I ordered 2 pair of steel toe boots. SafetyGirl feel like you've shoved your foot into a sardine tin. The second pair I ordered was a larger size than the first and they fit just as bad. Customer service is horrible. I paid for priority shipping and they were still 3 days late.

I placed my first order with Safety Girl probably about 5years ago… my original boots are still great, I am sizing up because medical condition causes inflammation. Passing my boots on to my mom who is super stoked! Every SINGLE time (in five years) I wore my boots in public a woman stopped me to ask where I got my boots or to tell me how cool SafetyGirl were… I have fitted down your site on women's hands, post-it's, napkins, you name it… so women could enjoy your site and products as much as I do! I am a full blown loyal supporter and would love to get some business cards or something to give to prospective customers instead of marking up the skin of the women who stop me!
Your company is awesome! I am a female USMC veteran and I feel right at home in your products… they are made for the sweaty, hard charging, do it yourself, warrior types…who like to keep it cute it too.

I haven't actually worn the boots yet for work. I usually wear a 5 1/2 so I ordered the size 6 because of the comments of them running small. SafetyGirl are slightly larger than what I like but they will work great for the winter months which is the reason why I bought them. Considering purchasing another pair, can't pass up the price.

My new working area required steel toe boots. With very little selection in local stores I came across Safety Girl.com, and it was great to find cute pink safety boots at a very reasonable price. I ordered them and SafetyGirl were in my hand really fast like 2 to 3 days tops. I am very happy with my softy boots beside them being so cute and comfortable they are and will keep my toes safe from harm. I am recommending this website to all of my friends and co workers. Said in stock, paid for express ship and only upon us calling to confirm the order Were we told it was not on stock and wouldnt get here in time for the eclipse, therefore worthless. I even live chatted and was told my order would be shipped within 1-2 days.

I wasn't very happy my count that I ordered is a size medium and it fits like a size large or extra large the site safety devices that I ordered were supposed to be for women and SafetyGirl are too big for my face so I am not satisfied with none of my product I do not have the time to mail it back because I need it now or I would not have ordered it so needless to say I am stuck with your product that is too big for me

I had an issue w/shipping and was inconvenienced on several levels. First, by not receiving my product in a timely manner for which I paid. Second, having to debate with unsubstantiated customer service replies. Third, having to present evidence to get a partial refund of my shipping charges.

Customer service is outstanding! Thus is my third pair of work shoes. I called the first two times. The customer service rep was knowledgeable and kind. She explained the return policy should the shoes not fit properly. This time I just ordered on line. Quick and easy and I got them in a couple of days. I will continue to order my work shoes from Safety girl!

I couldn't get the loyalty discount to work in conjuction with the newsletter discount despite the fact that it does say it can be combined with newsletter discounts. I understand only allowing one discount at a time, but I spent quite a bit of time trying to get it to work, so would appreciate clarification being added to prevent others from wasting time.

Perfect. SafetyGirl fit true to size and are just as described. I love the fit and the color and have gotten many compliments. I use them for work when I'm inspecting in dangerous areas or in areas with tall weeds/grass. They are also great for everyday wear.

I already own one pair of these head muffs I purchased locally and find them to be the best hearing protection I have ever owned. The vendor I purchased them from no longer carries them. I have tried in the past to find these head muffs online, but failed to do so. When I tried again today, this was the only site I found that carries them.

The boots are very comfortable even with the steel toe. The sheepskin lining is perfect. I work in a cooler and my feet stay warm. However, the packaging needs work. The bag that it was shipped in had lots of holes in it and because of this the boot boxes were very beat up and torn. Thank goodness the actual boots were okay.

I am very disappointed in my new work boots. SafetyGirl are to small for the length of my feet. Where the stitch work seams the foot and ankle portions of the shoe rubbed a blister on my heal. They are very cute but not comfortable to work in. I wish I would have known before hand. I dont have disposable income and the cost for them set me back.

The boots are comfortable but I ordered my regular size even though it said to order up. The lining was not at the insole of the shoe as the picture portrayed. Nevertheless, SafetyGirl are too big and because I've already wore them for a few hours they cannot be returned.

