I noticed some addresses aren't updated, and a couple other things from some people I've looked up. Other than that, I'm pretty satisfied so far. Thank you!

When the little alarm symbol appears, it signifies that there was a change in the report, however, it doesn't point out WHAT exactly changed, making it much more difficult to discern the change.

I have looked up several people on here with correct info and for some reason you dont have them in the data base. Public Info Services do have criminal back grounds. Plus I found a person on here then tried to find her again and her info disappeared from your site.

Some information is inaccurate... Too much info is incorrect. Was wondering if this is due to information that is not up to date or just a terrible mistake?

Very little real info no marriage death certificates the marriage licenses what I am searching for and there's no children listed when I search about my mother! Will be cancelling service soon...

Kind of confusing. You show me the person I'm looking for then find my account and then it opens on dashboard and doesn't show the person I was looking for! Not sure where to go then. Also you aren't showing all records because several people I looked up had arrests that you didn't show.

The only reason I paid for this is cause the website advertises mug shots from arrests. Could not find a single one anyone including myself who have been arrested and booked. For this reason, I believe it's false advertising just trying to take your money

I've found erroneous information; even on property ownership... Most of the info is good but it could be more explicit. However, overall I am satisfied.

It's over. I'm not dead my husband died Jerry in Sept 15th2015. His oldest daughter is still using his name his SS number. U got his Aliases dead. Every phone number is mine she has on Garrison Rd where she changed his address to. I thought u needed this info. I lost my home of 32 yrs my kids n I. If u need more info I have it. Not as current as it could be. I entered my address in the system and when I pulled my own background it shows my previous address as my current.

Okay so I used this site to sleuth a partner I was with, and it was incredibly helpful. And I found all the info I needed during my 1 week trial that only costed me $1, which is incredible. I was so appreciative by the info that I uncovered that I decided to pay at least a few months to continue the service. And actually I just used it to look up someone I met via dating app! Very useful.

Thankfully (or not) this was the 1st background info service I used. It unveiled several bits of repugnant information about the person I was dating. I was desperate to know more details... so I tried other sites as well seeking more information about criminal charges/marriage/divorce records. Despite my efforts and paying two different other sites, Public Info Services hands down had the most comprehensive information I could find. By wasting my money on other services, I realized that this site probably gave me everything I could have possibly asked for from a background check on this man. It turns out he was married if anyone is curious :) and he also had some criminal charges as well.

I do have two complaints though: I couldn't figure out a good way to print a report, and I their "social profile" section appears to be pretty worthless. However, all things considered, these are fairly minor complaints.

My experience so far has been good in general. Though there is one improvement that would help the overall experience is updating backgrounds than in a more timely fashion. I only say this because I have been a member since last year and I use this routinely for safety reasons—- and new arrests/charges that had been added around the end of April 2021 that had taken place back in November 2020.

The best people search i have been on so far it gives you all the information you need right then some of them just want to take your money Public Info Services give you a little information and then want to charge you for a little more and when they say just a $1 for 7 day trial they charge you for every person you look up they are all misleading. Public Inforservices.com is so far trustworthy and is a good app to have and I think that I will keep this app after my 7 days are up. Thank you.

Complete Full reports, lists everything from family, friends, neighbors, employment, EVERYTHING! And it only takes about 5 seconds for a full reports on each person you enter! Best background checker I've ever used. Amazing! I Highly recommend this sight

No guarantee you will receive any email confirming membership and account logon to decline further automatic charges that may accrue. Mine went to SPAM folder and set unread for 6 months until $29.94 recurring monthly chanrge showed up pending on Credit Card account for further confirmation by me. Of course, I paid the $2 originally to check out the service, but never had any chance to decline membership and further monthly charges due to Junk Mail receiving notice of billing and logon. Looked like a scam originally and now it is confirmed by continued monthly charges for no services provided over 6 months.

What a waste of time and money while he is still involved in embezzlement

I know for a fact that the person I pulled a report was arrested in November of 2019 for a felony charge. The report had zero for criminal. In fact Public Info Services had 2 arrests that I know about. That is important so I can't give this even 1 star.

Ive done a self background check and some of the info isnt 100% correct. I wish Public Info Services provided the actually facebook page for the person I am looking up. And they dont offer any pictures at all

I know for a fact that a lot of your information is not correct. Hopefully no one with any importance depends on this site for information because it could really damage someone's lively hood.

I wouldn't say it's the most accurate site that I've been on for background information several people I know who have criminal activity and charges do not have anything logged. Also doesn't give you any information about the cases that you are trying to research with people if Public Info Services do you have any information regarding a court issue. Definitely lacking information on social profiles have yet to find anyone that has a social profile listed here but all of the people I'm looking for have Facebook Twitter Instagram. I found in accuracies in address information, relatives and neighbors associated with the Specific person of interest that is being searched.

It's gotten me years to get to this much information, although I quit for a long time looking, which I had began "2000". Now that we are really into the information age technology, this service by far is great. It has a real easy format to follow, packed with tons of information. I would highly recommend it!

In accuracy in information such as my girlfriends age is 7yr higher than it should be and zero arrest records for people I know for a fact have records

The one bit of information I was looking for you can't even provide I was trying to find out my grandmother's mother's name and you're only provide that when I go to look up my profile it doesn't even have my mother or father's name listed as known as associates this is where you could greatly improve when someone's trying to look up family history

Your record on a past boyfriend aren't current. Public Info Services can be found in a general internet search for free. MY record has convictions that aren't mine but appear under my name.

Same exact info for multiple people, that's impossible…. Criminal records, charges, same case number etc…. Not sure about the info your sight provides some stuff seems to be inaccurate
