Total ripoff
I wired the company $12,650. I was supposed to receive a 300 cc ATV and a 400 cc ATV the 300 cc arrived and does not run and I won’t except anything else from the company. I demand a full refund and they’ve kept my money and I’m suing them. They are scum And anybody that works for them is working for a criminal organization

BEWARE!
BEWARE! You're better off getting an ATV at half the price off Ebay. Here's my story...
I bought an ATV with monster wheels, all the trimmings and even paid an extra $100 for 10 day shipping. I ordered it July 8 and it came... July 29.
Came on a crate and the guy who brought it by truck was in a hurry and wouldn't wait for me to open it. (Now I know why) Three separate areas on the plastic body were cracked and looked as though someone tried to melt the plastic. I also noticed right away it wasn't moving as well as my friend's son's who BTW, ordered the exact same one 2 months earlier. Called customer service right away and proceeded to tell them what was wrong. SaferWholesale told me to send pictures of the damage and completely disregarded that I paid extra for faster shipping and it came a month later.
Fast forward 1 week, I call to find out what's the story with the body and let them also know that this ATV is damaged! The chain kept falling off wouldn't even go over a simple little hill. Opps, they sent all my info to the wrong place. I CALLED EVERY OTHER WEEK! Even the guy in parts was getting frustrated because they evidentally have to send to their manufacturer. Long story short. I had to have the ATV towed, they won't send me the parts I need to fix this thing because it came broken to begin with. Standing in the mechanics since Sept 1! Garbage company, liars, scammers and just horendous business practice! Gave up and fixing it on my own because my mechanic took mercy on me. $950 piece of $h*T!

I can not comment on the quality of the products. However, after my chat with one of the sales representatives this morning the other negative reviews do not surprise me. The sales representative was very rude. I just wanted to get an estimate on their shipping charges and he refused to give me any prices unless I was planning on purchasing from them that day and told me to contact them when I was ready to purchase. I told him that if we felt the prices were right we were ready to purchase. He still would not tell me what their shipping rates were and wanted to know how much I was willing to pay. I gave him the price that another website was selling the exact same product for less and asked if he could beat that price. He said he could only beat it by a few bucks but could not give me the other items the other website was offering. I asked what he meant, just the free items or the warranty and what price he could give me. Instead of responding to my question, he disconnected the chat. It is obvious this company only cares about making money and not the customer. From what SaferWholesale advertise on their website their prices are extremely high and if you are looking for ATVs I recommend you check out http://www.superiorpowersports.com or http://www.powersportsmax.com instead.

MORE PROBLEMS WITH TRAILER DOLLY
After three phone calls and ten days Safer wholesale finally shipped the replacement parts to fix the parts that were broken through poor packaging. I spent about two hours Saturday putting the replacements on the dolly. Once finished I thought the dolly would work. Instead when trying to move it the chain kept coming off! So I looked at the way the chain was put on and found that the chain was directed under the two rods that connect to the motor. I also noticed the chain was cutting through the rod. I took the rods a part and redirected it the correct way. Again I thought I was finished. Once again I was wrong! I tried to move the dolly again and the chain again came off! So again I looked at everything and saw that the fly wheel was not lined up correctly! I removed the five bolts, nuts and two hex screws and tried to line up the fly wheel. However, it still does not line up correctly! I tried calling Safer on Saturday but was told to call back on Monday. Each time I call I am always put on hold for 20 to 30 minutes! After speaking to tech support I was told I would again have to wait until SaferWholesale got to my email with the pictures, which could be another two days! During the mean time my 22 foot trailer is still setting on the streets and my neighbors even call the police because of it! My next call is to our company attorney! Very poor product and very poor service! Nick

I welcome anyone to email me for actual correspondence and a detailed account of the poor experience with this company, including phone records, individuals spoken with and tactics used. There claims are false. I have receipts for the over 2K in work I had to have done to get their UTV operational based on defective parts, a leaking gas tank on arrival and extremely poor craftsmanship overall. Buyers BEWARE!

Wish I had found this site before ordering from this company. Most of what others describe is exactly what I experienced - lies and misrepresentation, unit damaged and not working upon arrival (with a note conveniently advising not to refuse delivery because the unit had been checked before delivery) missing parts and poor customer service.

I agree, a class action suit is in order for these type of business practices!

