I have been buying sketches work shoe for 5 or 6 years now at 3 pairs a year. The reason I got so hooked on these shoes is 2 reasons. 1. The memory foam was very cushy.i would sink so far that even underneath my toe joints had support. 2. The EE size was perfect. My feet spread when I stand and anything narrower than their EE was tight. Now you have taken all that was good and changed it. The cushion is thinner and the EE is NOT EE.

20 years ago I bought a pair of the Skechers Mary Jane shoes. Loved them! I bought a pair of boys camo Skechers for my grandson. Bought them for his birthday a month ago. The Velcro broke off. My grandson tripped and hit his head on the desk at school. The shoes are in the trash. Never buying sketchers again. Wal-Mart shoes lasted longer.

If I could give I stars I would. Purchaes a pair of sketchers with bungee cord laces, the right shoe bungee cord lace was way too loose and could not wear shoes my foot would slip out every time I took a step. The right shoe also seems wider than the right. Two weeks later I went to take them back and switch for another pair and they said I would have to contact sketchers they can not take them back. I jumped threw hoops and sent pic and all they will do is give me a 35% off coupon to buy another pair. Buyer Be Ware they dont stand behind their waranty. I will nver buy another pair again they are cheap junk.

I bought a pair of skechers a few years back. Within a few months they started separating (sole from base shoe), within 8 months they had become unwearable. Unfortunately skechers appear to be a triumph of marketing over quality (like many highly marketed brands). I will never ever buy another pair of shoes from this company, and I would recommend that nobody else buys shoes of this brand.
It comes down to a truism - if manufacturers produce good quality products that people want to buy, they don't need to spend money advertising it. Skechers spend a lot of money advertising. Unfortunately in this case it appears to mean shoddy products

I bought a pair of sketcher sandals that unfortunately were too small. I returned them the same day that I received via UPS and I have the tracking receipt that they were received. They still have not refunded my money, they never answer their phone and I sent two emails with ZERO response. I will never purchase anything from Skechers.com. Absolutely horrible customer service when they never answer their phone or emails. I will now have to address this with my credit card company to get my money back.

U went to the Worcester outlet and your employee Rio was extremely pleasant, helpful, and went the extra mile for me by calling other locations to find me the boots I was looking for. This was not my first experience with Rio. She is the reason why I buy my Skechers at that location because of her professionalism you have gained a valued customer

This applies to the online ordering and returns, not a Skechers retail store. I ordered and received a pair of Skecher AirWalk shoes on a Thursday. The following Sunday the black "Goodyear" sole on the left shoe became unglued? (if it was ever glued onto the body of the shoe). The black flap of rubber was flopping around underfoot as I walked. I returned the shoes as defective and requested a refund. On hearing back from Skechers, I was advised that since the shoes were "lightly worn" (like for an hour), I could not get a refund, but that I could get a Skechers gift card for the full amount. OK. I needed shoes so I re-ordered a different style, some socks and some shoe cleaner, just to use up the value of the gift card I received. The replacement shoes and socks arrived ok and so far everything is ok. Then I get an email that the cleaner is no longer available, so they are refunding the value BACK onto the giftcard....now it's getting aggravating. So I return to the online store and attempt to use the $8.00 that was returned to buy more socks, only to find out the money has not been credited to the original gift card. At this point I have no idea where my remaining balance is. I know it's only $8... .but come on man, none of this would have happened had your shoes been of a quality to actually walk around in. No longer considering Skechers products in the future.

I will never order another pair of sketchers on line again. I ordered on 3/9/22. My charge was immediately withdrawn from my checking account. They arrived and sent back immediately and I tracted the delivery. They were received by sketchers on 3/24. I called twice to ask about my refund after waiting over a half an hour and was told “Oh yes we received ur shoes . We will send u and e-mail stated we received them then in 2 weeks u will receive ur refund “. Needless to say I’m upset .

As a long time happy customer I ran into my first issue only to find the Company is not reputable. After six weeks of normal use the inner seam on my new Go Walkers began to separate. I called customer service and provided all the required information which included pictures of the damage and sole to confirm new. The response was I needed to return their defective product at my expense which was not acceptable. I asked if I could return to the store and advise stores do not handle defective merchandise which is ridiculous. This policy is designed to discourage customers and avoid returns. I generally purchase two pairs of Skechers annually but in the future it will be a different brand.

Really friendly service from both the manager and 2IC. The store was very clean and well set out. My husband was able to find and try on as maby pais as he wanted. It was no hassel to the 2IC serving us. She went above andbeyondto help him find the right pair. They had a sale on at the time so price was amazing and also got to use a voucher at the same time. The Mt Ommaney store was amazing and would recommend them to anyone looking for friendly service.

I have bought a pair of sketchers shoes due to some medical condition. In Pakistan which costs around 10,000 Rupees and its the most expensive shoes but I still went for it upon medic’a recommendation.
The shoe came apart after only 3 days of purchase which was very shocking for me and after complaining to local store then sent it to repair and the repaired shoe also came apart, after complaining again they replaced it with a new shoe which i have barely used for 4 days and it is coming apart as well. I am highly disappointed in sketchers, they are ripping of people in the name of quality however, the quality is worst than any local shoe.

