I had purchased travel insurance through this company.
I requested for change of dates. They were very cooperative and immediately issued me a revised policy with changed dates. I am very happy about their help and quick action.

Cannot believe that even in today's corporate world of eCommerce, such type of companies are still doing their business. I bought a travel insurance policy online a day before my travel assuming that smartchoice.pk is a corporate name and their products are available for purchasing online.
Well, I was wrong. I purchased the EFU travel insurance and it has been more than a week that I havn't received my insurance cover apart from probably an autogenerated email stating that I am covered.
Now I am at the foreign soil and God forbid I get into any trouble and would require my insurance, for obvious reasons the foreigners will not entertain me on the basis of this auto generated email which doesn't even have any insurance cover number or contacts of the underwritters or EFU's foreign partners.

story doesn't end here only. They claim that they provide discount on credit cards. Well, i used my Standard Chartered Platinum Credit Card on which smartchoice.pk claim to provide 15% discount. That never happened and I was charged FULL AMOUNT.
Now, i am on travel without insurance cover, thanks to smartchoice.pk who don't seem to be even return my money, what to talk a formal apology.

i have paid for two travel insurance policies through credit card. i have received no response. i tried to call customer representative but no response. The website is similarly unresponsive.. i am wondering if this is a scam and one needs to take criminal action.
The above was my initial response. However, i was informed that there was a technical glitch that disabled their remote responses. Soon after the resolution of the technical issue the response was very efficient and of a high standard. So i have reviewed my rating with the understanding that system would be made more robust to reduce the chances of occurrence of glitches.

Very pathetic service and website. not user friendly interface. Today I purchased Travel Insurance and paid with my credit card. after payment successfully completed, it's just show me Thank You window not any email, login or tracking provided. When i was try to reach out their customer services on call they not picked up my call. In their contact page clearly mentioned they are available Monday to Saturday 10AM - 07PM. some how I got their WhatsApp number and try to connected same thing happened no one response on WhatsApp. Now I don't know how can i get my insurance documents what is my order status. Overall very bad experience with them. too much disappointed :(

Overall experience is excellent. 2 representative of Smart choice deal with me and both dealing capability is fabulous.