6/16/14 Update: Finally received a response from the company after SaferWholesale read the reviews here. Read the exchange below. It appears if only a "small percentage" of people get ripped off by the company, then it's ok. The poor BBB rating, multiple business names they use and many bad reviews say otherwise:

The common misconception with motorsports is that the customer believes these to be retail units, turn key ready, and pre assembled by a certified dealership. This is not the case. You are purchasing the unit Wholesale at the price a dealership would pay the distribution facility to ship directly from the factory. These units come in a crate and need to be assembled and serviced just as a dealership would do before putting the units on the "Front Line" for sale. If you are not a mechanic nor have any mechanical experience you may want have a professional assemble it for you so that you have no issues with the performance of the unit. Again, we are here to assist you and provide you with a product directly from the distribution facility without paying retail costs. While the reviews may be a "small percentage" it doesn't negate the extremely negative experience I had with your organization after spending nearly 6K. Your warranty claims are completely false. Your company does not back the products it sells and the products are defective out of the box. Trying to work through your company to resolve matters would be laughable if not for the fact that people are being harmed so seriously by your practices... which ultimately end in phone calls not being returned and customers being stuck with worthless merchandise. I would gladly join any class action suit against your organization and have kept a record of every communication and response. Your so called "transit assurance" is nothing more that a large note on a crate asking the recipient not to refuse delivery even if product crate is damaged. My only regret is that I let your rep talk me into paying via check. You had my money and there was little I could do. Had I paid via CC, I would've challenged through the company and easily won. This was not a case of your company attempting to assist, other than asking for a video, claiming to have sent it to the manufacturer and getting no response.

I received a confirmation that my order was received, then I had 3 telephone calls and a text from saferwholesale within 5 minutes saying that saferwholesale needed payment ASAP.

When I returned saferwholesale's call, the rep (didn't get his name), informed me that the card did not go through and wanted to know if I could pay via e-check or another credit card. He was very pushy as I informed him that I would have to call him back after I spoke with my husband. He even asked when my husband would be home.

After the conversation, I texted back that I wanted to cancel my order. His reply was that your company does not cancel orders.

He wanted to know why the card declined and why I would try to buy something on a card without money available. He went on to say that he was going to send me to their "fraud dept".

I texted that I wanted to cancel the order because he was being too pushy.

After threatening me with the fraud dept. text, he then texted me to call the number on the back of the card and ask for "Jeremy" and my limit would be increased.

After speaking with my husband, I found out that the card has 2 lines of credit, one for purchases anywhere and the other for a specific place of business. There was credit available, but only for the specific place of business. I did not know that at the time.

Even though there is a place that says "Edit/Cancel Order" you can't cancel order.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS "BUSINESS".

Very disappointed in purchase and overall experience
Ordered a 110cc 4 wheeler for my son and was nervous after reading the reviews online but gave them a shot.
When I read free shipping I said why not try it. Was way mislead, after placing the order I see SaferWholesale charged more after I used my checking account for the 50 bucks off. When I emailed them they said oh it comes from California and costs 150 extra! But they used the $50 discount for using the checking account so it is $100 in shipping now. I said cancel it and they said I missed a Small box explanning this, I said normally when you read free shipping why would you look for anything else? So the guy gave another $25 off in shipping. So total for the machine now is $572 so is my sons bday gift so I said I didn't want to pay the restocking fee.
Now we are at the arrival of the machine, the carrier calls me on Friday and asked to set up delivery and I asked where they are and they were in the same town I work, so I picked up to save on time etc.
I get home excited to get this going and hoping for a quick set up.
1. Left front tire won't go on properly so I had to work at it, I finally get it on and you can only finger tighten the nut so the wheel will turn. So that is still not right. Bearing problem
2. I fill the tank with gas after charging the battery and I look on the floor and gas is leaking, due to a major crack in the fuel line.
3. The fuel line from the gas shut off to carb is not even in existence on the machine and not in the box.
4. Assembly directions, not even in the box.
5. Seat bracket that the seat hooks to is on backwards.
6. Wouldn't start after getting new fuel line hoses at local parts store and new clamps.
7. Rear tail light came on and the front light did not, so hoping once it starts maybe it will come on.

I will have to take this to a mechanic as I am not a small engine person and hope they can fit it in before my sons birthday on 9/4/15.

I sent an email very similar to this one on Friday 8/14/15 and no response. Just a bad purchase and very very disappointed.

Please do lots of research before ordering anything from this website and company.

What To Do: Getting Ripped Off By SaferWholesale
First, if you decide to do business with this company, be prepared to get scammed. Use Google to read reviews from the BBB and others. Also, this company was sued by the Attorney General of Illinois in 2015 for fraudulent and deceptive practices. Look it up. Here is a brief description of my experience: I googled the model # of a Dual Purpose motorcycle I wanted looking for the best buy. "DB-41H-250 motorcycle". There was a link to SaferWholesale with the bike priced at $1479. It was label as a "Saber DB-41H-250". I purchased it using my Credit Card (ALWAYS use a Credit Card in case of problems down the line) and was issued a receipt on the website and email. The following day I received a voicemail from SaferWholesale to contact them about shipping. I called and was told the bike was not listed on their website and how did I order it. I told the person I had used Google and he did the same search finding the link to the bike. He then told me SaferWholesale could not sell me the bike because it didn't exist on their website. I asked him, "If it doesn't exist how did I manage to pay for it and get a receipt?". He was flustered and handed the phone to another person. It was the owner, Gary Briden. Mr. Briden said they could send the same bike but the name had changed to the Hawk 2. I agreed to this. What's the difference in a name change, I thought? Well, they also charged me an additional $125 and sent me a different receipt. I did NOT authorize a $125 charge to my CC. This was a classic Bait & Switch tactic which they are known for. I contacted my CC company and a dispute has been filed. SaferWholesale even shipped the bike after my dispute was filed. They did have the shipment turned around before it was delivered to me. Now I wait for a full refund.

