I turned to simple health for my birth control needs in june of 2022. I was excited to try a health provider that worked with my Medicare an didn't require an appointment. I was metcwith many frustrations however. They claimed to except my insurance an then after processing was able to get mega 2nd choice option. I recieved my order but upon processing for my 2nd shipment they claimed I needed precauthorization from my insurance. I've over 10 yrs with planned parenthood for same birth control 🙃 so I will be returning to their services instead.

I’ve been using SimpleHealth for a year now and it’s been so much easier and less stressful than having to go in person. Considering I moved a lot previously I had to meet so many new doctors and it can feel so uncomfortable. With SimpleHealth I get my medication on time, they process everything worry free from me and keep me fully informed about the status of my subscription. Not to mention I never knew I could skip my periods before, and I learned I could with SimpleHealth!! I appreciate them so much 10000/10 would recommend 💕💕

This company is incredible. They make birth control accessible and easy. I’ve been on birth control for several years to control heavy bleeding. I eventually went off it and endured pain because I moved and it was difficult to coordinate with insurance and an OB. After years of being incapacitated monthly, my friend recommended Simple Health. They got me the right birth control, adjusted when the side effects were not right, talked to my insurance and shipped it directly to me with several months in advance. This is how the US should treat contraception. Thank you.

When COVID first hit I missed my annual women’s wellness appointment and my doctor wouldn’t renew my prescription (nothing had change and no Pap smear was needed), so I began to freak out about how to obtain my birth control. I began to do a bunch of research and ran across Simple Health. My life has been changed! I love having my bc delivered in a nondescript box, acceptance of insurance and method of obtaining even without insurance, and so much more! I’ll never go back to heading into the drive-thru at the drug store again.

I’ve been a member for over 6 months and so far I love it! The delivery is quick and reliable. I get my new three month supply before I need it. I have insurance so it comes at no cost to me. I loved their questionnaire, I felt like they really tried to get to know my needs before prescribing something, unlike my doctor. I’m happy with my birth control, there was one month when I had breakthrough bleeding for a week in a half but that comes with the territory. Bottom line, no one likes taking birth control but simple health makes it easier to get and it’s one less thing to worry about!

I am very impressed with Simple Health so far! The signup process was relatively quick and straightforward (I did everything from my phone). I was prescribed a type of BC I hadn’t used before, but I had to give them permission to fill the prescription first so it wasn’t like that was unexpected when my pills arrived. Shopping is very prompt - I am only on my second month, so hopefully I am never in a position where I have to start a packet late, but so far so good! Packaging is completely discreet and unassuming, which I feel is a bonus in today’s sociopolitical climate. Simple Health is a great option for those of us who want access to birth control without needing to make a doctor’s appointment.

LOVE simple health! It was extremely easy and fast to get my prescription transferred over. Customer service is amazing - fast, helpful, and they actually care about your problems. I had a mail issue (that was not Simple Health's fault) and not only was it solved immediately but I was also offered a longterm solution so that it never could happen again and interrupt my pill schedule. Originally, my insurance didn't work but I stuck with it because the $7 is worth the ease. I have a new insurance now that works with them and it was very easy to get it switched and working. So much love to this company

SimpleHealth is extremely convenient. I moved several states away and had massive issues transferring my old birth control prescription (and then of course every doctor who takes my insurance was booked for months!), so I turned online for a new prescription. The assessment only took a few minutes and I had a prescription by the end of the day, and it was mailed a few days later! I love the convenience and the ability to have any questions answered via text any time I need. I will use SimpleHealth until I no longer need it!

Been a life saver for years! I struggled obtaining birth control for the longest time. My insurance did not cover the doctor appt to get a prescription - and I saw the SH tv right in that moment. It’s like they knew I was struggling. I have never even used BC for contraceptive, I need it because I have debilitating cramps and horrible cystic acne- my prescription gets rid of those things completely. Without simple health, I would be struggling. Also - love that simple health listens. I was worried that my prescription would be changed, but they understood that I already had a method that worked and respected that my choice. I can text them and get a Dr or agent response in a day - it’s so seamless.

I thought this was going to be a great experience. I provided the information as to what I was currently taking, which is Estarylla. I was then shown a photo and information about a generic brand I used to take. I was told I would receive that instead, which is Sprintec. I agreed to that and paid in full. Instead, I received a totally different type called Lupin. I now have painful acne, which I have not had in years. Nothing has changed in my life, other than this different brand being utilized. I am very disappointed and would either: A) Like a full refund or, B) I would like the Sprintec or Estarylla that I agreed on and paid for to be shipped to me.
I am incredibly disappointed in this service.

Before Simple Health, I had never been on birth control before. The reasons were complicated and many, but the biggest concern I had was being able to get to the pharmacy to pick up and reorder my birth control every month. Between college and not having a car to go back and forth from home, this was a huge barrier. However, Simple Health completely eliminated that barrier. Getting my birth control automatically refilled and sent to my doorstep is as frictionless as it gets and has made me better able to take care of my health and reproductive needs.

