Service and product
First thanks for bringing me back my favorite cutting machine. I had the first vagabond and fell down carrying it and it broke... I just could not afford a new one until I saw your GREAT price and this one is vagabond 2. Your service was great and your price could not be BEAT! Thank you soooo much! The machine is so quiet too!

Issues with shipping
Issues with shipping. I clicked free shipping but got a red x that said it wasn't available. I finally did get it, but don't think I should have to work that hard for what is offered all over the site.

Tfhe Beaverton store on Cornell Rd. Was the most organized' clean $store I have ever been in.
The Tigard store on 99 was the most trashy $k store I have ever been in. And the staff was lazy and apathetic.
In Beaverton the staff was most courteous and helpful. I will avoid the
Tigard store and drive the extra 20 minutes to shop in
Beaverton any day!

I've looked all over for the item
I've looked all over for the item - no luck. Found several online with a higher cost for shipping than the item I wanted.

You have it - the price is fair and I will not have to waste gas going all over town with no luck.

Lion brand yarn
My order was missing 2 of the 5 yarn rolls that I ordered. Upon contacting Save Dollar Save Dollar Stores promptly checked if they could send out the missing items, and then issued a refund when they saw that they were out of stock. They were very quick in making sure that the issue was resolved. I contacted them friday 1/29 and received the refund on Monday 2/1. Thank you for having great customer service!

Great Deal
I found this place after looking for ink refills I couldn't find anywhere else. I was leery of it being legitimate and was pleasantly surprised that it is legitimate and I got a great deal. Very happy and I recommend them.

I am very pleased with the stamp I purchased. The web site was very easy to use, and my order came very fast. I have attached a picture of the card I made for club. 10 for club plus 5 more for friends who have birthdays this month.

Frustration with contact
I needed to return an item because it was the wrong size. I followed directions on their website as well as on my invoice and even spoke with a live person who directed me to a website in order to obtain a return item code. No success for over a week, I finally sent the item back without a code. And, I still do not have a credit or any type of acknowledgement.

Side bars
One of the product pictures shows one of the side bars with an attached smaller bar to be used for tacking fabric. There isn't easy. Will have to make one myself. Other than that everything was fine and shipped quickly. Thank you

Great Service. Good price.
Found the item I wanted for the best price here. Quick delivery. The only thing I would improve, would be the ease of finding the $5 savings for first time customers. It took a lot of time to figure out how to have it apply to my purchase.

This is very much one of the worst places to buy from. Save Dollar Stores have an eBay store.
I purchased a "Cricut Maker Washable Fabric Pen 1.0 for fabric craft 1 piece" from them on April 16,2020, expecting delivery between April 21 and April 23. On April 20,2020, I messaged them because there was no sign of them shipping. They gave a pathetic message of how they were have difficulties due to COVID-19. I messaged back and told them to just refund and cancel the order. They responded by creating a tracking number on April 21 and saying to give it a couple more days. I once again responded that I did not want it and to not send it and cancel the order. They keep replying with give it a couple more days and more pathetic whining about COVID causing them to only have a "skeleton infrastructure". Yesterday, April 24, I opened a case against them with eBay. They respopnded that it has shipped and supplied the same tracking number. This tracking number still shows NO MOVEMENT. Just shows it was created. I called USPS today. They said they are waiting for these idiots to give them the package to ship. USPS doesn't even have the package yet! After four days of a tracking number being created. EBay insists I give the seller time to work this out. I will, but I am warning everyone. Stay away from these people. They scam and lie. They are doing everything they can to keep your money even if they don't deliver the product. Stay away. I will repost this message on all social media platforms every single day until I receive a refund. This company is DISHONEST

Order #100008362 not received
My order was processed and credit card charged on 3/9/19. Rec'd shipping notice on 3/15 with tracking number. Tracking indicated that item had not been received by shipper DHL. SaveDollar Customer Service says the same thing over and over"please wait 2 business days" "we appreciate your patience." My order never made it to DHL. DHL customer service says Save Dollar Stores received an electronic notification from SaveDollar, but did not receive the item. The DHL CSR said I should contact my credit card company, because SaveDollar is "giving me the run-around." The tracking number has now been deleted from the DHL tracking system. SaveDollar is now saying that the item "in-transit/delayed" in USPS system. That statement is false. USPS tracking has said the same thing ever day since 3/17:

I formally requested that Save Dollar send me a replacement since my order was obviously never taken to either DHL or USPS and either they never really sent it or they lost it.

They responded, "We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Please allow us one business day to provide with the suggested resolution. We greatly appreciate your patience," but no action was taken.

In a world with competitors like Amazon, who are transparent about tracking and replace items immediately if they do not arrive, I do not thing SaveDollar will stay in business. If they couldn't fulfill my order, they should have cancelled it and immediately refunded my payment. This has been a horrible customer experience.

Fast Shipping
I am very pleased with my order. I received my order at least a week earlier than the estimated time which I really appreciated. The texture plate does a wonderful job and fits my machine perfect. I will be glad to order from this company again! Save Dollar Stores did a great job!