You need to protect yourself from these con artists. Here's how I did it:
1- Pay by Credit Card (NOT Debit or bank draft)
2- Screenshot ALL info of the transaction - website page w/ price, pictures, receipt, etc.
3- Save emails and voicemails. Contact should be done by email for printed proof.
4- File a complaint with the BBB. They seem to respond to complaints.
5- File a complaint w/ the Attorney General of Illinois. Google it to get the website. It takes a little time and you can upload all the info to them. They have several cases on SaferWholesale at this point.
6- Be patient. We need to get crooks like these out of business... FOREVER!

Best advice is to NOT BUY FROM THEM, PERIOD.

Our recent purchase of a scooter from these people we are not pleased what so ever, here is a list of problems that were found on our supposedly brand-new scooter:

This unit is not a brand-new unit but is actually somebody elses return or refurbished unit, following items are noted as being problems with this unit:

1) Indication of wreck
A. Scratches on left front fender
B. Entire base has been repainted
C. Front fender bent
D. Scratches on steering post
E. Replacement of light lens, yet speedometer lens faded unscratched
F. Dashboard is been repainted

2) Electrical problems
A. Speedometer shorted out when turning on light it pegs out past 50 Kph
B. When light is turned on unit immediately starts moving without any throttle

3) Miscellaneous items
A. No owners manual
B. Steering arm loose and not aligned (has changed while driving almost causing accident)
C. Key fob for automobile not related to Scooter adjacent to key ring
D. Brake cables frayed at back tires not completed correctly
E. No warning stickers or safety stickers on body
F. Rubber foot mat not attached to body simply slides off
G. Screw attaching dashboard to steering post too long and sticking out
H. Steering post rubber covers incorrect
I. Steering post not adjustable for height
J. Wires running from base of the unit to dashboard incorrectly run through outside of steering post
K. Wires running from base to dashboard covered with electrical tape
L. Front tires have been replaced in our new while rear tires are worn and used
M. Was shipped in a makeshift crate out of pallets and Dell Computer recycled packaging

Upon calling for customer service I was told thaty I could only contact them thru email and have yet to get a response. I rate this company as a -1, SaferWholesale even have a reveiw site on their invoice and all of the reviews are from inhouse personel, thats called false advertising!

Safe! LOL yep to rip ya off
I bought a scooter from this place on feb. 24 and still haven't received it. Upon calling the place back I got no answer from the hours of 8pm till 11 am but SaferWholesale say there open 24\7. When I did get ahold of them 2 times I was lied to yelled at and told I was stupid and didn't understand how it worked. They also would not give me my money back or a bill of sale or a tracking # unless I gave them my email address and I told them I did not want to give them that. I was yelled at again and told they would not help me without giving it to them. The man said that they are a online company and had to have it even though I called them on the phone to do my business. Still to this day I have NOT got anything, no bill of sales no tracking #. Also I found out that the pictures of the scooters are fake! They show disc brakes on the front tire and the description clearly say no disc brakes.
The man said sorry for that but the picture is still there on the site today. So I believe that's false advertising too. Channel 8 news and the bbb are investigating the place now. I maybe a stupid cookie but Im still a cookie in the box and didn't care to be talked to like that. I bought from this site because of the reviews being so good, but guess you only get good service if your not stupid like me or the reviews are not real. Beware of this place! Wish a true review was shown then I would NOT of bought from here. Oh and btw truck drivers do work weekends.

I bought a Lightening extended UTV for 4450. 00 It was suppose to be for adults and street legal. The machine i received was completely different. It is a cazador and for kids. It is not street legal as well. When i called the company to tell them SaferWholesale sent me the wrong machine i was told to send pics and email them which i did. They responded that it is the extended version and if i felt it was the wrong unit i should have left it in the crate. Well how am i suppose to know it is not the right version or even model if i don't take it out of the crate and put it together. There are no headlights or taillights turn signals side steps etc. There are stickers though of turn signals. I was told by Patrick the owners of the company said if i have any further issues to have a lawyer contact them. Which I am pursuing. The unit i was sent is only worth about half of what i paid. Then the windshield is completely wrong as well. It does not even fit the UTV. This company is a complete scam they should all be in jail for fraud. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! If anyone would like to see all the email correspondence or the phone calls from the rude staff just let me know. I would love to forward it to you. I still have not received the title for this machine as well. Update Artie said he would get me the parts to make the vehicle street legal like it was suppose to be and the missing/broken parts as well as discuss the price of what i received versus what i paid. To this day i have never heard from him again.