Well very very unhappy with simple health. First they sent me 8 months of birth control, then when I inquired about the meds asking them what kind it is, they preceded to send over an extra order to change it. Without asking me nor even mentioning it to me they were changing it. Charged my debit card $100 and sent it out. I asked them to cancel my order due to me not wanting it or even knowing about it. They refused to refund my money and then told me they had cancelled my prior medications in all. So overall I received 8 months of birth control, then 1 momth later charged me 100$ for a new prescription I didn't ask for or even know about then told me not giving me money back then cancelled my prior meds. Very unfair and illegal. And I've made a report to the BBB about this. I'm beyond upset with this company an I'd advise anybody to find a new company instead of this where they charge u whatever they want, send it out an refuse to pay u back due to fda if I touch the package cannot return. Well I intercepted the package so my hands never touched it. But still no money back.

I love using this service because at first, you take a short survey about your health then a doctor would review your health history in order to recommend a birth control option. After they give you their recommendations on which method you want to use, they send that birth control method of your choosing in a discrete packaging as fast as possible. Then would check in to see if everything is ok with the birth control option provided. I literally am so happy with this service and it saves me so much time from going to an actual doctor and waiting for my prescription to be ready and then picked up.

Simple Health has really changed my life for the better. It’s made my life way less stressful when it comes to my body and birth control access. I really appreciate the ease in which my birth control ships directly to me in such a short time every few months right when i need it. I don’t have to go anywhere or wait for anything. And the updates about my order processing and shipping really give me that peace of mind. And the random emails about supporting woman and people born with ovaries really makes me smile and know what a great company Simple Health really is. I can’t say enough how much I love this company.

I just want to say I’ve been getting my birth control from y’all for at least 6 or 7 months now. NEVER HAVE I ONCE HAD A COMPLAINT!!! LOVE!!!! There was a little problem with my insurance bugging about the condoms (I believe that’s what they were) that came with my medicine. And simple health let me know before my shipment like “hey, your insurance won’t support this, do you still want the other stuff??” And I’m like “yeah man, I don’t use them anyways”. Wonderful company, wonderful idea. You guys rock. Let’s get married!

Simple Health has been so helpful & convenient. I originally ordered from them through my insurance & they worked around my insurance's stipulations about only paying for a month's supply at a time. Then my insurance decided they would no longer cover BC through Simple Health. I was devastated, but Simple Health made things super simple & cheap enough for me to just pay out of pocket for the BC I needed. The peace of mind & reliability they provide is outstanding.. way more than I can say about my health insurance.

The process was BEYOND simple. I had some pretty crummy experience with IUDs in the past, and they considered that and recommended something that not only prevents pregnancy, but my body actually accepts, which has been so hard to find!
I had a consultation with my NP, and she recommended I increase the hormones in my birth control, so I told her that I was using Simple Health. After the visit, I had to use the bathroom, and before I even finished drying my hands I received a notification from Simple Health checking in with me to confirm what my NP and I had talked about. It was so seamless I was honestly shocked!
I'm looking forward to working with them for years to come if their team keeps this up, and honestly I just know they will!

This service/app is awesome. You don't have to worry about remembering to refill your prescription or renewing your prescription. Set it and forget it. But, don't worry, they still send you a heads-up email when you are about to be charged for your next prescription with plenty of time for you to make any necessary changes. This service is even cheaper than what my insurance would've charged me for the doctor's visit and the script. I highly recommend this program/service if it's available for you in your state.

Simple health is an excellent choice, they are professional, competent, well organized, and very attentive towards their patients. Their site offers easy step-by-step well-guided services and they always answer all my questions in a good timely manner. I love the fact that my prescription is delivered directly through the mail a 3-month supply at a time. As this service helps me avoid the hassel of long pharmacy lines, and I don't have to constantly remember to reorder my prescription every month, which keeps me on track with my meds. This is a step forward and I'm a very satisfied customer.

I had no problems with this service until the last time they tried to refill my prescription. They reported I needed to complete the annual review in order for my prescriptions to be updated and once I completed it they informed me that I would have a copay with my insurance and that if I were to pay out of pocket they would give me my prescription for $5 less. My prescription has always been covered under my insurance with a $0 copay. After multiple messages back and forth (as they told me that was the only form of communication available when I asked for a customer service number to call) they informed I would have to reach out to my insurance company myself to inquire about this supposed change. My insurance company informed me that my prescription is covered and there had been no contact from the SimplaHealth regarding refilling my prescription or about a copay. After receiving the information, I messaged SimeHealth back informing them of the information my insurance company relayed to me. I received not a single message in response but a few days later an email was sent to inform me that my prescription had been shipped. This experience makes me feel like the company was trying to scam me and did not provide any excuse for the mix up to justify their actions. Should I not needed my prescription that time I would have cancelled my account and found a new provider.
