I was initally scared of the price of the items, and a lil bit bothered with all the ads i see everywhere. I know now, SCC is real and is worth the cost. I was totally taken aback by the quality and how well everything fit. I have to make all of my clothing custom due to my size and with other places i still have to get things tailored. With SCC this was not the case. The work was very well done. I wish i had gotten the shoes.

So I loved the look of these jackets and decided to order one for an event just over a month away. Yes I know this was cutting it close so I opted for 2 day shipping. And Sebastian Cruz Couture do say 10-12 business days. Business day 14 I emailed them asking for an update. To receive an email back stating the 10-12 business day production timeline and suggesting I opt for overnight shipping. I wrote back stating that I had opted for 2 day shipping and that it was day 14. Now I get the real story the material used in my outfit is no longer available at this time. And could I pick a new jacket to be expedited and possibly get to me in time. I wrote back stating the fact they didn't have material would of been nice to know soon as they were aware of the fact. Again they said just pick a different jacket so I did. Once I wrote back with my choice I was informed that the line of jacket I ordered can not be rushed as it comes from a different factory. Then I was informed the shirt I ordered was shipped already. The company is now reimbursing me the cost of my jacket and pants I ordered but of course holding the money for the shirt that was shipped. But it wasn't shipped 2 day shipping as I paid for, it was shipped regular shipping, so I may receive it in time. I do love the look of the jackets they make and I do hope the shirt fits as well as it should. But I don't see me using this supplier again in the future.

Overall a great shopping experience. The only issue is sometimes your artificial intelligence is to aggressive and was limiting my selection choices.

There was a horrible lack of communication. I was just sent a tracking number today... my order was placed on May 29th. It is now June 30th.

SCC's website is very intuitive and easy to navigate. The selection of my items was not hard to find nor purchase. Checkout was straight-forward.

My overall experience with Sebastian has been fine despite some hiccups with my large order earlier this year. But I do like the spirit of the team and think I'll shop again.

Toom way longer than the 8-12 business days to get tracking. The product is amazing and high quality. The pants are a little tight in the seat and needes to be altered.

The shirts are great, but the website has to many flaws. It deletes thw information after you input it. It took me six times to add the information as it kept deleting it. Make the online orderbprocess and payment easier

Amazing experience! You make it so easy by showing different combos and have quick access to order the additional pieces. Only wish there was a custom view option if I want to put certain pieces together.