At first SaferWholesale are really friendly, I bought a little scooter for 500$ just for school. Then I waited for two weeks until they process my item, I call them a loooooot times during this time. After A WEEK, they emailed me that they don't have this kind of scooter anymore so they would like to send another one to replace it which worth 700$ if I'm ok with that. Well at that time, I was like "wow that's awesome". Anyway, I said it's fine, finally I got my little scooter over a week later. I paid my scooter on July 24th, 2014. I actually got it on Aug 29th. It's a really long time but I was happy cuz I don't need to wait 30min for bus. Right after I got this scooter, I followed this instructions, put everything together, check if there's anything wrong, make sure everything is in a right place and tighten, then fully charged for 10hrs. After, FINALLY! I WAS SO EXCITED TO TEST THIS CUTE SCOOTER! I turn on the key, try to move it in the yard, opps, not working at all. It shows fully charged, but not moving. I checked everything again, 100% that I put everything right and the battery is connected. Then I called them about this issue. Well, before I get my scooter, they pick up my phone for 30sec, AFTER I reported the scooter's problem, they pick up my phone after 20min! WTF! (honestly I'm not a rude person and I'm Asian, so I barely say some bull$#*! about things I bought online. But this one makes me so mad!). Keep going, they picked up my phone and I took my little scooter to a nearby store, they check that the connection with battery and handlebar was already broken. I called they again(which means another 20min-waiting), they said will send me a new handlebar sooner after they talk to their manger. Now I'm here. Call them a looooot times after that, no one respond, email is not responding either. Today is Sep 29,2014. I actually give up this $#*!ing scooter. This online company ( SAFERWHOLESALE) IS A JERK. Hopefully someone who is about to buy something from this company, could notice my experience.

Dec 23rd - Emailed - *******@saferwholesale.com to check on the status of my order...

Dec 26th - Phone to check on order with Scott - he wasn't available left msg with receptionist. Received email back from Gerardo at *******@saferwholesale.com stating total ship time from date of order is between 10 – 15 business days. I will see a tracking # between the 9th and 11th business day...

Jan 02 - Phoned and talked to Micky no tracking # yet he's going to print off receipt and leave it on Tim's Murphy's (Product Manager) desk and he'll get back to me within 24hrs...

Jan. 03 - Phoned to follow up since it's been more than 24hrs - talked to Micky - says I'm scheduled for a call back from Tim - end of conversation

Jan. 06 - No call back from Tim - phoned to follow up again - talked to Micky - notes on account - item not available anymore has been discontinued - issue refund - will receive in 7-10 business days...

Summary: received full refund back on card... Never spoke to Tim once... It would have been nice to get a phone call back explaining the situation instead of getting the run around...

I purchased the new "Fat Tire, All Terrain, Electric Bicycle"
I have worked with the folks at Safer Wholesale for the past several weeks to purchase my electric bicycle... The sales group was very courteous and helpful, as I was seeking information to decide on the proper product for my needs... The "Fat Tire Electric Bicycle" arrived at my home in Delaware in perfect condition, and the lead acid battery pack arrived the next day, also in perfect condition... I took the bicycle to my local shop for assembly and safety check... At the bike shop the technician found the crank shaft was slightly bent... we called Jerry in service/claims and he promptly sent us a replacement... I have spoken to Jerry to request quotes for spare parts and was promptly sent the information... I use the new "Fat Tire Electric Bicycle" in the fields and trails behind my home and it is amazing... in fact... my 3 buddies have tested the new bicycle and SaferWholesale are each planning to purchase one as well... I am now "74" years of age and with this electric bicycle I am able to use it effortlessly, as if I had the strength that I had in my mid 50's... I am now able to enjoy the bicycle in ways I thought were long gone... Thank you Safer Wholesale for renewing a special biking experience for me, and for your really responsive and professional service after the sale, especially the service provided by Jerry and his group...

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
So, I find Safer Wholesale on the internet... so sorry I did not research reviews. I ordered two scooters, one in blue, one in green. $1200. The salesman who was polite asked me for an e check (less processing fees)... stupid me... did it. I get an email about 2 hours later with an invoice. He said it would arrive in 10-15 business days. (have to wait for check to clear or some nonsense). I start calling 8 days out... get put on hold... get hung up on... get told some reason why it has not shipped yet. Finally notice SaferWholesale have an incomplete address... call again, get put on hold (funny when I was handing over my money, I was not put on hold once)... Call again and I get the address corrected and promised the scooters would arrive next week... this is over 15 days out. Then I get a call that guess what?... they don't have the colors I ordered. I can go with white or grey. I informed them that they had the colors when I ordered or at least they said they did... I tell them I want a refund... a very very rude salesman tells me that it will be 30 days before they mail my check... I tell them that nothing in today's world takes 30 days except for them... he hangs up on me. I call back, tell them I want my check mailed immediately... they tell me there is nothing I can do about it and hang up again. NEVER buy from this company... once they get your money... there is NO customer service. Still waiting on my check. BBB and my attorney may be my next phone call.

Take a deep breath so you'll have the attention span to read this. Late at night, Wednesday, July 6th, I discovered Saferwholesale.com/Great Sports Inc by searching for an inflatable product. [I spent my whole day searching for a good deal on this particular item. This item is scarce. If you continue below, you'll realize why I now recommend spending at least 12 solid consistent hours on researching a company regardless of how good the deal is. Ignore the time pressure.]

