They really need to learn customer service
Ordered a ramp on Friday morning. Told it was in stock and the order was placed early enough to be shipped out that day. We called them back Monday morning for an update on the shipping "oh it hasn't been shipped yet, still in warehouse". On Tuesday morning called back for an update -it was shipped by freight but we don't have any tracking information, you'll get the ramp when it gets delivered. Thursday morning called and asked to speak to a supervisor "one will give you a call back". Then 6 hours later, I decided I don't have that patience and I called asking for a supervisor - first phone call wanted to put me off to wait for a supervisor to call back, then somehow disconnected when I said I didn't have the order information since the only email received from company so far was a survey on customer service and waiting for a call back wasn't acceptable. I called back and reached another representative who managed to find out the order was picked up and did email me the tracking information and managed to find a supervisor to parrot a bunch of excuses - sales and warehouse have no way of knowing when an item is picked up by freight because it's just put out in an area for pickup and carriers pick up whenever they want and this week that seems to be delayed. This is a company that does business that involves shipping most of their items out and they have no way to track if/when it is picked up by a carrier? I'm sorry but this is the 1970's or 80's and computer systems are advanced enough the past decade to be able to track the status of a package especially to know if it has left the facility. Otherwise they are an easy target for theft if they really have no concept of where their product is. I only wish we had read this website to know the reviews of this company. Still waiting to see if the rack is received next Tuesday and if it is in good condition or damaged as several other reviews have commented about. NOT a company I plan on ordering from again.

I ordered a 10 ft ramp it was delivered damaged we sent pictures and asked the company to honor a discount because we are still looking for a welder
I even reached out to Amazon for help because it's one of there distributors you wouldn't work with them either.so you want me to return it but you state you don't have any more in stock.what kind of company does this absolutely no customer service no accountability also very rude .
I will continually post negative on this company.

I was truly disappointed in the way my order was handled. I ordered a 10' double ramp to load my motorcycle and figured out after I hit the button I should have got the 9' ramps and two of them for safely loading the bike. I sent an email immediately on the weekend to cancel the order and then followed up Monday first thing to change the order. I was told the order is already on the truck nothing I can do? i then check with Fed Ex and their order was not on the truck until two days later. I refused the shipment with Fed Ex and returned it to the sender as well as disputed the charge on my credit card. Titan received their ramps back and currently charged me 48 dollars I assume for something and still need to buy 2 9' ramps but with how poorly this experience has been not sure Titan will be on my list.
If you going to sell things make it easier for customers to be supported.

Unit was damaged in shiipmt, aluminum frame end bent, some slats on base weld we’re broken, box was in bad condition,I should have rejected shipment of this unit! The other varied with double ramp, was in better condition, I will be able to use it, but NOT the aluminum one the black frame is much better quality, so very please with it. Thanks Ron graf Disabled Veteran 100%.

I ordered a deer hoist. When it came the bow was extremely damaged and through one of the holes the bag of hardware to put it together was missing. I called Titan and informed them of the problem. The call taker made an action ticket and said it would be forwarded up the chain. I got an email from Kevin Ferenze stating that he was reordering another hoist and I should get it 3-5 business days. This email was also followed up with another email from Jonas stating the same. I received the new ramp in short order. All the parts were included. I am totally satisfied with the responses from the titan reps. A-1 service. Thankyou

Pro: Cheap for longer ramp.
Con:
1. Hinge Lock pin hole did not line up. had to bore it out.
2. Ramp vertical lock pin hole did not line up. Had to bore it out.
3. Reflectors already came mounted on tail and were smashed. Was this a previous return?
4. Over half dozen paint chips from handling damage due to poor packaging.
Fortunately for me, or not, this will be the last manual carrier I ever buy. My next one will have to be powered.

Was not happy with the check out process and the banner which promised a discount and did not deliver. Their prices are advertised as sale prices for months on end which by law in most states is the price and no longer a sale price. You can buy the same ramp elsewhere for $339.00... This first set we bought was for our daughter... We will buy the other units, for us. Grace Jalamana, negative results, negative consequences.

A scooter carrier with a ramp was received with areas that were bent. The instructions had the wrong tools needed listed. Had to modify the retention hole for the ramp as the bracket was welded in the wrong position. Holes for leveling are not in the correct placement. Carrier poorly packaged from the maker. The item had gotten wet at one time and the instructions were almost unreadable, this also caused the carton to disintegrate. Item is MADE IN CHINA NOT THE USA!!!! I do not use Instagram or Facebook, hard to have review verified that way.

This Titan Ramp works very good!
The instructions are a little unclear and don’t show great pictures of “how to”.
You can go on their site and see a copy of the manual.
Also, I had to drill a little more space so the latch for the ramp would go in and out. It was hitting at the bottom. I tried loosening the bolts and raising the ramp to create more space so it would work, but it just wasn’t enough to help. Was pretty easy to drill the bottom of the slot to get it to work great.
Still a great value! Would purchase again!