Started falling apart after 3 weeks! A loose thread near the front toe at first, and then a small hole started forming! I had only worn these around the office! These were sitting in a box for 2 months so you would not allow me to return them.
This was my 3rd pair of Skechers this year (and ever) and sad to say because of this experience - both with a faulty product and how it was dealt with - you have lost me as a customer! Faulty products happen - this was probably only missing a bit of glue - BUT its how you deal with them that makes the difference!

I have a membership, since Christmas I I was looking for a size 3 for one of my grandchildren. I had gotten all 4 of them, would have been 5 including their mom and dad just because my husband and I loved loved them. Anyway I finally found them at Skechers outlet at Greenville on Wedsday March 9. They had only 1 pair, I had also had found them from my Skechers email but it was same shoe wrong color. BUT if I had used my email account it would have taken off 20% and the price was 32.99. Also it said this price could be used in store. Well went in store, found the shoe in right size and color (and of course they only had 1 size 3). I took it up to the counter to purchase it and she said I did not have that membership with them, I pulled up my email account showed her the account, she said it wasn't showing up on her iPad!! So I guess I paid for what?!?! Same shoes cost me 56.00. And all she or her answer was I can "Refund Your Money" like that helps when a six year old is the only one that didn't get Christmas gift!! And. I. Had. The. 200pts.. on my phone. So what is the deal, or was it a scam at Christmas time to get more money from me? We hav 11 pairs of sketches. That is out of 9 people. Love the shoes, hated the service!!

PURCHASED 4 PAIR OF SKECHERS IN 1 DAY. "FOR ME", I NEVER BUY ANYTHING FOR MYSELF. OK, 1 PAIR IS A PAIR OF BOOKS WITH ZIPPER ON THE SIDE. THE SKECHERS STORE DID NOT HAVE MY SIZE ONLINE OR IN "ANY" STORE SO THE ASSOCIATE RECOMMENDED AMAZON. WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT? BUT THEY HAD THEM. ORDERED ON 1-24-22, GOT 1-27-22 ON 3-1 NOTICED THAT WITH NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR THE SOLE'S WERE PEELING AWAY. LESSS THAN 5 WEEK, BUT TOO LATE TO RETURN TO AMAZON. I HAVE BEEN EMAILING SKECHERS TO HELP, THEY ALWAYS ANSWER THEY RECEIVE THE EMAIL AND A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER THEY SEND ME A SURVEY AS TO HOW WELL CUSTOMER SERVICE DID. "BUT" THEY DID NOTHING. NO RESPONSE NOTHING. GUESS ONCE YOU GET BIG AND SELL TON'S THE PEOPLE THAT PUT YOU THERE DON'T COUNT ANY MORE. WELL STILL WAITING AND SENT ANOTHER EMAIL YESTERDAY AFTER I GOT YET ANOTHER SURVEY STATING THE 1ST WASN'T DONE YET. UGGGGHHHHH I WANT MY SHOES FIXED......

VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED with my last two pair of Sketchers shoes. This the last time I plan to buy the Sketchers brand. The last pair I bought, BRENNEN ATHLETIC SHOES, is the worst shoe I have ever owned. I hate the MEMORY FOAM. It crushes down to nothing. I bought what I thought was a medium and it arrived as a relaxed fit. Most of the men's styles I found available in my size 12 were either relaxed fit or extra wide. I purchase mine from Target.com and will never do so again. These are horrible, not true to size in my opinion, and I have been buying the same size for years. No more shopping for SKETCHERS shoes for me.

Since finding Sketchers shoes and insole supports, this has been a game changer for me. The comfort, the support, the durability is beyond a doubt, perfect. I used to feel every step I took, every pebble I walked on, and every curb I climbed but, no longer. I have waited a long time for a shoe company to invest in what the consumer needs, not what the company Banks want. Sketchers is changing the quality and comfort of everyday shoes and, it’s brilliant. I highly recommend Sketchers shoes to anyone but in particular, anyone who is suffering from lack of arch lift and total comfort. If you don’t find comfort in what you buy from Sketchers, I’ll fund your refund!!!!

Husband bought a pair about two months ago and has only worn them to church and town. The rubber soles are coming off of the bottom. This is a very dangerous situation when you don't have 100% feeling in your feet because of diabetes and a stroke. You. can not rely on these shoes being sturdy and giving you good support with the bottom falling off all across the sole. I will not buy a pair of Skechers again!

I own 4 pair of sketchers. Had to return one pair when they came apart after one washing. Was told by Customer Care that the cause of the shoes coming apart was due to excessive ware. I explained that I never ware any pair of shoe more than once every 4 days. I also own 2 pair of New Balance and a pair of Nike shoes. This is the first time I have to contact Sketchers and was really happy with there shoes. These shoe were purchased less than 7 months ago. When I stepped in what a dog owner had left behind and could not clean the tread my water and a brush I tried washing them in my washer. The shoes said they can be machined washed. The nice person on the phone checked my purchase and told me they would replace the shoes. When I return the shoes I was informed by Customer Care that after review the shoe had excessive ware. Enclosed is a picture of the shoes after one washing. It appears that there was no or not much glue used in manufacturing. Any help you can give me would be appriciated. Sincerely Lenard Lewis

Went to the Skechers in N CONWAY NH today and a huge thank you goes out to Jessica for her customer service! She went above and beyond to help us! She is such a great asset to the company and an amazing person for all the help she gave us. Because of her we will be back!