The inflatable product photographed on their website matched the color and appeared to be made of the material I needed for my business. [However, SaferWholesale are using a photo of a superior quality item with a popular design to advertise for the chemical reeking, poorer quality, differently designed inflatable I received hours ago. The smell is making my wife and I sick to our stomachs. Unfortunately, we have no other place to store itOur property management does now allow us to store items outside.]

I would have liked to do further research but Saferwholesale.com/Great Sports Inc was advertising an after July 4th sale. I felt pressure to buy it that night due to the lower than expected price. I spent roughly 2 hours researching consumer complaints but they were all related to motor vehicle issues. I concluded that motor vehicle shipments were a more complicated process and that issues would not likely occur with my inflatable order. [However, we received a chemical reeking poorer quality, differently designed inflatable via UPS hours ago. The smell is making my wife and I sick. Also, the sale resets itself everyday. The price and the reason for the low price has not changed for the last 5 days. I should have waited]

So after research, I noticed the description of the photographed product says it is made out of 420D Oxford Cloth and PVC. 40m. [However, I still used the photograph as a reference. After receiving the product hours ago I now realize the product in the photograph is obviously made of a different material and radically different than the one I received. I believe this is false advertisement because the photo and description of the material contradict each other.]

Lastly, when ordering, customers have two shipping options: Express or regular shipping. Express is $49.99 and regular is stated to be free. [However, after completing my order, Matthew (sales rep.) called to confirm my order and used a brand new explanation on how shipping would cost $165.00 due to their 'drop shipping' process via Los Angeles. It felt like a bait and switch because the website says "FREE DELIVERY". It was late so I crossed my fingers and just hoped that it would look exactly like the advertised photo their using to sale this product. It was not what was advertised and I called customer service and they told me to take photo's of what I received and send it to them.]

Their delivery is very fast; however, I did not get the right product. So if you are reading this and thinking about buying from them, you are very likely to get your item within quickly (5-days) but it won't be exactly like their advertising. Based on my experience; SaferWholesaler.com/Great Sports Inc. is skimping on quality service and is focused on volume. My guess is that they have an office culture whereas managers demonize customers for lacking common sense and condition their new employees to not care about consumer concerns. Their terms and conditions probably make senior management feel invincible. A sad state of affairs. I am now in the process of doing what I can to get my money back (roughly $1,200). I will update this post with positive or negative news.

April 7th: order trike and am told that if I use a direct debit from my checking account, SaferWholesale will not charge shipping fee. I authorize a direct debit for $1789. 95

April 22nd: I have not heard a word about my order, so I call and am assured that it will ship soon.

April 23rd: I get an email saying the trike is out of stock. No idea when it will be avaiilable. Could be months. For $250 more they will immediately ship a better trike (they are giving me SUCH a deal). I refuse and tell them I want a full refund to which they reply that there are no refunds and that the best they will do is give me a store credit. They finally come down to $175 additional for the other trike. They really have me over a barrel at this point. I need the trike and they have my money. I do however refuse to use a direct debit, so they agree to take a credit card for the additional money. They assure me that it is in stock in Georgia and I will have it in my hands in 5 to 6 days.

April 30th: No news so I call and they tell me to call back on Monday and they will have my tracking number.

May 2nd (Monday): No word from them so I call and they say there is a problem. The item isn't in stock in Georgia afterall, it is in California. It's going to take them a week or so to get it straightened out so call back on the following Friday. I ask why I was guaranteed it was in stock in Georgia and they refuse to give me an answer.

May 9th (Friday): Call and they say they are working on it. I go off on them and am promised that they will have updated tracking information for me on Monday. To please give them time. Tell me to call back on Monday.

May 12th:(Monday) I call and they are "still working on it". I demand a refund yet again and am told again..."sorry no refunds. Can only give you a store credit". They swear that they will have the tracking info by Friday. Please give them till them to get it straight as they are working SO hard to get this right for me.

May 16th:(today) I call and am told to wait for a manager. Manager comes on and says that because the item is in California, and not Georgia, that the shipping cost is much more and they want $200 MORE MONEY. I tell them that my lawyer will in contact with them. They say that they will after all give me a refund but it will take 4 to 6 weeks. I tell them it took them 8 hours to take the money out of my bank account and that I need this money to go buy another trike now, not in 6 weeks. They tell me that's not possible and when I get irate and tell them that my lawyer will contact them, they say "fine, he'll be more reasonable then you are right now" and hang up on me.

I am now disputing all charges with my bank and my credit card company. AVOID THIS THIEVES AT ALL COST.

