Never Again
I placed an order & paid for expedited shipping on October 21st and still have no items. I sent an email and did get an immediate response the same day (November 10th), asking that I allow one additional week for them to fulfill my orders. It is now December 5th, and I have not received my items. I am beyond disappointed. I know more than ten businesses and would never recommend this company to them. This is absolutely horrible and misleading when it comes to production and delivery when anticipated. I will never patronize this company.

Tree of Life Pendent
The ordering process was very easy to do. Shipping took a little while, but I was not disappointed with the results. It was worth the wait!

Hadn't heard or seen an update for a while on shipping. The representative checked in on it for me and was able to put my mind at ease. RoseFeels even followed up a few days later to see if the shipping updated on my end at all.

I previously ordered the large size for my husband
I previously ordered the large size for my husband. RoseFeels were too small. His wrist is 7.5" so it should have fit. I'm not sure if the circumference size advertised is the inside of the bracelet or the outside (My measurements indicate it is the outside). If it is the outside these might also be too small. Judging by the previous bracelets this is outside circumference which is misleading. If that is the case I will just break them down and make my own.

Though the product came quickly, it wasn't what I expected. The top corners had paint chips, the base was cracked and RoseFeels put their website on it in large letters at the bottom which totally confused my costumers
I had to cover it up along with the paint chips and base crack with rhinestone tape.

Terrible customer service
My husband got his bracelet yesterday and I have a few pressing issues with it. The font looks completely different than the picture when I ordered it and the bracelet is too small—I made sure to measure his wrist so it wouldn't be. He somehow got it to fit but it's SO tight, cutting off his circulation. Finally, this morning, he sends me a picture of the leather splitting and unraveling. It hasn't even been on for 24 hours. I am thoroughly dissatisfied. Now, I won't have a gift in time for Father's Day because shipping took forever. I emailed them and all RoseFeels did was send me the tracking number for THE ORIGINAL purchase. They didn't even address my concerns. Terrible customer service.

I just wanted to know when my necklace was coming. It took a couple of days for someone to get back to me.
I wish you had a better tracking system.

Feels like a scam site
I'm not entirely sure if this website is a legitimate store or a scam sight. I order a bracelet from them in mid November from them for a Christmas present. The expected delivery date was in early December so I was quite surprised when I had heard absolutely nothing from them by this date, but checking my PayPal RoseFeels had taken payment so the order clearly had gone through. I contacted them and they gave me a very vague response apologies for the delay but promising to hurry the order and saying it would arrive in time for Christmas. A week later still nothing apart from my customer service reply, not even a confirmation of the order, so I contact them again asking for some indication of timeline will it arrive in time for Christmas? They told me that they couldn't give me and indication of the estimated delivery date and were no longer willing to say it would arrive in time for Christmas. I cancelled my order and am homing to get a refund without having to go through PayPal. I have no idea if my order would eventually turn up or what the quality would of been. I personally feel this is a scam sight but I don't know maybe it is just really really bad customer service…

I received three tracking numbers the first two I could not track anything it would not find nothing after emailing you to get the right tracking number then I finally found out where my package was and it took a lot longer than 8 days to get to me it took about a month

Beautiful wait
I was very excited to order a personalized gift for Christmas. I wish I would have known it would take a month to receive. I would have ordered earlier.

I emailed a few times about wait time and tracking issues . And RoseFeels took about a day to reply and tried there best to give me information

There's a few suggestion I have
There's a few suggestion I have. First I ordered a QR code sign. There are many colors to choose from but no references. The colors blue and green for example have a wide variety of colors. You should show samples.
Secondly there was no way to add a second line to the text I wanted. I have to hope the person that creates my sign has some common sense and does it the way I want

Long time wait for mediocre quality
I ordered a necklace that looked to beautiful online. It took quite awhile to get it outside of the 5-8 days, almost 3 weeks. It was engraved on gold and on the very front of the necklace it was cloudy and scratched like it got caught in the machine and was sent to me anyway

Pretty necklace, disappointed grandson
Was easy to order. Thought I would get to see a proof but there was no more communication with Rosefeels until after shipping. No response to my inquiry until after shipping either. Unfortunately it did not arrive on time. But necklace is pretty and recepient is happy with it.

I received a delayed email response after shipment.

Waste of time and poor customer service
I ordered a personalised name necklace to surprise a person the production of the necklace and the duration of the time taken is awful unlike other companies that can do the making of the necklace in half that amount of time. Customer service a key skill required in retail and e-commerce sites RoseFeels have none of that the best form of contact method is email and a typical email takes 24 hours to respond. A limited source of being able to contact they should explore and browse expanding contact methods through live chats, phone numbers etc. Finally, when you want an item re-delivered because of an exceptional circumstance through one courier it is seen as acceptable in using that to say a delivery is not possible unless I wait 2-3 weeks again if I had to wait that long it would have been past 2 months waiting for production of a necklace and it would have just been 3 months for it to be delivered. Production and estimation needs working on. If other companies can make personalised items in days why wait for weeks.

Its okay.
I order my mother and father their Christmas gifts from this website. First when I ordered everything, I did not receive another email updating me and it was coming close to a month after ordering. I finally emailed THEM asking about tracking, and RoseFeels DID email me back pretty quick and finally gave me the shipping and tracking information. I then got the packages a few days after Christmas. The quality of my mothers gift was pretty nice, but my fathers bracelet that I bought, the words were starting to smear slightly. But overall, everything came in fairly good condition so I'm pleased.

I emailed them since I did not receive any information other than my confirmation receipt email for almost close to a month after purchasing. I believe it was about 1 day and they emailed me back and sent me my confirmation and tracking information and I received my gift shortly after.

