sent and I am not able to return it according to your policy so I am out of the money as I have to buy another printer.

The price is very reasonable for Seniors like me and the print outputs are likely the same as the original. Though I used the toner only for four months which I expected to be much longer than four months. Overall, I am satisfied with the toner and will continue to use it however, I expect some discounts or promotions for the Seniors who just rely on the pensions.