That being said, I have extensively shopped items I myself have purchased as a consumer namely appliances for one... in over half the items I researched, exact same appliance I purchased most on sale, your company beat prices I was able to find 10 out of 10 times. That was in general pricing. PLUS THE ITEMS YOU CARRY ARE SOME OF THE LARGEST AND BEST NAMES IN THE BUSINESS! Now I'm working on my wishlist. The massage chair for us both would be ideal with the problems he has with his back and mine from caring for him. I also recently purchased a full size arcade game for a Christmas gift. I was just bummed to find out if I had known about you I would have gotten hundreds of games incl. On the machine FOR LESS COST! I haven't tried ‘make an offer' yet but that will be my next move. I'm a no nonsense mother grandmother who rarely is impressed, I guess you could go so far as to call me a hard sell. However, after making a list of items I'd like to have or items I know my good friends are looking for, then calling a few good associates who are knowledgeable about accurate prices, it seems your companies prices beat them all hands down. I'm not only comfortable sharing your info with my very good some lifelong friends for them to take advantage of the savings, but I'm actively setting up a game plan to offer them to others on a larger scope who could also use a break during these hard times. I may still be a hard sell, but thanks to your site I found by accident, consider me absolutely sold! Buyer of UTV - WISH I NEVER BOUGHT FROM THIS COMPANY
I do not recommend this company at all. I have had problems from after I paid all the way to the end of received MSO information.
First 2 weeks into the order SaferWholesale say they don't have the one I paid for and they are shipping a different one. The I get a call from UPS saying they can't deliver because they can off-load. So I call the PM says he will work it out after 36 hours no return call. So I'm stuck going to get UTV 50 miles from my house. FYI this was supposed to expedited shipping to my door and off-loaded. When I see the box at ups low and behold the unit is not assembled. I had no idea I had to assemble. So then I get it assembled and learn I don't have paperwork to license it. Call them again with this issue and they say they took care of it and I should be receiving it. Well It's been 2 weeks from day they said they mailed it and still haven't received it. Called again and said they would have to call manufacturer and have another sent to them and then they send to me.
So long story short - I don't recommend this company. Very unpleasant to work with. I spent $7775 on my purchase you'd think they would at least do what they say. After the fact I started doing research and found they have law suits and major complaints all over the country.
Do yourself a favor and don't buy from them!

On 5/6/2014, my wife ordered a RCI-22,22 Foot Fully Loaded Pontoon boat, as a gift for my 20 year retirement from the United States Marine Corps. It was a great deal! She was very excited! With a delivery date of 8 weeks, we would be able to take the boat and family out on a couple of trips before the cold started rolling in.

However, 7/21/2014 we found out through our sales rep that the design we wanted would not be available for another 8 weeks or so and offered us a "Newer" model. We expressed our concerns about the newer pontoon being a RCI-21, (turns out to be a 21 Foot Boat), not fully loaded and were assured via email that it was the "Same boat just with a different configuration. The included features are: Bimini Top, Navigation Lights, Captain Chair with Flip-Up Arm Rests. Optional features include: Power Stereo w/ Speakers for 499.99. Your total refund for the difference of the boat will be $1963. 00." My wife chose the Stereo so expected refund would be $1463. 01 (still have not received this) (and no, there is no record with our bank "NFCU" that shows any deposit attempt).

Now the date is 10/20/2014, after hearing NOTHING from the company, we wrote another email expressing our anger at not only the lack of communication (regardless of what SaferWholesale wish you to think), but also the infinite extensions that were obviously taking place. We filed with the BBB and FTC and advised the company that we wanted our money returned and did not care to receive the boat that we had been waiting on since May 2014. By the way do not bother with the BBB... the company never returned any attempts at communication by the BBB which translates to a lower rating submission and nothing that really helps you as the customer. Then comes the email response stating that, "Unfortunately, as a wholesale company we do not allow returns or cancellations." and "Once a deal has been brokered it is final." hmmm...

Now lets roll to a call made Jan 2015 with a gentlemen at sales that states, "If we (my wife and I) were not so wishy, washy about the sale, we would have the boat already." (you know who you are)... interesting... I was under the impression that "Once a deal has been brokered it is final." Not only that, so how many changes have to be made and exactly how long is TOO long to be waiting for a $16,000.00 product before a customer is "allowed" to get frustrated TO THE POINT of not even having the taste for the product that he/she was so excited about half a year earlier?

Fast forward now to 1/19/2015 and we receive the boat. It did NOT include:

1. Battery
2. Gauges
3. Jack for trailer
4. The extra foot of boat that we were informed we were getting.

It did have:

1. Stereo
2. Detached outboard motor

And we have still received $0.00 of that refund.

Again, we have no control over where you wish to shop. All we can do is share our experiences (good or bad). Unfortunately, nothing but bad here.

Good thing we have folks out there that fight over seas to ensure the freedom of treating others like dirt is always a choice.