I ordered a personalized necklace for my mom, when it came in the mail, I realized her birth stone was wrong. So I looked at the return page on their website and it told me to contact costumer service. I asked for a refund and all RoseFeels would do is tell me they will give me a coupon to buy another even though their website said I could return it. I argued back and fourth with them because I wanted my money back and they were ignoring any requests to return my order. Eventually they said they would send me the "correct" necklace and I accepted it because they simply wouldn't refund me after a week of back and fourth emails. Currently waiting for the "correct" necklace and if it is wrong again, I am calling. I have never experienced such terrible costumer service, I guess if you want something from there I wouldn't get anything personalized. Will never buy from again.

Delayed delayed
Your delivery of 4 to 8 day is a joke. 3 weeks was not or is not acceptable when you show 4 to 8 days. Product is as ordered. My grip was delivery time as this was a main Christmas gift. No excuse was given and no compensation was offered. It's a matter of your integrity.

Response was slow and not very concerning about my experience.

Still hasn't arrived
I ordered a necklace for my mom's birthday on April 29th and paid for 3-day expedited shipping but what RoseFeels don't tell you is how long they take to prepare the item for shipping it's now May 24th and I still haven't received an email letting me know that my item is ready for shipping and they can't tell me when it will be ready so glad I paid that extra $30 but not to worry 3 weeks ago they put a rush on it

Not bad
The necklace looked nice when it arrived. It took it quite a while to get here (maybe 3 weeks) but I was able to track it. So, overall it was a good experience.

When it took so long for my product to arrive, I sent an email because I knew there were so many scams this year. It took a few days for someone to respond but I did finally get a response.

I was nervous about ordering online and I found you all on google, so when I got the confirmation notice and said I could follow the progress, which I never could I was wondering if I had been taken, and even after I tried emailing you all to see how my order was or even if you got it. Then 3 or 4 days after that I got my order, the 20 inch necklace seems a little shorter but it will do, my friend hopefully will love it with her sons picture on it. Thank you for this type of product it's a hard thing to do for the ones we lose and and want to remember them.

Still not received my order
After two months of waiting and emailing this company I still have not received my necklace I knew this item would take time to make ad its personilsed but when I've emailed to ask about my order all I get is its in the process of being made and sorry they've been busy with thanksgiving which isn't good enough this was a gift for someone birthday which I still have yet to give me.

Overall experience was great
I made my purchase before christmas and paid the extra money for it; however, I did not receive my purchase within the given time frame. I do say that the communication was great though. I sent an email about the situation, and RoseFeels refunded me my money for the expedited fee I paid since I didn't receive my order on time. The purchase overall is great quality. I loved it. I recommended site to friends and family.

Very Satisfied
The necklace I purchased for my 75 year old mother is beautiful. Seems to be of good quality, sturdy shiny silver chain that mom can slip easily over her head. The picture is beautifully set. This will be a birthday gift to my mother. We lost my Dad this past November 2021.

I couldn't find any way to get a hold of anyone for assistance so I had to order the exact same thing twice since the first order had one simple mistake. I had forgot to order one extra charm. So now when I receive both bracelets I will have to figure out how to get one returned back since I could not get any help and it is very close to Christmas and this is a Christmas gift. I am extremely disappointed in the fact that there is no way to get assistance. Your site says it offers 24/7 chat support yet there is no option for that. I've sent multiple emails and have not gotten any responses. All I needed was to alter my order in order to add one extra engraved charm but instead I had to order a whole new charm bracelet. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. You all really need to find a better way for your customers to contact you. The customer service option you offer is unacceptable.

Came on time!
I love the great deals RoseFeels have! I ordered the heart shaped mother's necklace in rose gold with 8 stones in it along with the promise ring in rose gold with heart shaped stones in it. Both look very nice. Though a few of the letters were missing some of ink in them. The tracking number said it was arriving later than it actually did. I was really happy when it showed up! I was worried a little that it was a scam because it does come from China. But I'm glad I ordered what I did.

I really love my chain
Very happy to have found a name necklace that was completely sterling silver! I love the necklace but I will be honest that I was a little surprised seeing how dainty it is. The necklace chain is quite thin which worries me but I haven't had any problems yet. All in all, I love the necklace.

Jewellery very late and terrible quality
I purchased a personalised necklace for a birthday gift on 13/9/21 with a 6-9 day shipping timeframe specifically so I could get it in time for the Birthday. Four weeks later, it arrived on 9/10/21 from China I believe, way too late for the birthday gift. I had to spend more money on a substitute gift. Then... when it arrived, the quality of the necklace was awful. A big chunk of the jewellery was taken out of the necklace pendant near where the name engraving was done. It looked terrible, like the imprint of the letter J was done incorrectly and didn't match the other engraving - See attached photos, zoom in to the arrow near the J. The company are still playing games with me about giving me a refund and I have had to lodge a paypal dispute. So disappointing, on both counts.

Great Product|Extended Shipping Time
I found this product on a Google search page and thought it was a great gift idea.
It was delivered yesterday.
Brown leather is more gray than brown but the product is well liked by my Dad.
It was a Christmas gift so I wasn't happy with the length of transit time but I'd still order again.

I am really excited for my boyfriend to receive this gift. I just wish that I could have seen examples of the writing and actually seen an example of how the bracelet would turn out. Either way I am still very excited to see how it looks and I know he is going to love it!

Slow Slow Slow
I ordered a father's day gift 10 days before Father's Day. We are now 14 days from date of order (and 4 days past Father's Day) and it is still sitting in New York. I would not order from this company again. There are others with better service. On the same order date, I ordered a similar customized gift from a different company and it was received the day before Father's Day. Won't make this mistake twice.