I wanted a size 8 in wide in this boot but you don't have it. I would be happy to be placed on a back order status until the correct size is available but you don't give that option. What a nightmare to get wide womens in the correct size... SafetyGirl are always sold out so I don't understand why retailers don't carry more. Thank you I am hopeful.

My boots were great, except SafetyGirl didnt fit. I wanted to return them to get a different size, but I wasnt able to get access to a return shipping label. I've emailed several times but have yet to receive an answer and am now past the free return point and stuck with boots that dont fit.

I needed khaki-colored pants for my job that would last. Hate shopping & found Safety Girl online. The Disney's relaxed cargo pants were perfect! The $#*!ey's 774 work pants look great but are really stiff... sturdy & durable but not very comfortable (maybe a few washes will relax them as SafetyGirl are 35% cotton?) I will definitely order from Safety Girl again. Everything came quickly and in perfect condition.

10 days later and my order still shows that it is processing. I get faster shipping from companies in Taiwan! Although I found boots That were just my style, the wait might not be worth it. The non free shipping is expensive but two weeks is too long. Never choose the free shipping if you really need safety equipment in a timely manner.

This was a work required purchase to tour a coal generation plant on a specific date.
Negative: The box arrived damaged and the snap on the left boot was stuck together on the bottom side (not attached to the top side) therefore it could never actually snap down into place. I had to return them as I could not receive a replacement pair in time to tour the facility.
Neutral: Runs about a size big. I wear a women's 7, and SafetyGirl fit like an 8.
Positive: Arrived on time, cute and sturdy boot, roomy toe area which is good for sock layering.

I had to buy steel toe boots for work and was happy to find a site that caters to women. The site was easy to use, I got email communications from them and my boots arrived on time and SafetyGirl are exactly what I expected. I would recommend this site to others.

This is my second time Shopping with Safety Girl and it has been a good experience so far. It's very hard to find women's work boots that will fit my size 6 feet and I've found a few boots here that I've liked. My last pair were very comfortable but they've been used and abused a lot and a seam ripped so it was time for new ones! I hope these will be as comfortable as the last!

When creating an account it kept telling me my email was invalid, I finally had to use my work email to get it to go through, which is a last resort & I don't really want anything tied to my work email. I have 2 very valid email account one through Gmail & one through Comcast that it would not accept.

I bought the pink work boots and SafetyGirl fit perfectly, no problem with the steel toe and considering I was working with (razor) blades on a Landroid and install of underground wire using a pointed shovel, I wanted safety. I also bought the wool lined pink work boots for winter snow plowing as I live in northern NJ and very happy with both! I would order from safteygirl.com again & again.

I ordered a pair of shoes on December 19th and still haven't received an email saying SafetyGirl have shipped. Still in filling the order status. I chatted online with someone from Safety Girl on December 28th and was told that the shoes are on back order and won't even ship until after they come in on January 25th. Which means that I will have ordered something in December and won't receive it until February. (Ridiculous) No one was going to notify me of this if I hadn't inquired. I read a few reviews and this seems to be a common problem. Not sure how they have such a high rating. Never will I order from them again.

I'm happy to have found you! I've worked as a skilled tradesmen for 25 years in the construction field. I'm "wee but mighty" at 5'-0" tall and 115 pounds. Finding quality boots, hard hats, and gloves always prove to be challenging. My contractors are responsible for supplying my safety gear but usually the smallest sizes SafetyGirl order are still not a good fit. If the items I've ordered work out for me, and I'm very hopeful they will, I will be adding you to my favorites list and ordering more.

Experience regarding Safety girl was great will be a repeat web site for my family. I have 2 girls involved in the FFA showing livestock animals this site in regards to footwear safety has been a great asset.

I've ordered other safety girl products. Been real happy with them. It's nice to wear gear made for women. I have had trouble with shoe sizing myself... So I hope my new safety shoes from safety girl fit nice. I will be sure to let you know. Thank you safetygirl