I am 49 years old and have been an avid buyer on the internet for 20 years. This is the absolute worst buying experience I have ever had. I foolishly ordered a hot tub from whoever runs this site. I also foolishly gave them an electronic check. Then I received a phone call informing me that there was an $869 shipping charge, which was much different than the $40 charge for residential delivery that was posted on the listing. I said "no way jose". Then SaferWholesale lowered the amount due. Eventually they lowered the amount to zero, but I still said: "Cancel my order". This was 5 minutes after placing it, but the response I got was: "You must submit your request in writing. This is a custom hot tub, blahh, blahh, blahh". I submitted my request in writing, but low and behold, they charged the full amount against my bank account the next day. The electronic debit that they submitted did not use the check number I gave them and they changed the collection name. Therefore they got by both: (1) my effort to stop the check and (2) the fact that I had drained the account. For some reason, my bank clears electronic debits regardless of available funds- even though it does not clear checks. So now, I am investigating the legality of their actions. If you look this company up at the Better Business Bureau you will see that they get an "F" rating. They have never resolved a complaint. The company does business under many identities. So you don't know exactly what name will appear on your bank card or e-check. Assuming that I don't get my money back, I assume I will receive something that loosely resembles an 8 person hot tub. But god forbid anything is wrong with it (a condition I consider likely) because Safer Wholesale's policy is that they are not responsible for "any defect". According to their policy, if you sign for delivery, than any defect is yours. So when my hot tub comes in a box, I can either: (a) accept whatever junk is in it or (b) try to get the freight guy to wait 7 hours while I take the hot tub out of the box, inspect it thoroughly, fill it with water and see if it actually works. I doubt that he will accommodate my request. If it doesn't work, SaferWholesale.com will say: "but you signed".

(the main reason why I went with them over the others) price wise their product was the same. After placing my ordering I was told I would receive my product before Dec. 22. I placed and order for 2 units on the same day maybe an hour apart.
As of today Dec. 19th one of my units has shipped while the other is still sitting at the warehouse waiting. I tried contacting customer service and the lady that I talked to was very very rude. The person that I placed my order with hung up the phone... they keep telling me it will be here before the 25th. Granted it still has to be put together! That's why I gave them 2 stars.

I am a 73 old lady who bought a Golf Cart from this company. I bought it with the understanding that it would have new batteries and new tires. When it arrived, it lurched while driving and eventually stopped. I had to have it picked up by a service company who called and said that the motor was burnt out from too much wear over the years. SaferWholesale said it was probably a fleet car at a golf course and was ridden rough by overzealous golfers. The charger receptical had been by passed, the batteries were 6 years old, there were only new tires on the front, and it had a rotted out handle and a slit in the vinyl seat.

I called and tried to talk to a manager or an owner. No one would give me the name of the owner, in fact, no one I dealt with would give me a last name. They go under the name of Safer Wholesale and Great Sports, Inc. Their fax does not work and the BBB in Illinois has never heard of them.

As i said, I am a 73 year old retired woman on a fixed income who has been duped. I am going to have to hire an attorney or get a consumers avocate on them just to get the owners name.

Dont buy anything from these companies. They are some kind of web marketers and sell all sorts of things for which they will not be responsible nor do they have any expertise in the products.

What a NIGHTMARE!
I wish i could rate these guys a zero because SaferWholesale dont even deserve a "1" rating. First off a guy named Bob lied to me, told me my bike would be delivered 6 days from when my check cleared the bank. 16 days later I had my bike. Also almost every rep I spoke with was a rude a$$hole... so after waiting 16 days to get it they informed me that it would take ANOTHER THREE TO FOUR WEEKS to receive the title! Sweet deal. Wtf. So if u feel like waiting almost 2 months total before you can ride your motorcycle/scooter and like dealing with rude representatives by all means buy from safer wholesale. Also I live in an apartment building and the cops patrol the parking lot every day so I couldn't have it sitting in the lot without plates on it. I asked a manager there what am I supposed to do and his reply was "you're an adult you can figure it out". Then he told me to just rent out a storage for a month till I get the title. Wow these guys are real sh1theads. I told him my friend wanted to order the same bike bc he liked mine and i told this so called manager my friend wasn't gonna order from them bc of their horrible service and his reply was "good, I don't care"- what a great salesman! So- I had to spend another $100 on a storage space. Man I really wish I would have known about it taking 3-4 weeks before I got a title. I never would have ordered it from them. I got the ninja 125cc motorcycle and I found out after placing the order that another site, venom motorsports sells the same exact bike (just named different- called an x22) for $150 cheaper ($1599 total out the door) and they guaranteed delivery in 5 days without having to wait another month on top of that for the title to arrive bc it comes with the bike. They don't also sell beauty products and saunas lol like safer wholesale just motorsport stuff go figure. Wtf was I thinking ordering a motorcycle from a place that also sells beauty products and saunas? Lol. Oh yeah and before my check cleared I called and got a hold of Bob to cancel my order he asked why and I told him I wanted to order from Venom, his response was that they would charge me a 25% cancellation fee! He said this was because they had already ordered it. First off- I don't think that's legal because the check hadn't cleared yet. Hey, my name is Lisa. I bought my 1st moped / scooter. Its a VIP BOOM. First off, I want to say that NO ONE NOT ANY OTHER store or buisness etc. Has cheaper sales or deals. Before i bought my scooter I obviously since it was my first, I spent a lot of time searching and deciding on which type and from which store or retailer to choose. I found safer Wholesale on my first search, but just because i am paranoid skeptic lol I kept looking for a few more days. But i eneded up going with these guys. YES I DEFINITELY AM PROUD OF the DECISION I made. I have had nothing but questions and SaferWholesale with each question and without any problems or disrespect, have been so nice and everyone I have had to speak to has been patient. Its really nice that they without any delay have helped with parts. I had to have a new carb. And they just needed the type of my scooter and info for it so they could send me the new and correct carburettor. Also it was better than the original carb. That it came with. But other than that, their price was almost $400.00 cheaper than other stores. And it was the same exact kind.
I definitely WOULD AND WILL RECOMMEND SAFER WHOLESALE. And i will be buying my son's scooter from yall. And i will be asap will be putting one on layaway for my husband... By the way. That IS AN OPTION! WHICH IS TOTALLY COOL!

