I bought 2 x Call of duty accounts, 1 for my son & 1 for me (Both different sellers) My sons account was fine, Skycoach/seller stole my account back 5 days later. When I purchased the account the Activision Id linked to the account was SgtSlippin, I changed this to my Activision account which started with KH. How do I know that Skycoach seller stole it back ? Because he is still on my sons friends list and he has used the same Activision Id - SgtSlippin !

I have sent all proof to Skycoach where I have been led on for 4 days with them telling me they where sorting it. I have proved to them that the account was called SgtSlippin before I even purchased the account, then I sent them proof of me swapping over my my Id starting with KH, I have also sent them proof that the account now has the same ID that it had before I purchased the account, therefore showing that the seller has logged back in with his Id as he doesn't know he is on my sons friends list.

I have dealt with Laura, Adam, Alice, Olivia & Oscar, each of them have just wasted my time for 4 days, I have given them all the proof and plenty of time to rectify the problem but they just offered me a 10% discount off a new account for the inconvenience.

I have lost $240 dollars, please do not fall for what they say on website, your account is not safe and when it is taken back they do nothing to help. Please be aware the seller who sold me the account is still selling accounts on the Skycoach website.

If they try to get this review taken down you can contact me for all the proof and conversations that have taken place with Skycoach.

These guys are great, I got put into the wrong group for some reason so ended up delayed by about an hour. Once I brought this up, I had the Jailer dead in less than 15 minutes. Also, was compensated with a +15 run for no charge. I've always had good experiences when dealing with skycoach.

First the price you just can't beat and the customer service are great and understanding I recommend sky coach to anyone, especially if you don't have the time yourself to play your favorite game.

I had a wonderful run of H Sepulcher. The run was very fast with only 20 people total and no skips... the players were exceptional. They were very kind and patient with me as well.