The product was delivered ahead of schedule. A definite plus. The fact that that there were no instructions in the box was a minus. I realize that the instructions can be gotten online, but why should I be burdened with that, considering that material was inclosed that told me this, when instructions could have been printed on that very same piece of paper and probably at less cost

Our main storage shed needed a new ramp. My wife was concerned that we were getting older and afraid one of us would fall on the old wooden slippery ramp. Last year I put up a smaller shed and used a Titan ramp, and we liked the quality of the ramp. I spent a couple of weeks looking for a replacement ramp and found the Titan was the best choice for my second ramp!

I recieved a defective ramp, when I notified Tristan he immediately resolved the issue the best he could. I was not happy with Titan or the defective ramp, but after dealing with Tristan and how the company backs its products, I will recommend these products and company to everyone. Mistakes are made but it's how you deal with them matters. Thank you.

When I received the box, it was so heavy, even the delivery person couldn't handle it. The box needs to be marked "Heavy". I had to search for someone to assemble the carrier, and he had a horrific time because there was no instructions. He went online, and all he could get was an exploded parts picture and graph. So far, I'm happy with the carrier, but not too happy with the technical support.

Over all great and useful. Product came on two skids, and was as long as the ramp I bought duh lol delivered FedEx freight. They cannot go in the grass with their dolly so the driveway or some type of concrete is the best place to put it. The sizes needed for the drillbit sockets listed on the manual were incorrect so bring multiple sizes. The handrail holes seemed to not quite match up at first but if you put a little elbow grease and pulling and pushing you can make it work with two people. It is a little noisy but so far seems very sturdy so the noise doesn’t bother me just a little creaky. I didn’t see it come with instructions so I reverted back to my emailed receipt, clicked on the ramp I bought, it opens up to the ramp on their website and you can scroll down and click on the manual/instructions. I would definitely recommend this ramp, best prices and also shipped pretty fast. I got the ramp within a week.

Bought the front and back quad cargo kit. First I got them in two packages (ok there) except the front rack was kinda bashed in because of poor packaging (only the outer box with no padding, looks like it was ran over, dented and scratched) shoulda got the scratch and dent discount! Also sure didn't bolt right on! Had to drill holes to use the mounting hole. Kind of a poor fit on the Honda Foreman. Not real satisfied.
Thanks for listening.

Ordered a set of drags, item was reported as shipped quickly but for returned not delivered by FedEx for reasons unknown. I responded to a couple emails to confirm the address. We eventually had two sets of drags delivered and are working on a return of the extra set. A bit frustrating as they were sent a a gift and now they are saddled with setting up the return or a big, unwieldy box.

this is my second ramp from Titan ramps, I had purchases a portable one that actually cost more ramp off amazon that lasted with dachshunds using it one rated for 600lbs it folded in center well after a year bolt broke in half on that so called 600 lb ramp with just dachshunds using it since it acting like ti would not hold me pushing my mom in wheel chair up the ramp from garage to house. Titan is much better made and with it only folding in half suitcase mold it is 1000 times better then fast fast shipping. so buy for best titan the suitcase ramps are strong sturdy

Product is as described but the contracted customer service team is horrible. The product came about a week late. FedEx was completely incompetent and horrible. The product was lost and I asked titan for a new one to be shipped. They called FedEx supposedly and told me the package was ready for pick up at a pick up site. 10 seconds after the call FedEx called (following up from a previous call) saying that the package was lost and whomever told me it was at the pick up site was wrong. I continuously had to deal with diff levels of FedEx until I got a local rep in the US. They sent someone to search the warehouse and the truck and ended up finding it. I spent a good half of a day minimum trying to fix the problem myself since FedEx and Titans customer service were useless.

I ordered a 7.5 motorcycle ramp. I received it in a timly manner but when it came off the truck the packaging was in bad shape. Once opened, I noticed the hardware packaging was also torn open and some of the hardware to secure the ramps together was missing. Long story short, after talking to the manufacturer, it seemed to be more of a headache than it was worth to get the problem taken care of through them.
Quality of the ramps: The craftsmanship of the ramps could have been better. The coupling of the hinges was not in alinement and required some friendly persuasion to get them aligned to connect the two components. When placed for use the ramps had some spring action at the fold. I'm thinking this is due to the miss alinement of the hinges. Also found some of the welds were cracked.
I would have returned them for a full refund but the cost of shipping them back; which would be deducted from the purchase price was not worth it in the long run. Even with all of this, I was able to make them work but I feel the quality control could be a lot better.

received the set of replacement ramps yesterday and once again found minor damage to the carton- which was leaning against my garage door which I just painted several weeks ago ( this is damaging to the garage door and unsafe because I almost raised the garage door from the inside not knowing the carton leaning on the door would’ve fallen into my garage against expensive equipment . Additionally, the Fed Ex driver did not take back the returning set of ramps ( left side carton in the picture leaning against the brick wall- so now I can spend MORE time trying to arrange a pickup of the returning set of ramps. Finally, after inspection of the ramps, I found a cracked weld. Every ramp you’ve sent has been defective.

I ordered a set of ramps. As reviewed by others, the ends had sharp edges that I had to file down. I haven't used them yet; however, they seem to be done most'y well. I know some of the welds have smaller inconsistencies but should hold. One end had a slight bend (I'm assuming from shipping). I was able to bend it back; however there is still a small crack from the damage.
