I placed my order thinking delivery would be in 5-7 days. I received a call from Alexis a couple of days later and was informed that my size was back ordered. I was given the choice to cancel my order and receive a refund, or to just wait. I really wasn’t in a hurry so I decided to wait. I received an email a couple of days after that saying that my order had shipped and I received it the next day. It came even faster than I expected. Excellent Customer Service!
I recently had my first order from TheInsoleStore and am very impressed with the store — selection, customer service, quality. Unfortunately I had to return my order since the arch support was too high. The return was hassle-free and fast and the store shipped my replacement order within a day of receiving the returned order. The new supports were exactly what I needed (Birkenstock insoles). Excellent service and products, and highly recommend it his store!
I HIGHLY recommend TheInsoleStore to anyone suffering from foot pain. I've dealt with planter fasciitis about 3 years and the only insole that gave me relief is the "10 seconds to comfort" insole. I've tried so many other insoles that I've lost count. Also, if you have a question, TheInsoleStore responds very quickly, which is rare these days. Thank you for improving my life TheInsoleStore.com!!!
Great company! Wonderful service! And impressive products! I've wasted a lot of money on other brands that just didn't give me any relief. The Insole Store orthodics give me the support and comfort I need and I'm so grateful. They are not just an arch support like other brands, they are designed to support the whole foot. I do not suffer with any pain or numbness now with these orthodics. Thank you so much!
The insoles I use were out of stock the last time I shopped, but the site gave me the option of getting an email from them notifying me of when they were back in stock, which I did. The email included a link that took me right to that insole on the site. It was very easy and the reminder email allowed me to forget about checking to see if they were in. Definitely recommend this site for insoles.
In trying to find the right insole for supination, TheInsoleStore delivered customer service every business should. Two insoles I tried did not work--the return/exchange process was issue free. The third insole seems to finally succeed in providing the relief I need. Customer service associate Alexis Johnson was a great resource in both suggesting a number of insoles and assisting in explaining the return process. The entire transaction was great.
I THOUGHT I HAD ALREADY DONE THIS BUT I WILL DO IT AGAIN. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MY PURCHASE. I WEAR AN 81/2 MEDIUM SO THAT IS WHAT I ORDERED. The shoes were very stiff and I couldn't even wear them around the house. The odor was terrible! Just telling you the truth....I hope my experience was not shared by others. PS: Customer service was excellent1
So far I have to say the service is poor because I have yet to receive the order that I placed 7 days ago! The original email from The Insole Store stated I would receive the order on Saturday, June 4th, then Sunday, June 5th. It is now Tuesday, June 7th and nothing! The FedEx tracking number shows the order is going in circles in Concord, NC, arriving at this facility and leaving it, only to arrive back at the same facility in Concord, NC. The delivery has made zero progress in 7 days!!! Time to switch to UPS!!! They don't have these kinds of delays. I called FedEx and they also gave me the run-around. I have not called Insole as the delivery through FedEx is the problem
The Insole Store is my "go to" for Sorbothane insoles. Fair price, and shipping. They have what my feet cry out for, and they deliver. I so appreciate that.
My only criticism is the return process. It is slow, and cumbersome. I don't waste time paying for the products, and I ship it back to them ASAP if there is an issue. BUT the return process takes far too long.
Even once they get shipping confirmation or they receive the returned item(s) there is still a wait period. Puzzling and frustrating especially when I am only asking for an exchange of the same product not a refund. Also instead of USPS, which is arguably the WORST. How about UPS? That way, I go to my local UPS store, show a QR code, they take the product, and done.
At any rate, the online store is great. But please someone streamline the return process.
I love shopping with them fore arch support insoles! Great quality and without them I would have major foot problems. I always buy top of the line walking shoes and working shoes because I am on my feet all day and then I walk regularly so I always need to add the additional insole arch support to every shoe. Thanks to this place I can always count on getting the insole arch support I need and will continue to recommend them for my patients.
The terrycloth insoles I ordered are wonderful! I order several pairs at the beginning of summer every year - however, this year I was very disappointed that I could only get one pair in my size 8. I know that's a very popular size, but one pair is not going to get me through the summer. I will have to look elsewhere to get more. Very disappointing.
I have a supinated step and I’ve been rolling my ankle as well as ruining the heels of my shoes my entire life. . I only recently learned that there were insoles to help with that.
These insoles are good. They seem to work. I can feel the way they make my step different.
My only complaints are that they are really narrow. I have average to narrow feet and these insoles are really narrow.
I wear a size 10 shoe and bought the correct size but they are still really narrow.
Secondly, the little piece of plastic that covers the adhesive on the bottom of the insole is hard to remove and I tore chunks out of the foam while trying to get it off. I ended up having to secure the insoles in my shoes with dick tape.
They are a good product though and I plan to buy some for all of my shoes.
With my first pair of metatarsal pads, the glue came off of one that I wore the first day. The lady from your company was very personable, & offered to replace the item without cost. I put in the replacement pads but let them cure for three days before I walked on them, that seemed to work, I have been using them happily ever since. With such great customer service, I will definitely be coming back in the future. No robots! Yea 👏🏻👏🏻
First time user and very very pleased with not only the customer service but the product and how immensely and immediately it has helped my broken/arthritic big toe that has been plaguing me for the past 3 decades. It’s crazy actually how “normal” my foot/toe feels while wearing the product (until of course I remove my shoe and have to walk without it. Only wish I would have discovered you guys sooner! Thank you!
I emailed your support team asking the question “what was my last order” bc initially I’d ordered the wrong item, had to return it for the right item. Hopi not to repeat that this time around. Your Support Team replied immediately, to my surprise and satisfaction. I haven’t received my items yet but am very hopeful they are want I’m in need of. Hope this is the information you were looking for.
I'm a little confused about the expensive inserts I purchased. I'm flat-footed and the forced arch technology is not for me. It's actually painful so much that I put the factory inserts back in. I need to return the inserts I received today. I'm willing and open to a different insert. These hurt my feet and ankels worse that the standard inserts that came with the new shoe.
I ordered a pair of these inserts on the advice of my podiatrist after suffering from plantar fasciitis. They were very helpful in relieving some of the pain; in fact I ordered a second pair so I didn't have to keep switching them to different pairs of shoes. The plantar fasciitis is gone, but I still keep a pair of inserts in my "walking" shoes. And after many miles of walking, they are still in great shape. This is a high quality product and worth every penny. My husband recently started having heel pain, and I ordered a pair for him. He was so pleased with them, he asked for a second set. All my orders have arrived quickly--great product and great service!
I paid for express shipping and the product arrived on time. The insole is comfortable and the quick service was exceptional. This is a very reliable and complete site, both in providing a huge array of products and services to customers. I ordered insoles before and received them quickly. When they did not work out, returning was easy. The product was of great quality, but the insoles did not completely address my foot problem. I have recently ordered a different insole and was notified that it will arrive today. Just ordered 2 days ago, so this is very fast. It is frustrating to order online instead of in person. The prices are worth it if you find the right fit, but getting there is time-consuming. Such is life in our times. The Insole Store's fast turnaround is as good as it gets.
Aside from the tremendous variety of insoles they carry, the greatest thing about The Insole Store, to me, is their easy exchange policy -- even when you've trimmed and worn a pair of insoles, if you're not satisfied you can return them and try a different pair, as I did. You won't find a better policy to enable you to find the insoles that work for you.