I ordered two JW Insight Clean Seed Silo Bird Feeders and I'm very satisfied. I have one that needs replacing and couldn't find them in my local pet store, found these online and so happy. Now I will always have one clean one on hand and ready for use. Thank you so much.

Never made promised refund.
I placed an order at the end of August, and promptly returned the item per their policy. I received an email Sept. 10 that my refund will be coming in one day. Here we are, December 8th and no refund! SHAMEFUL!

Beautiful Luminara Candle
I have been looking for this specific candle, for a resonable price, for quite some time. Finding it on the Savedollarstores site at a great price was a "homerun"! The shopping experience was fun, the ordering was easy and the shipping was fast. It arrived in a very well wrapped package and there were no issues with its appearance or working condition. Thank you, Savedollarstore!

I'm unsatisfied!
I strongly recommend you avoid ordering online from SaveDollarStores. If the item arrives damaged, or you decide you want to return it, you will not get a refund. Save Dollar Stores will tell you that you will be refunded by a certain date, but it will not happen.

Follow up
Would be helpful if you could show the items ordered when asking for a follow up. I say this because I had already filed the May 3 order paperwork away and have since order something else. I had to go back to my filed paperwork to make sure what you were asking for. In the future I would not take the time to respond to your survey if I have to go back to filed paperwork in order to answer it. If the items ordered were listed or pictured, it would be an easy answer without extra work on my part.

I do NOT recommend this vendor. I placed an order with them and gave them more than a month to ship it to me, which Save Dollar Stores never did. When I asked for a refund, they just ignored me. This company lies and is not trustworthy. Example: when I asked them to provide a tracking number for the shipment (3 weeks after I purchased the item), they sent me a tracking number, but the only information provided was that they printed a label and USPS was waiting on them to put the item in the mail. When I pointed this out to them, they continued to ask for more time. Unacceptable! Avoid at all costs!

Poor communication skills
My only issue was with the poor communication regarding package tracking information.
The tracking number given was never recognized by the shipping company.
My request to this seller for accurate tracking information was answered with the statement that the order would arrive within the stated time. This is not tracking information.
This was a very small order, so it wasn't a big deal but I would not place a larger or more important order with a company who can't get the small things right.

R U Kidding me?
I ordered some clear Christmas ornaments, I thought Save Dollar Stores were 4 for 3.72 so I thought I would order 4 sets. My package gets here and all I have is 4 bulbs that I paid 15.00 dollars for, they were 3.72 a piece? Oh no these are going back call *******997 no customer service just a voicemail, seriously this business is a joke and I'm reporting them to the BBB.

Would buy from again...
First time using the site; found their prices to be reasonable, and the coupon made it even better, plus free shipping, so I gave it a try. All items were delivered quickly, and were exactly as I ordered. Very pleased; I would definitely buy from this site again.

Need more communication
Price was great, shipping was fine. It would have been good to have some communication about the when the order shipped. Between payment confirmation and the product arriving, which was about 3 weeks, I had no idea if it had even shipped. Difficult to call too.

Difficult to understand. Wasn’t sure if we even communicated the same thing.

WARNING: Noticeable Trend in 1 star Reviews and For Good Reason!
Reading through the most recent reviews it is clear that SaveDollarStores is unable to accommodate their customers and is scamming people who buy their products. I, along with many others over the recent year, did not receive an order I placed over a month ago. I was told multiple times through their chat that someone was "looking into it and would get back to me in 48 hrs." Each time I did not get a response. I then left several voice messages for their tech support- none of which were responded to. So now, just like everybody else I have just spent money on a product that will never arrive. I think a class-action lawsuit is in order!

First timer
The site is not bad but the first 20 pages have the price of each item at $250.00 which is a little high for one spool of thread. Someone needs to review the site.
Update: The items I got are good and as described. Will probably do business with them again.

It was great but in the billing area i meant to hit paypal but by mistake I had PayPal credit. I couldn't get rid of PayPal credit to go back to PayPal. Even though I hit the back button twice, it went to PayPal credit. Since I didn't want PayPal credit I hit credit card, and I ended up paying that way. It's not a big deal but I wanted to pay with PayPal so it was annoying.

Skeptical in Georgia
I had never heard of Save Dollar and wondered if it was related to other discount stores. I also wondered if my item was in stock since it's vintage. I placed my order and prayed for the best. To my surprise the item arrived quickly and was just as advertised.

They tricked me into purchasing 2 items
I went thru another company that ordered my item thru Save Dollar Stores. Then SDS emailed me that Save Dollar Stores were waiting for my order so I guess I ordered a second not knowing that this item had already been ordered for me. They made it almost impossible for me to return this item. Would never ever order from them again or give their name to anyone. You asked!

Your search is not helpful. I found a counted cross stitch kit that I wanted from google search, but when trying to type in a search on your website for it, it came up blank, thankfully there was link but your search option is not user friendly.