Where do I begin with these people

I ordered the 800cc Warrior Go-Kart from them and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. I thought I would buy from a local company located in Joliet, IL as it's only a 35 min drive from my house. I had seen this same Kart for hundreds of dollars less elsewhere but figured it was worth the extra cost to support a local business and I can get it serviced fairly easily.

The salesman offered to have it assembled "by them at their shop" for just few hundred dollars more but I declined the offer. It was delivered to my home 26 days later (20 business days) and assembly began. All went as planned but within a few weeks I was having issues with it bogging down at high speeds at first and then even at slow speeds.

After about the 5th week I noticed the fuel pump was making an unusual amount of noise and I called SaferWholesales parts department where I told them of the issue I was having. The guy on the phone told me it was the carburetor. After explaining to him I knew it wasn't the carburetor and it was the fuel pump I was told "I'll sell you a fuel pump if you want even though it's just a carburetor issue". Now I am no mechanic but neither is the guy on the phone. The attitude I got from him was completely uncalled for. This is when I was told it was only a 30 day warranty and I was almost 30 days past the end of the warranty period (though the website says 6 months see link below). So I had to buy one rather then it being a free replacement. I asked to speak with a supervisor and "none where there to talk with". What company doesn't have a boss there at all times? I want THAT job! Rather than going off on the guy I hung up to call later and talk with someone else and or a supervisor.

Calling back later that day and asked where SaferWholesale were located so I can have them fix it (seeing they know so much about motors and such) and was told "We don't service them here". This is clearly NOT what the salesman had said or was at least implied to me when I purchased my kart so I was really irritated. However this guy was extremely polite and apologetic so I was just as nice to him. I told him of my issue and he said the new pump would be $85 + $10 for shipping. Explaining that I paid over $6,000 with them and this was extremely unfair and asked if there was nothing they could do. He kindly said no. I told him I would call back later when I figured out what to do. I wanted to figure out a more cost effective solution and to "make sure" it was the pump before spending $95 with a company I was extremely unhappy with.

I asked my neighbor (who is a mechanic) to look at it, he immediately noticed the fuel pump was making far too much noise and was vibrating in excess of anything he has ever seen for a fuel pump to be running correctly. After further investigation by him it was discovered that there was some kind of silicone gel floating in the fuel tank (used as a sealant for the top and bottom half of the fuel tank). These chunks of gel had gone into the fuel line destroying the fuel filter, fuel line and pump requiring me to get a replacement for all three.

I called SaferWholesales part department again

After talking with someone there and explaining the issue again and asking what if anything they could do for me. It was again pointed out to me that it was a 30 day warranty and there was nothing else they could do. Having no choice at that time, I paid the insane price of $95 for a fuel pump. I was told it takes 10 business days for my "check by phone" to clear (their parts department doesn't take credit cards).
After waiting 17 days I get a e-mail with my UPS tracking number. I'm not happy but things are looking up. So here I am waiting on the day it said it was going to be delivered (21 days) and no package. I called up SaferWholesales again and ask where it is. I was told "We don't know what happened but it wasn't shipped yet. We will make sure it gets sent out tomorrow, Sorry".
Save your money for someone that cares about their customers and stands behind their products. SaferWholesale is NOT a safe buy.

I ORDERED A ODESSA DUEL SWING IRON DRIVE WAY GATE 7/13/2015 AT WHICH TIME I WAS TOLD THE GATE WOULD BE DELIVERED WITHIN 3 TO 4 WEEKS! This is a follow up on your order for the 250 GT Sport. I just learned (0737 am, on Tuesday) that the 250cc GT Sport is currently unavailable. We checked several warehouses and also our competitors and as of today the entire country is out of stock. We have a couple of simple solutions as follows.
I can offer you this 250cc Scout which is an upgrade and normally about 226.00 more for NO EXTRA charge and this unit would be available to ship quickly. So again we can do the Scout with no additional cost to you if you would like.

As of right now we are trying to get better shipping quotes. As it stands, we would be loosing about 300.00 so we would not be able to do the 260 for no charge...

Would you be able to stretch 300.00 that way we would at least break even?
